최근 공급사슬관리에 지속가능성을 위한 친환경적, 친사회적 요소의 반영에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 공급사슬의 지속가능성을위한 환경적, 사회적 요소 반영에 대한 연구는 아직 전무한 실정이다. 또한 기존 공급사슬 리스크관리 기법의 지속가능 공급사슬로의 확대 적용에는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지속가능성을 고려한 공급사슬의 개념을 소개하고, 이를 기반으로 하는 지속가능 공급사슬의 리스크관리에 대한 프레임 워크와 필요한 연구의 방향을 제시한다.

사용자 건강 상태알림 서비스의 상황인지를 위한 기계학습 모델의 학습 데이터 생성 방법

In the context-aware system, rule-based AI technology has been used in the abstraction process for getting context information. However, the rules are complicated by the diversification of user requirements for the service and also data usage is increased. Therefore, there are some technical limitations to maintain rule-based models and to process unstructured data. To overcome these limitations, many studies have applied machine learning techniques to Context-aware systems. In order to utilize this machine learning-based model in the context-aware system, a management process of periodically injecting training data is required. In the previous study on the machine learning based context awareness system, a series of management processes such as the generation and provision of learning data for operating several machine learning models were considered, but the method was limited to the applied system. In this paper, we propose a training data generating method of a machine learning model to extend the machine learning based context-aware system. The proposed method define the training data generating model that can reflect the requirements of the machine learning models and generate the training data for each machine learning model. In the experiment, the training data generating model is defined based on the training data generating schema of the cardiac status analysis model for older in health status notification service, and the training data is generated by applying the model defined in the real environment of the software. In addition, it shows the process of comparing the accuracy by learning the training data generated in the machine learning model, and applied to verify the validity of the generated learning data. 다양한 분야에서 활용되는 상황인지 시스템은 상황정보를 획득하기 위한 추상화 과정에서 규칙 기반의 인공기능 기술이 기존에 사용되었다. 그러나 서비스에 대한 사용자의 요구사항이 다양해지고 사용되는 데이터의 증대로 규칙이 복잡해지면서 규칙 기반 모델의 유지보수와 비정형 데이터를 처리하는데 어려움이 있다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 많은 연구들에서는 상황인지 시스템에 기계학습 기술을 적용하였으며, 이러한 기계학습 기반의 모델을 상황인지 시스템에 사용하기 위해서는 주기적으로 학습 데이터를 제공해야 한다. 이에 기계학습 기반 상황인지 시스템에 대한 선행연구에서는 여러 개의 기계학습 모델을 적용하기 위한 학습 데이터 생성, 제공 등의 과정을 보였으나 제한된 종류의 기계학습 모델만을 적용 가능하여 확장성이 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문은 기계학습 기반의 상황인지 시스템의 확장성을 고려한 기계학습 모델의 학습 데이터 생성 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 시스템의 확장성을 고려하여 기계학습 모델의 요구사항을 반영할 수 있는 학습 데이터 생성 모델을 정의하고 학습 데이터 생성 모듈을 바탕으로 각각의 기계학습 모델의 학습 데이터를 생성하는 것이다. 시스템의 확장성의 검증을 위해 실험에서는 노인의 건강 상태 알림 서비스를 위한 심박상태 분석 모델을 대상으로 한 학습데이터 생성 스키마를 기반으로 학습데이터 생성 모델을 정의하고 실환경에서 정의된 모델을 S/W에 적용하여 학습데이터를 생성한다. 또한 생성된 학습데이터의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 사용되는 기계학습 모델에 생성한 학습데이터를 학습시켜 정확도를 비교하는 과정을 보인다.

