        스마트기기 기반 공간정보가 커뮤니티 매핑에 참여한 시민들의 인식에 미치는 영향

        This study shared with community mapping participants spatial analysis information, collected using smart devices, to give them an opportunity to objectively review their opinions. The study examined the impact of sharing such spatial information on residents' decision-making and perceptions. Yeongju-dong in Jung-gu district of Busan Metropolitan City, South Korea was selected for the case study; community mapping was carried out in Yeongju-dong to identify hazardous areas to improve pedestrian safety of primary school students. The community mapping participants drew a preliminary hazard map based on their experience and perception. Then, they drew a second hazard map after being given spatial information on pedestrian safety installations and pedestrian flow collected with smart devices including drones and sensors. Numerous changes in ranking across various sections occurred when the two maps were compared. There was a climb in the ranking of areas where the pedestrian flow was higher and lacked safety installations based on objective measurements over the perceptions of the participating people. Furthermore, according to a survey conducted among the participants, the provision of spatial analysis information using smart devices during community mapping process not only helped them recognize local community problems, but also raised their expectations that their submitted opinions would be reflected in policies. Moreover, the participants demonstrated increased self-confidence and faith in themselves as they were able to have more trust in the outcome they created.

        무선 랜 고속전송을 위한 최대버퍼한계 기반 TCP 버퍼튜닝

        무선 랜(IEEE 802.11)은 신뢰적인 데이터 전송을 위해 기존 TCP를 사용하고 무선 신호의 단절, 간섭, 감쇠 영향으로 인하여 혼잡하지 않은 상태에서 의도하지 않은 패킷손실을 유발한다. 무선 랜에서의 TCP는 패킷손실을 혼잡으로 판단하고, 혼잡제어 알고리즘을 작동하므로 전반적인 전송률이 감소된다. 본 논문은 무선 랜에서의 전송률 증가를 위해 유선 네트워크 고속전송 기법인 TCP 버퍼튜닝을 적용하여 TCP 버퍼크기와 전송률과의 상관관계를 분석한다. 분석을 통해 버퍼크기 증가에 관계없이 더 이상의 전송률이 증가되지 않는 특정 버퍼 한계점을 찾고, 이를 우리는 최대버퍼한계(Maximum Buffer Threshold, MBT)라 정의한다. 최대버퍼한계를 산출하기 위해 실제 연주를 통해 음악파일을 생성한 후 이를 이용하여 실험을 한다. 최대버퍼한계 기반 TCP 버퍼튜닝은 운영체제 기본 버퍼크기에서의 무선 전송률과 비교하여 송수신간 RTT가 5ms 구간에서 20.3%, RTT 10ms에서 21.4%, RTT 20ms에서 45.4% 전송률이 향상된다. 또한 특정 RTT 구간에서 최대 전송률을 97%의 정확도로 예측하고, 최대버퍼한계 이상으로 TCP 버퍼크기를 설정하는 것은 전송률 증가에 영향이 없음을 확인한다. Wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11) uses traditional TCP for reliable data transmission. But it brings the unintentional packet loss which is not congestion loss caused by handoff, interference, and fading in wireless LAN. In wireless LAN, TCP experiences performance degradation because it consumes that the cause of packet loss is congestion, and it decrease the sending rate by activating congestion control algorithm. This paper analyzes that correlation of throughput and buffer size for wireless buffer tuning. We find MBT (Maximum Buffer Threshold) which does not increase the throughput through the analysis. For calculation of MBT, we experiment the throughput by using high volume music data which is creased by real-time performance of piano. The experiment results is shown that buffer tuing based on MBT shows 20.3%, 21.4%, and 45.4% throughput improvement under 5ms RTT, 10ms RTT, and 20ms RTT, respectively, comparing with the throughput of operation system default buffer size. In addition, we describe that The setting of TCP buffer size by exceeding MBT does not have an effect on the performance of TCP.

        건설 산업 구조 분석을 통한 건설경기 변동 추세 분석

        Construction industry supports the national key industry that gives considerable influence in domestic economy. So, there are many studies on construction industry fluctuation. However, it is true that the studies based on the relationship between supply and demand in construction industry and analysis of construction industry variation trend were insufficient. Thus, this study defines the relationship between supply and demand in construction industry by overall analyzation of Construction Industrial Structure. In addition, after reviewing the mutual causality with System Dynamics concerning the construction fluctuation factors, it presents comparison and analyzation of the variation trend. Finally, this study that enables to analyze and estimate the variation trend contributes for stabilization of domestic economy.

        These days, the construction projects go large scale that is larger than old days one. In these trend, we need more detailed and ingenious project management system. But muti-dimensional management system is so complex and difficult, so it's not eazy to approach that ground. So, I propose a new access method for solving that subject. The solution is BIM based 3D process model with the progress of work. And 3D process model with progress of work is combined with EVMS(Earned Value Management System), that means proposing a five dimensional construction management system.

        Chinese Tourists’ Perception of LCC Service Attributes

        This study reviews the current status of China’s rapidly expanding LCC industry and conducts an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) on the significance and performance of various service attributes experienced by LCC users during each stage of the service process. From the analysis, this paper identifies the service attributes that require improvement and provides service management strategies for highly efficient service. The service attributes that fell in each of the IPA matrix quadrants are as follows. Pre-flight services such as ease of reservation and ticket purchase; efficiency of check-in service; service quality at reception desk; modifiability of reservation availability and quality of airport lounge; service quality of cabin crew; quality of in-flight food and beverage; and brand awareness are positioned in the first quadrant (Keep up the good work). The second quadrant (Concentrate here) included airline image, safety, and reliability. The third quadrant shows low priority attributes, which were presented as post-flight and general service attributes such as availability of mileage service; flight punctuality; flight price; ease of refund; variety of flight schedules; emergency management ability; compensation for delays and cancellations; baggage claim service; and availability of nonstop flights. Lastly, comfortable seats, in-flight entertainment, and variety of in-flight duty-free products fell in the fourth quadrant (Possible Overkill). Following this analysis andespecially with the increase in the country’s GDP per capita, we suggest that LCCs in China should look beyond the zero-sum price competition and implement a management strategy that will allow them to recover from the unfavorable image on the safety and reliability of LCCs.

      • DEA기법을 이용한 시공능력평가 순위와 건설업체 운영효율성의 상관관계 분석

        <P>A ranking of construction capability evaluation is the one of considering fact when a owner choose construction company. However, sometimes, companies faces financial problem even if they are in higher ranking of construction capability evaluation. This study is doing correlation analysis for their connection between management efficiency evaluation and a ranking of construction capability evaluation in top 100 companies of the ranking. Output factors have a minus in chosen input-output factors for evaluating management efficiency of construction companies. Moreover, this study uses DEA and BCC Models, because they have difference in a size. There are 23 efficient DMUs for efficiency evaluation and they are scattered over the field. However, size efficiency has directivity tendency. There are strong DRS disposition in high 50% companies, and IRS inclination in the others. Evaluating the effectiveness and value of construction skills ranked 1 to 10 units divided into sectors, our analysis of the results 1 to 10 belong to the one between companies, as well as the effective number of DMU average, highest, lowest at the differences between different sectors shows the superior efficiency compared to other sectors, but no direction could not be found. At the correlation analysis result, it is not very relevant the CRS and VRS efficiency between construction ability and efficiency rank. However, scale efficiency has gotten a strong relevance.</P>
