TiN and TaN films as electrode materials of reactive sputtered $Ta_2$$O_{5}$ were prepared by sputtering to compare their thermal stabilities with $Ta_2$$O_{5}$ The microstructural change of $Ta_2$$O_{5}$ films with annealing was also investigated. As- deposited $Ta_2$$O_{5}$ film on $SiO_2$ was amorphous and annealing of 80$0^{\circ}C$ for 30 min made it transform to $\beta$-Ta$_2$O$_{5}$ crystalline which contains amorphous particles with the size of a few nm. Crystallization temperature of Ta$_2$Ta_2$$O_{5}$ on TaN is higher than that on TiN electrode. The interface between TaN and Ta$_2$O$_{5}$ maintained stably even after vacuum annealing up to $800^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr, but TiN interacted with $Ta_2$$_O{5}$ and so interdiffusion between TiN and $Ta_2$$O_{5}$ occurred by vacuum annealing of 80$0^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr. It indicates that TaN is thermally more stable with $Ta_2$$O_{5}$ than TiN.N.
오픈플로우 기반 미래인터넷 테스트베드의 독립적 운용을 위한 가상화 기능 구현 및 성능 평가

최근 국내외에서는 새로운 네트워크 구조 및 프로토콜에 대한 연구 활동이 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 이러한 연구활동 지원을 위한 테스트베드 및 관련 기술에 대한 연구 활동이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 국내에서는 OpenFlow 프로토콜 기반의 미래 인터넷 테스트베드 구축과 연구자들에게 독립적인 연구 공간 제공을 위한 네트워크 가상화 기술에 관한 연구가 함께 진행되고 있다. 네트워크 가상화는 많은 연구자들이 테스트베드를 공유하면서 각각의 연구에 대해 서로 영향을 주지 않고 테스트 베드 활용을 극대화하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 수락 제어 및 사용자의 최소 대역폭 보장을 제공하는 QoS기능을 포함하는 Enhanced FlowVisor를 구현하였다. 또한, OpenFlow 프로토콜 기반의 미래인터넷 테스트베드에서 Enhnaced FlowVisor의 성능 검증을 위한 실시간 비디오 스트리밍 실험을 수행 하였으며, 실험을 통하여 미래인터넷 테스트베드의 가상화된 네트워크에 각각의 연구들에게 서로의 트래픽 간섭없이 신뢰있고 안정적인 QoS 보장을 제공할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Recently, world-wide research activities on new network architectures and protocols are being actively progressed. Furthermore, research activities on testbed and related technologies for supporting those activities are being actively performed. In domestic study, research on the OpenFlow protocol based future Internet testbed implementation and research on its virtualization for supporting independent research experiments are being performed at the same time. The network virtualization is a technology which maximizes the testbed utilization without interfering each other for the individual research when many researchers share the testbed. In this paper, we implemented a Enhanced FlowVisor by extending basic FlowVisor by adding QoS functions which are admission control and minimum bandwidth guarantee. On the testbed, we performed a real-time video streaming experiment for verifying the performance of the Enhnaced FlowVisor on the OpenFlow protocol based future internet testbed. The result shows that the Enhanced FlowVisor can provide reliable and stable QoS to the individual researches without disturbing each other traffic on virtualized networks of the future Internet testbed.

2008년도부터 모든 교원들이 교원평가제라는 새로운 평가제도에 따라 평가를 받는다. 평가의 대상이 되는 중 고등학교 남녀교원들이 어떠한 생각을 갖고 있는지를 알아보고 분석해 보고자 30명의 교원들을 직접 만나서 면담한 내용을 정리 분석하였다. 그 결과 70퍼센트의 교원들이 교원평가제에 반대하였으며, 남자교원들보다 여자교원들의 반대 빈도가 더 높았다. 교원 평가제에 대하여 잘 이해하는 교원들은 소수에 불과하였으나, 교원평가제가 실시될 때 발생할 수 있는 문제점들에 대해서는 많은 교원들이 여러 가지 공통된 의견을 제시하였다. 대부분의 교원들이 학부모와 학생들이 참여하는 다면평가방식에 대하여 부정적인 의견을 나타냈다. 현재의 교원평가방식의 개선점에 대하여는 대부분의 교원들이 공감을 나타냈다. Until now, teachers` evaluation has been done through an appraisal system, "Work Performance Appraisal System." It has always been in the center of criticism for being a tool for assessment of the faculty promotion. As a result, there appears to be many discussions going on how to appraise the capabilities of the teachers through the introduction of new teachers` evaluation system. This study analyzed 30 middle and high school teachers`` opinions about the ``Teachers` Evaluation System`` prior to the implementation of the system. The following are the results of the interviews about the ``Teacher Evaluation System``; (1) According to the responses why ``Teachers` Evaluation System`` becomes issue at this point of time, participants few background information of the system. Most of them attributed the reason why the ``Teachers` Evaluation System`` has come into practice to the increase of the private tutoring costs due to the malfunction of public education and parents`` dissatisfaction with the lack of teacher competences. With regard to the dissatisfaction, participants assigned causality to an outside agent or forces rather than to the factors within educational experts. (2) Twenty one of 30 teachers opposed the proposal of the teachers` evaluation system. Female teachers had more negative opinions than men did on the operation of ``Teacher Assessment System``. (3) There were only a few teachers who exactly knew the expected problems of the teachers` evaluation policy. Most of teachers had negative opinion about students and parents participating in the teacher evaluation process, whereas parents association and the ministry of education were in favor of parents and students participating in the teachers` evaluation process.
무선 메쉬 네트워크에서 적응적 경쟁 윈도우를 이용한 TCP Fairness 개선 방안

Wireless Mesh Networks(WMNs) is generally composed of radio nodes in the mesh topology. WMNs consists of mesh client, mesh router and gateway connected to a wired network. Each client and router relay messages to the gateway for communication. WMNs is widely used recently in many areas can provide extended coverage based on multi-hop communication and ubiquitous communication at any time and any location. However the competition and collision between each node to transmit data is inevitable when the same channel is used for transmission. The transmission opportunities and the throughput of nodes located far from gateway decrease more if the communication channel is accessed based on competitive CSMA/CA scheme using DCF(Distributed Coordination Function) provided by IEEE 802.11 MAC. In this paper, we improve the performance of the TCP fairness and throughput of the nodes with more than 2 hops by applying various algorithms for controlling contention window values. Also, we evaluate the performance using ns-2 simulator, According to the results, proposed scheme can enhance the fairness characteristic of each node irrespective of data to the gateway.
