        β2-microglobulin의 복막이동 특성 및 복막 청소율에 관한연구

        In addition to CAPD, various modalities of peritoneal dialysis such as CCPD and NIPD have been introduced recently. The adequacy in these peritoneal dialysis has been evaluated by clearance of small molecular weight solutes such as creatinine(molecular weight 113 Dalton) and urea(molecular weight 60 Dalton). The middle molecular weight solutes(molecular weight 3,000 to 12,000 Dalton) have been regarded as one of the uremic toxins. Relatively larger clearance of middle molecular weight solutes is one of the advantages of CAPD compared with HD. Although peritoneal transport of middle molecular solutes can be different from that of small molecular weight solutes because of its size, there are a few reports about peritoneal transport characteristics and clearance of middle molecular weight solutes in various modalities of PD. We wanted to analyze peritoneal transport characteristics and clearances of middle molecular weight solute in various modalities of peritoneal dialysis in comparison with small molecular weight solutes. To evaluate the potential differences in peritoneal transport characteristics and clearances of middle and small molecules in CAPD, CCPD and NIPD, we compared transport characteristics and clearance of β2-MG and creatinine. 35 CAPD patients, 9 CCPD patients, 7 NIPD patients were included in the study, who were clinically stable for at least one month without peritonitis. he β2-MG concentrations in serum and dialysate as measured by radioimmunoassay. Standard peritoneal equilibration test and a weekly peritoneal clearance for creatinine and β2-microglobulin were used. The results were as follows: 1)Dialysate to plasma ratio of β2-MG were 0.11±0.03, 0.13±0.05, 0.10±0.02, 0.08±0.03, respectively in high(N=6), high average(N=13), low average(N= 14), low(N=7) group according to PET. There were significant differences between high average and low average, high average and low group(p$lt;0.05). Correlation between D/Pβ2-MG ratio and D/Pcr ratio was significant(spearman's p=0.453, p$lt;0.05). 2)Ipatients, peritoneal creatinine and β2-MG clearance were 48.9, 8.2L/wk, respectively and there was a weak correlation between them (Spearman's p=0.294, p$lt;0.05). 3)The peritoneal creatinine clearance were 48.9, 41.0, 35.9L/wk and ?2-MG clearance were 8.2, 5.5, 4.1L/wk, respectively in CAPD, CCPD and NIPD. The ratio of peritoneal β2-MG clearance to creatinine clearance were 0.16, 0.14, 0.11, respectively in CAPD, CCPD and NIPD. Peritoneal β2-MG clearance in APD such as CCPD and NIPD is lesser than that in CAPD. In conclusion, peritoneal transport characteristics for β2-MG differ from that for creatinine, although peritoneal clearnce for β2-MG corrleated with that for creatinine. Perioneal clearance for β2-MG was better in CAPD than in APD.

        포스트디지털 세대의 교복 디자인 개발

        As the 21st century is the post-digital era, a mix of the hard digital and the soft analog realm, the school uniform designs for the post-digital generation need to be changed within this paradigm shift. Thus, this study is conducted with the purpose of developing the school uniform design that reflects aesthetic value and sensitivity of the post-digital generation. The definition and background of the post-digital generation is reviewed and the values of this generation are drawn based on the theoretical research. Also, through the survey of 205 high school girls in Seoul, the purchase, wear & fit, and suggestions for improvement of present school uniforms are investigated. Based on the studies above, the guidelines for designing school uniforms for the post-digital generation are established and the products are developed.

        "국립국회도서관건명표일표"의 한.중 관련 주제명표목에 대한 비교 분석

        이 연구는 일본의 대표적인 주제명표목표인 NDLSH 2008년판에 수록된 한국과 중국 관련 주제명을 추출하여 표목의 수와 주제별 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 한국 관련 주제명은 표목과 참조어를 포함하여 총 222개로, 중국 관련 주제명에 비해 33% 수준이며, 주제의 다양성이나 특정성 측면에서도 많은 한계를 나타내고 있다. 특히 현존하지 않는 '조선(朝蘇)'의 국호를 한국의 국가명으로 사용하고 있는 점이나 '발해(渤海)'를 중국의 역사로 배정한 점 등은 조속한 개정이 요구된다. 한편, 중국 관련 주제명에는 다민족국가의 특성을 반영하여 고대민족명, 소수민족의 거주 지역명, 그리고 소수민족의 언어 등 한국에는 거의 나타나지 않는 주제명이 다수 수록되어 있다. This study selected Korea and China-related subject headings among all names contained in Japan 2008 Version of NDLSH, and compared and analyzed the number of headings and the features according to each theme. As the result of analysis, the total number of Korea-related subject headings is 222 including its headings and referent words. At comparing with China-related subject headings, the number of Korea-related subject headings was very small size, and shows many limits in terms of the variety or the specificity of themes. Especially, the facts that 'Joseon', which is not existed any longer, is used as Korea's nation name, or that Balhae's history is assigned into Chinese history are required to be corrected quickly. Meanwhile, in the China-related subject headings field, multi-racial nation's features are reflected. and are contained many theme names like ancient racial names, each minority's residental area name and its native language which are rarely appeared in Korean theme names field.