서비스 공급사슬을 위한 객체지향 시뮬레이션 모델링

Recently it is important to understand service supply chain because the economy moves from manufacturing to services. However, most of existing supply chain research focuses exclusively on the manufacturing sector. To overcome this situation, it needs to investigate and analyze service supply chain. Simulation is one of the most frequently used techniques for analysis and design of complex system. Service supply chain is complex and large systems that require an accurate designing phase. Especially, it is important to examine closely the dynamically interactive behavior of the different service supply chain components in order to predict the performance of the servcie supply chain. In this paper, we develop a conceptual model of service supply chain. Then, we present a new procedure to develop simulation model for the developed conceptual model of service supply chain, based on the UML analysis and design tools and on the ARENA simulation language. The two main characteristics of the proposed procedure are the definition of a systematic procedure to design service supply chain and of a set of rules for the conceptual model translation in an ARENA simulation language. The goal is to improve the knowledge on service supply chain management and support the simulation model development efficiency on service supply chain. 최근 경제는 제조업에서 서비스업으로 이동하고 있기 때문에 서비스 공급사슬을 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나, 공급사슬과 관련된 기존연구의 대부분은 제조업에 집중하고 있다. 이러한 상황을 극복하기 위해서, 서비스 공급사슬을 조사하고 분석할 필요가 있다. 시뮬레이션은 복잡한 시스템을 분석하고 설계하는데 가장 자주 사용되는 기법 중에 하나이다. 서비스 공급사슬은정교한 설계 단계가 필요한 복잡하고 거대한 시스템이다. 특히, 서비스 공급사슬의 성과를 예측하기 위해서 서비스 공급사슬을 구성하고 있는 구성요소 사이의 동적인 상호작용의 행위를 밀접하게 조사하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 첫 번째로 서비스공급사슬의 개념적 모델이 개발된다. 다음으로 개발된 서비스 공급사슬의 개념적 모델에 대한 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하기위한 새로운 절차를 제시한다. 시뮬레이션 모델링의 절차는 UML 분석과 설계 도구를 이용하며 ARENA 시뮬레이션 언어로 구현된다. 제안된 절차의 두 가지 주요한 특성은 서비스 공급사슬을 설계하는데 체계적인 절차의 정의와 또한 ARENA 시뮬레이션 언어로 개념적 모델의 변환에 대한 규칙을 제공한다. 본 연구의 결과는 서비스 공급사슬의 지식을 개선하는데 이용될 수 있으며, 또한 서비스 공급사슬 시뮬레이션 모델의 개발을 효율적으로 할 수 있도록 지원한다.

장애 아동 부모의 사회적지지가 가족기능에 미치는 영향: 장애수용의 매개효과와 경제적 안정감의 조절효과

본 연구는 아동발달센터에서 치료 및 훈련을 받는 발달장애를 가진 아동의 부모를 대상으로 사회적지지, 장애수용, 경제적 안정감, 가족기능 간의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 S시 소재 아동발달센터를 이용하는 발달장애 아동의 부모 252명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 사회적지지와 가족기능 간의 관계에서 장애수용의 매개효과와 사회적지지, 장애수용과 가족기능 간의 관계에서 경제적 안정감의 조절효과를 검증하기 위하여 매개효과 3단계 검증 절차와 위계적 다중회귀분석을 활용하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조절변인인 경제적 안정감의 조절효과를 확인한 결과 사회적 지지와 가족기능 및 장애수용과 가족기능간의 관계 모두 경제적 안정감의 조절효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지와 가족기능간의 관계를 장애수용이 매개하는지 검증한 결과, 사회적 지지와 가족기능의 관계를 장애수용이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 발달장애를 가진 아동의 가정이 제대로 기능할 수 있도록 돕는 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study seeks to discuss the effects of social support, acceptance of disability, and the sense of economic stability on the part of parents of children with developmental disabilities who are receiving treatment and training at a child development center has on family function. A survey was given to 252 parents of children who were using the child development center in S city. In the relationship between social support and family function, the mediating effects of the disability acceptance and the social support, the disability acceptance and the family function were used to verify the adjustment effect of the economic stability. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of checking the moderating effect of economic stabilization, social support, family function, disability acceptance and family function did not show any effect on economic stability. Second, as a result of verifying whether the relationship between social support and family function is mediated by disability acceptance, disability acceptance partially mediated the relationship between social support and family function. This study is significant in that it provided basic data for the development of a program to help children with developmental disabilities function properly.
