        운동선수들의 탈스포츠동기 척도 개발 연구

        The purpose of this study was to develop a scale which can reliably and validly measure the sport demotivation of athletes. First, the preliminary test data obtained from 200 collegiate athletes were analyzed, using item descriptive analysis. In order to substantiate the construct validity, exploratory factor analysis(EFA) was carried out on 46 items, resulting in 14 items of 3 factors(negative training atmosphere, reduced self-confidence, negative training emotion) for the sport training demotivation. EFA was once again carried out on 40 items, resulting in 14 items of 3 factors(negative thinking, loss of goal, reduced performance ability) for the sport competition demotivation, With 14 items of 3 factors of each situational(training, competition) demotivation, a reliability analysis was conducted. As a result, the internal consistency of the test turned out to be .892 for the sport training demotivation and .922. for the sport competition demotivation. Second, to test the goodness-of-fit of two models, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) was conducted with the data gained from 263 athletes. The results revealed a satisfactory level of Q, GFI, CFI, TLI, PNFI, RMSEA. The internal consistency of the final version of scale was confirmed.

        20대 여성의 운동행동변화단계별 탈운동동기의 차이

        The main purpose of this study was to examine the exercise demotivation and the difference according to the stage of change for exercise. Exercise Demotivation scale with 22 items were completed by a sample of 206 women exercisers in their twenties. Subjects were classified four stages, excluding precontemplation and contemplation stages where the people who do not exercise belong to, based on their pattern of responding to the stage of exercise behavior. Exploratory analysis using common factor model was employed to analyze the data using SPSS 18.0 version. 5 factors with 19 items were emerged; reduced exercise drive, time restriction, reduced exercise confidence, negative affect, reduced exercise enjoyment. The result obtained from one-way ANOVA analysis revealed that the level of reduced exercise drive, time restriction factors were significantly different across the stages of exercise behavior. Findings suggest that exercise intervention programs should be designed based on stage-specific approach.

        운동실천인의 탈운동동기 척도 개발

        The purpose of this study was to explore the empirical constructs which demotivates exercise behavior, followed by the development of a scale which can reliably and validly measure exercise demotivation. First, to explore the constructs of exercise demotivators, five open-ended questions were presented to 172 exercisers. With the inductive and qualitative content analysis, 6 factors were emerged. Second, the preliminary test data obtained from 342 exercisers were analyzed, using item descriptive analysis. In order to substantiate the construct validity, exploratory factor analysis(EFA) was carried out on 86 items, resulting in 22 items of 5 factors; reduced exercise drive, time restriction, reduced exercise confidence, negative affect, reduced exercise enjoyment. With the 22 items, a reliability analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) was conducted with the data gained from 353 exerciser. The results revealed a satisfactory level of Q, GFI, TLI, CFI, RMSEA and the internal consistency of the final version of scale was confirmed. In addition, the external validity of the scale was secured by checking cross validity.

        중년기 운동참가자의 인적특성별 탈운동동기 차이 및 탈운동동기에 따른 운동행동변화단계의 판별분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of exercise demotivation according to personal particulars(gender, age, stages of exercise behavior change) and verify the impacts of exercise demotivation on stages of exercise behavior change. 330 middle-aged exercisers completed questionnaires and 309 data obtained from them were analyzed by one-way MANOVA and discrminant analysis. The results of one-way MANOVA revealed that there was no significant differences of exercise demotivation between the gender, but 3 subscales(reduced exercise enjoyment, reduced exercise drive and time restriction) of exercise demotivation were significantly different according to the age. And 2 subscales(reduced exercise enjoyment, time restriction)were significantly different according to the stages of exercise behavior change. Moreover, the result of discriminant analysis showed that 1 subscale(time restriction) of exercise demotivation discriminated the stages of exercise behavior change significantly.

        노인의 균형능력 향상을 위한 안구운동 중재프로그램 효과성에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the research literature of eye movement intervention for improving balance ability in elderly. For this study, an systematic review concept analysis method was used proposed by Whittemore and Knafl(2005). KISS, RISS, PubMed, Science Direct and Google Scholar Databases were used for searching studies. Mainly used key words were eye movement training, gaze stability exercise, balance, postural control/stability, elderly/old and effect of eye movement. A total of 543 potential studies were found and lastly 12 studies were selected for this study. As a results, Both GSE and EMT group significantly improved in static and dynamic balance compared with control group. Furthermore, elderly group significantly improved in subjective balance confidence and fall efficacy after eye movement exercise intervention as well. This finding suggest that eye movement exercise intervention would help to improve balance ability and fall efficacy for elderly and patients who are highly risk of fall group.