      • 한국형발사체용 위성항법수신기의 동특성 시험 시나리오

        위성발사체와 같이 높은 비행 동특성을 갖는 항체에 탑재하여 운용되어야 하는 위성항법수신기는 항체의 동특성 환경에서 정상적으로 동작하도록 설계 및 제작되어야 한다. 특히 가속도 및 저크에 민감한 위성항법수신기의 추적루프는 허용 범위 이상의 가속도 및 저크 환경에서 추적하고 있던 항법위성신호의 추적에 실패하거나 항법을 수행하지 못하는 등의 성능저하가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 항체의 비행 동특성 조건에 따른 규격 설정 시 충분한 마진을 고려해야 하고, 위성항법수신기가 높은 동특성 조건에 강인하도록 추적루프가 설계되어야 한다. 또한 제작된 위성항법수신기의 동특성 시험을 통하여 높은 가속도 및 저크 등의 환경에서 안정적으로 동작할 수 있는지 반드시 검증해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 한국형발사체용 위성항법수신기의 비행 동특성 조건에 따른 운용환경 규격과 동특성 시험을 위한 시나리오 생성에 관하여 논한다. Onboard GNSS Receivers for a satellite launch vehicle which has extremely high flight dynamic conditions have to be designed and manufactured for normal operation on the flight. The tracking loop of a GNSS receiver is very sensitive to acceleration and jerk so that the tracking loop can be unstable. As a result of the unstable tracking loop, the GNSS receiver loses the lock and can not calculate navigation solutions. Therefore enough margin has to be considered when establishing specifications of flight dynamics and GNSS receivers' tracking loop has to be designed for robustness on the high dynamics. The operation of the GNSS receiver on the high dynamic conditions has to be perfectly verified by the dynamic tests. This paper deals with the dynamic operation specifications and test scenarios of the GNSS receiver.

        전시체제기 조선총독부의 신종교에 대한정책과 신종교단체

        This thesis conducts case studies on the major activities and roundups of various,new small religious organizations which were active domestically during the warbasis under Japanese imperialism (1937~45), and captures the character of theiractivities. The first and foremost reason for having various religious bodies can be ascribedto the accumulation of social contradictions. After the outbreak of Sino-JapaneseWar in 1937 in particular, the people of Joseon got to suffer from more hardshipsof life due to the heavier economic plundering and compulsory mobilization oflabor force. The tightened control over the new religions during the war footing in particularappears to have several motives at the back: they are (1) strengthening of thoughtcontrol after the outbreak of the Sino-Japanese War, (2) clamping of new religionsin Japan’s homeland, (3) publication of Analogous Religions of Joseon, and (4) theBaekbaekgyo case. Among the new religious organizations that were rounded up after 1937, thereare different types, i.e. the type of antisocial heresy, and the type of aiming atindependance. They argued for the defeat of Japanese imperialism and theindependence of Joseon under the flag of nationalism. They carried out a ceremonywishing for independence, planned for raising funds for independence, instillednationalism into the believers, and resisted imperialist Japan. The Joseon public participated in this type of new religious organizations withnationalism, and it shows that they had aspiration for independence and resistanceto Japanese imperialism. They accorded their anti-Japanese imperialism with the ‘claim’ of new religious organizations. The public’s anti-Japanese sentiment anddesire for independence, in tandem with religious groups, even influenced onforming of secret societies. Therefore, the new religious organizations during the war footing were notmerely a social phenomenon, but appeared owing to the Joseon public’s desireand resistance to imperialist Japan. It is significant that the public, as a historicalmainstay, showed their will to resist through new religious bodies, which in turnput on nationalism.

        Relationship between Low Muscle Mass and Metabolic Syndrome in Elderly People with Normal Body Mass Index

        Background: Metabolically obese normal weight (Wt) occurs in people who have high prevalence of cardiovascular disease even with normal body mass index (BMI). In this study, we determined the relationship between low muscle mass and metabolic syndrome which is known to be associated with cardiovascular disease in aged people with normal BMI. Methods: This study used the data of Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Aged people (≥ 65 years) with normal BMI (18.5 to 22.9 kg/m2 ) were enrolled. Low muscle mass class I was defined as appendicular skeletal muscle divided by Wt 1 to 2 standard deviation below the mean of gender specific young healthy adult and class II was defined as below 2 standard deviations. Results: The prevalence of low muscle mass class I and II were 18.8% and 5.2% in men and 11.2% and 2.2% in women, respectively. In men and women, low muscle mass and metabolic syndrome was associated with each other after adjusting for age. After further adjusting for BMI, smoking status, alcohol consumption, and exercise frequency, the relationship was maintained in aged men. Moreover in aged men, the risk of metabolic syndrome was increased according to the grade increase in low muscle mass class. Conclusions: In the aged with normal BMI, low muscle mass was a risk factor of metabolic syndrome. Furthermore, in normal BMI men, when the degree of low muscle mass was enhanced, the risk of metabolic syndrome was increased.

