성공적인 국방 프로젝트 수행을 위한 RFP 적합성에 관한 연구

제안요청서(RFP)는 발주기관이 프로젝트를 담당할 업체를 최종적으로 선정하기 위해 자사프로젝트에 관한 요구사항을 체계적으로 정리한 문서로 성공적인 프로젝트 수행의 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 2008년부터 2013년까지 국방 프로젝트 RFP를 대상으로 첫째, 프로젝트 국제 표준규격인 ISO21500 지식 및 관리 프로세스 영역을 적용하여 현황을 분석하였고 둘째, 전체평균 및 사업분류별 지식영역을 비교분석하였고, 셋째, 사업분류별, 발주기관별, 비용별 평균의 추이를 분석하였다. 연구결과로 통합, 품질 영역이 다른 영역에 비해 RFP에 상세히 기술되었으며, 사업분류는 SW개발사업일수록, 발주기관은 사업관리 전문기관일수록, 비용은 높을수록 성공적인 프로젝트 수행을 위한 요소가 RFP에 반영된 것으로 나타났다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 국방 프로젝트의 RFP 작성 시 명확성을 제고하여 성공적인 프로젝트 수행에 도움이 되고자 한다.
중년기 부부의 부모-자녀관계 및 노부모-성인자녀관계 지각이 결혼만족에 미치는 영향: 커플자료를 이용한 자기(Actor)-상대방효과(Partner) 모델(APIM)

The purpose of this study is to explore the marital satisfaction of middle-aged couples through generational family relationships, which includes parent-child and elderly parent-adult child relationships. The study selected 170 middle-aged couples between the ages of 40 and 60 to participate. The methodology used to describe the primary analysis was the actor-partner independence model(APIM) with a dyadic dataset. Structural Equation Modeling was applied as the analytical technique. The results demonstrate that strong relationships with children positively affected the marital satisfaction for both husbands and wives. The relationship between elderly parents and husbands negatively affected marital satisfaction for husbands(actors). In contrast, elderly parent relationships positively affected the martial satisfaction of wives(partners). The findings suggest that the married life of middle-aged couples in Korean culture still have a greater influence on the husband``s side``s family relationships than on the wife``s. In sum, from the results of this study, the degree of satisfaction in parent-child relationships affected the marital satisfaction of both husbands and wives (actor and partner effects). The degree of satisfaction in elderly parent-adult child relationships only affected marital satisfaction of either the wife or the husband. The relationship between elderly parent and the wife did not affect the marital satisfaction of the husband and vice versa. It implies that their own family made by marriage interacts dynamically among family members. However, the relationships with their family-of-origin, which was separated through marriage, focuses more on the role and function of family members rather than the dynamics of relationships among them.
모바일 GIS를 위한 대리 트랜잭션 관리자의 설계 및 구현

이동 클라이언트를 이용한 공간 데이타의 변경 트랜잭션은 서버와 통신을 단절한 상태에서 사용자와의 상호 연산을 통하여 수정하는 긴 트랜잭션이다. 따라서 트랜잭션의 동시성 제어를 위해 잠금을 이용한 비관적 기법을 사용하면 이동 클라이언트가 잠금을 획득하기 위해 오랜 시간동안 대기해야 하므로 일반적으로 검증 작업을 이용한 낙관적 기법이 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 이동 클라이언트를 이용해 공간 데이타를 변경하는데 적합한 S-S-M(서버-대리 PC-이동 클라이언트) 구조를 위한 대리 트랜잭션 모델을 제안하고 모델에 따른 관리자를 구현한다. 서버와 이동 클라이언트가 대리 PC를 통해 통신하는 이 구조에서 대리 트랜잭션의 동시성 제어를 위해 공간 객체간의 위상 관계인 공간 관련성을 고려하여 기존의 검증 조건을 확장한다. 또한, 충돌이 발생한 트랜잭션의 완료 비용을 최소화하기 위해 대리 PC에서 충돌이 발생한 객체에 대하여 조정 작업을 수행하며 이를 지원하기 위한 확장된 완료 프로토콜을 제시한다. Transactions of updating spatial data with mobile clients are long transactions because a user disconnected from a server surveys real features and updates them. In this environment, it is appropriate to exploit the optimistic approach based on the validation test in order to control the concurrency of transactions. On the contrary, the pessimistic concurrency control scheme makes transactions wait for a long time due to the lock. In this paper, we propose the surrogate transaction model and implement its manager for the S-S-M(Server-Surrogate PC-Mobile Client) structure which is appropriate for updating spatial data in mobile environments. In the S-S-M structure, the mobile client communicates with the server by the surrogate PC. We extend the validation condition in consideration of spatial relationships between spatial objects in this model. We also present the commit protocol where the user of a surrogate PC adjusts objects of the conflicted surrogate transaction to minimize costs for the abortion of the transaction.

Ministry of Environment prescribes urea water by Clean Air Conservation Act. Urea water manufaturer used urea(high purity) and distilled water. Urea contents must be 31.8 ~ 33.2% (m / m) by Clean Air Conservation Act. But urea water manufacturer should be prepared with a urea content exceeded or under. so this research is evalustion of exhaust emission according the concentration urea rate and urea water usage.

As pollutants have been diversified with the acceleration and enhancement of industrial development, an interest in the criteria air contaminants including nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide and dust emitted from heating and industrial facilities, and vehicles has recently been expanded to hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). Although only trace amount of HAPs are released in vehicle exhaust emissions, they have toxic, carcinogenic, bio-accumulative, persisting and diffusing characteristics, and the direct and long-term exposure to them may lead to adverse effects in humans, animals and plants. Particularly, diesel vehicles emit more pollutants if they are lager and become battered. While the number of registered medium-duty trucks is relatively low compared to the overall registered vehicles, their ratio has been steadily increasing. This study was designed to investigate the emission characteristics of unregulated pollutants (Aldehyde and VOCs) as well as regulated pollutants (CO, HC, NOx and PM) from diesel medium-duty trucks. The emission characteristics of unregulated and regulated pollutants were assessed based on regulation standards (EURO 4 and EURO 5) and intake weight (2.5 ton and 5 ton). The results show that unregulated and regulated pollutants remained almost unchanged at higher speeds but decreased at below 23.5 km/h. Reduction in unregulated and regulated pollutants was noticeable in vehicles of recent regulation standards and light intake weight. The analysis of aldehyde using UPLC showed that formaldehyde and acetaldehyde of aldehyde were most dominant. The GC/MS analysis showed that benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene of VOCs were over 80% followed by toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene and benzene. The results of present study will be contributed to set up HAPs inventory.