        초등학교 저학년 여학생의 체육수업을 통한 정서 경험 탐색

        인간의 발달은 정의적, 인지적, 심동적 영역의 활발한 상호작용을 통해 이루어진다. 특히 체육활동은 이 세 영역의 발달을 돕는 자극과 환경을 제공하여 학생들을 전인적으로 발달할 수 있게 도와줄 수 있는 교과이다. 그러나 많은 여학생들은 체육수업을 기피하고, 부정적 정서를 많이 경험하고, 또한 소극적인 참여가 문제시 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초등학교 저학년 여학생 정서경험이 부정적인 것에만 초점이 맞추어져 있는지를 확인함과 동시에 이들이 경험하는 정서는 무엇인지를 실질적으로 탐색하여 밝히는데 목적을 두고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경기도에 소재해 있는 초등학교에 재학 중인 여학생 4명을 선정하여 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구를 위해 사용된 방법으로는 문헌섭렵, 참여관찰, 심층면담, 학생의 체육그림일기 및 사진 촬영 등의 다각적인 방법으로 자료를 수집하고, 전사 작업, 부호화, 범주화 과정을 거쳐 결과를 도출하였다. 그 결과 초등학교 저학년 여학생들은 체육활동을 통해 긍정적 정서와 부정적 정서를 모두 경험하는 것으로 탐색되었다. 여학생이 경 험하는 긍정적 정서로는 재미, 성취감, 자신감, 친밀감, 마음 정화가 탐색되었으며, 부정적 정서로는 분노와 슬픔이 탐색되었다. 부정적 정서의 경험도 선행연구와는 달리, 체육수업을 기피하고 싫어하는 데서 경험하는 것이 아니라, 오히려 체육수업에 대한 욕구와 기대가 강하게 나타났는데, 이러한 욕구와 기대가 좌절 됐을 때 나타난다는 점이 눈여겨볼 만하다. 이러한 체육수업을 통한 다양한 정서 경험은 여학생들의 발달과정에서 삶의 깊이를 더하고 더 풍요롭게 하는데 발판이 되는 체육교과의 중요성을 재차 확인한 것에 큰 의의가 있는 것으로 생각된다. Human development is achieved through active interaction of the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains. In particular, physical education in school is a curriculum that can stimulate students to grow by providing environment to help develop these three areas. However, It is repoerted that many female students are reluctant to participate in physical education classes, experience a lot of negative emotions, and participate very passively. However, most of these results were obtained from middle and high school girls. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate whether the emotions experienced by the lower graders in the elementary school are focused on the negative emotions as in the previous research. As well as identifying the emotions that they experience. Therefore, in this study, four female lower grade- students attending elementary schools in Gyeonggi - do were selected. The methods used for this study were collecting data by various methods such as literature survey, participant observation, in-depth interview, student s diary and photography, and obtained results through transcription work, coding and categorization process . As a result, elementary school girls were found to experience both positive and negative emotions through physical activity. The positive emotions experienced by the female students were found to be fun, fulfillment, confidence, intimacy, and mind purification. It is worth to know that negative emotional experiences are not experienced in avoiding and disliking physical education classes, unlike in previous researches, but rather when the desires and expectations for physical education classes are strong and these desires and expectations are frustrated. It is believed that various emotional experiences through physical education classes have a great significance in reaffirming the importance of physical education that contributes to the whole development of female students.

        체육학 전공생의 성격강점과 스트레스 대처 및 삶의 만족도의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation among character strengths, stress coping and life satisfaction of undergraduate students majoring in Physical Education. Data were collected from 253 students and analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. The results were as follows: First, courage, transcendence, and justice, the sub-factors of character strength, showed a positive correlation with active coping. Wisdom & knowledge, courage, humanity and moderation, the sub- factors of character strength, showed a positive correlation with passive coping. Second, courage, justice, and transcendence, the sub-factors of character strength, showed a positive correlation between life satisfaction but wisdom & knowledge, a sub-factor of character strength, showed a negative correlation between life satisfaction. Third, there was a positive correlation between stress coping and life satisfaction. Through these results, it was confirmed that character strength is an important clue to enhance the ability of coping with crisis situations and to improve life satisfaction. This may be used as a basis for the development of counseling and programs that help students to recognize and improve their character strengths. 본 연구는 체육학을 전공하는 대학생들의 성격강점과 스트레스 대처 및 삶의 만족도의 관계를 살펴보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 따라서 경기도에 소재해 있는 두 K 대학에 재학중인 체육학 전공생을 대상으로 2017년 6월 한 달 동안 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며 실제로 분석에 사용된 것은 253명의 자료였다. 그 결과, 체육학 전공생의 성격강점 요인 중 용기, 초월성, 정의, 절제는 적극적 대처와 정적상관을 보였으며, 지혜와 지식, 용기, 인간애, 절제요인은 소극적 대처와 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 체육전공생의 성격강점 요인 중 용기, 정의, 초월성은 삶의 만족도와 정적상관 그리고 지혜와 지식요인은 부적상관을 보였다. 셋째, 체육전공생의 스트레스 대처와 삶의 만족도와 정적상관을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 성격강점은 체육학 전공생에게 위기 상황에 직면했을 시 대처할 수 능력을 함양시키고 삶의 만족도를 향상시키는 중요한 단서임을 확인하였다. 이는 성격강점의 중요성을 인식하고 향상시키는데 도움을 주는 상담 및 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료되며 체육전공생을 위한 대학체육교육에 새로운 시사점을 제공해 줄 것으로 여겨진다.