        음악과 건축의 융합 - Iannis Xenakis, György Ligeti, CCY Architects의 작품을 중심으로 -

        Composers gain structural ideas from their original style of composition for Music and other areas. This tendency has been conspicuous since the twentieth century, and various fields of interdisciplinary studies have been conducted recently: Typical examples of multidisciplinary studies include the integration of Music and architecture, Music and Science, Music and mathematics, and music and fine arts. Music has expanded the horizon to unattempted areas by developing unconventional ideas and creative composition techniques. This study investigated three works: two for composition and one for architecture. The orchestral piece, Metastasis by Iannis Xenakis, piano work, Columna Infinita by György Ligeti and the architecture Music Box, located in Aspen, Colorado, the United States are significantly studied in the paper to explore composers and architects’intentions, structural manners and the background of the works. Research implications suggest integrating independent theories in different fields of study to create a new multidisciplinary field. We can expand traditional boundaries in academic areas without limitations, and research on interdisciplinary studies needs to be carried out further. It will inspire and drive researchers in numerous fields who want to try something new and creative. 작곡가들은 본인만의 개성 있는 창작법을 개발하며 음악 외적인 부분에서도 작곡 아이디어를 얻는다. 이러한 경향은 20세기를 전후로 두드러지게 나타났으며 최근까지도 다양한 분야와의 융합 연구가 이루어지고 있다: 예를 들어 음악과 건축, 음악과 과학, 음악과 수학 그리고 음악과 미술의 융합 연구를 들 수 있다. 이처럼 음악 분야는 다양한 학문과의 융합과정을 통해 기존에 시도되지 않은 아이디어와 창의적인 창작기법을 개발함으로써 새로운 작품들을 대중에게 선보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ‘음악과 건축’의 융합 연구를 통해 탄생한 3개의 작품이 주요하게 연구된다. 작곡가 Iannis Xenakis의 관현악 작품 Metastasis, György Ligeti의 피아노 곡 Columna Infinita 그리고 음악적 아이디어를 활용하여 지어진 미국 콜로라도 아스펜의 건축물 Music Box를 작곡가와 건축가의 표현방법, 창작배경, 창작 의도 등으로 탐구하였다. 이를 통해 개별 학문의 독립적인 이론이 타 학문과의 융합과정을 통해 새로운 융합학문으로 재탄생될 뿐만 아니라, 정형화되어있는 기존 학문의 틀에 얽매이지 않을 수 있다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 학문 간의 융합과정을 통한 연구는 앞으로도 지속하여야 할 것이며, 이러한 새로운 도전과 창의적인 시도들은 창작자, 더 나아가서는 관련 학문을 공부하는 모든 이들에게 영감과 원동력을 가져다줄 것이라고 기대한다.

        Kinetic Study on Alkaline Hydrolysis of Y-substituted Phenyl X-substituted Benzenesulfonates: Effects of Changing Nucleophile from Azide to Hydroxide Ion on Reactivity and Transition-State Structure

        Second-order rate constants () for alkaline hydrolysis of 2,4-dinitrophenyl X-substituted benzenesulfonates (1a–1f) and Y-substituted phenyl 4-nitrobezenesulfonates (2a–2g) have been measured spectrophotometrically. Comparison of with the values reported previously for the corresponding reactions with has revealed that OH is only 103-fold more reactive than , although the former is 11 pK a units more basic than the latter. The Yukawa–Tsuno plot for the reactions of 1a–1f results in an excellent linear correlation with ρ X = 2.09 and r = 0.41. The Brønsted-type plot for the reactions of 2a–2g is linear with β lg = −0.51, which is typical for reactions reported to proceed through a concerted mechanism. The Yukawa–Tsuno plot for the reactions of 2a–2g exhibits excellent linearity with ρ Y = 1.85 and r = 0.25, indicating that a partial negative charge develops on the O atom of the leaving group in the transition state. Thus, the alkaline hydrolysis of 1a–1f and 2a–2g has been concluded to proceed through a concerted mechanism. Comparison of the ρ X and β lg values for the reactions with ions suggests that the reactions with hydroxide ion proceed through a tighter transition-state structure than those with azide ion.
