In this paper, a robust fault detection method for varying temperature based on fuzzy model is proposed. To develop a robust force estimation model, it needs temperature information because the output of force sensor is affected by a temperature variation. The nonlinear dynamic system, such as the parking force of the EPB (Electronic Parking Brake) system is necessary to have a higher order equation model. But, because of the calculation time, the higher order equation model is hard to be used in real application. In case of the lower order equation model, the result is not as accurate as acceptable. To solve this problem, the robust fuzzy model-based fault detection is developed. A proposed fault detection method for varying temperature is verified by HILS (hardware in the loop simulation).
Pentaerytritol Triacrylate를 이용한 광경화용 6관능 우레탄 아크릴레이트 합성과 경화필름 물성에 관한 연구

수산기를 함유한 3관능 아크릴레이트(PETA; pentaerytritol triacrylate)를 pentaerytritol과 acrylic acid의 축 합반응으로 합성하였다. 최적반응 조건이 용매로 heptane이 사용되고 pentaerytritol과 acrylic acid의 몰비가 1:4일 때, 최고수율의 3관능 아크릴레이트를 얻을 수 있었다. 그 후, 다양한 디이소시아네이트와 PETA간 축합반응을 통해 여러가지 6관능 우레탄 아크릴레이트(UA)를 합성하였다. 합성된 우레탄 아크릴레이트는 반응형 희석제를 광개시제와 함께 자외선 광경화한 후, 형성된 경화필름의 물성을 측정하였다. 방향족 벤젠고리를 포함하고 있는 우레탄 아크릴레이트는 지방족 분자를 포함하고 있는 우레탄 아크릴레이트에 비해 내후성이 취약하였으며, UA-2의 경우 연필경도 및 내스크레치성이 가장 우수하였고, 경화도가 가장 우수하였던 UA-1의 경우 내약품성이 가장 우수하였다. 밀착성의 경우 모든 조성에서 우수한 결과를 얻었으며, 경화도가 가장 낮은 UA-3의 경우 물리적 특성이 가장 낮았다. Pentaerytritol triacrylate (PETA) was synthesized by a condensation reaction between pentaerytritol and acrylic acid. The highest yield of PETA was obtained when heptane was used as a solvent under the 1:4 mole ratio of pentaerytritol and acrylic acid. The 6-functional urethane acrylates (UA) were also synthesized by a condensation reaction between PETA and diisocyanate. Cured films were prepared from the mixtures of UA oligomer, reactive diluents and UV initiator to investigate their physical properties. The thermal stability of the aliphatic urethane acrylate was better than that of the aromatic urethane acrylate. The UA-2 showed good hardness and scratch resistance properties while the UA-1 with a high degree of curing density exhibited a better chemical resistance. All the UA oligomers showed fairly good adhesion strengths but the other physical properties of UA-3 were poor due to its low curing density.
창의적 사고능력배양을 위한 학습자 명의의 특허출원 교수학습 방법 연구

This paper suggested a teaching method of giving shape to learners own creative ideas and applying for patent under their name. To this end, necessity for creative thinking and intellectual property education was studied. And a survey was conducted about the present condition of intellectual property education at domestic· foreign universities and university intellectual property education that Korean Intellectual Property Office and Korean Invention Promotion Association pushed forward with. And the present condition of intellectual property course standard curriculum suggested by Korean Intellectual Property Office was grasped. Based on this, an issue was deduced, and a teaching method for improving this was suggested. Hence, this study suggested a teaching method than could improve communication skills and information utilization skills as well as acquiring knowledge of intellectual property by improving creative thinking through the process of students deriving an idea to be patented and students applying for patent in person.
유산소운동 프로그램이 남성 만성 조현병 환자의 체질량지수, 기분상태 및 정신증상에 미치는 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an aerobic exercise program on body mass index, mood state, and psychiatric symptoms in men with chronic schizophrenia. Methods: Non-equivalent control group pretest and posttest design was used. The participants were men with chronic schizophrenia hospitalized in N mental hospital located in N city (29 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group). The program was provided 3 times a week for 8 weeks, 24 sessions each lasting 45~60 minutes. Effects of this program were evaluated using BMI, K-POMS-B, PANSS. The data were analyzed using percentage, x2-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, paired t-test, t-test, and ANCOVA with SPSS 12.0 version. Results: After the aerobic exercise program, statistically significant decreases in BMI, depression, fatigue score of the K-POMS, and psychiatric symptoms were found for the experimental group. Conclusion: These findings suggest that aerobic exercise programs are an effective psychiatric nursing intervention to decrease BMI, general psychiatric symptoms and fatigue, and also to improve mood states. Therefore aerobic exercise program are suggested as a potential approach for reducing re-hospitalization and facilitating social readjustment for patients with schizophrenia.

An effective drowsy driver detection system is needed, because the probability of accident is high for drowsy driving and its severity is high at the time of accident. However, the drowsy driver detection system that uses bio-signals or vision is difficult to be utilized due to high cost. Thus, this paper proposes a drowsy driver detection algorithm by using steering angle sensor, which is attached to the most of vehicles at no additional cost, and vehicle information such as brake switch, throttle position signal, and vehicle speed. The proposed algorithm is based on jerk criterion, which is one of drowsy driver's steering patterns. In this paper, threshold value of each variable is presented and the proposed algorithm is evaluated by using acquired vehicle data from hardware in the loop simulation (HILS) through CAN communication and MATLAB program. 졸음운전은 사고발생 확률이 높고, 사고 발생 시 심각도가 높기 때문에 효율적인 졸음운전 판단 시스템이 필요하다 . 그러나 생체 신호나 비전을 이용한 졸음운전 판단시스템은 비용 측면에서 활용되기가 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 추가적인 비용 없이 대부분의 차량에 기본 장착되어 있는 조향각 센서(steering angle sensor)와 차량정보(brake switch, throttle position signal, vehicle speed)를 이용하여 졸음운전자의 조향패턴 중 하나인 저킹 판단을 이용한 졸음운전 판단 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 각 변수의 임계값을 제시하고, HILS(Hardware in the Loop Simulation)에서 CAN을 통해 취득한 차량의 데이터와 Matlab 프로그램을 이용하여 알고리즘을 평가한다.
광경화용 카프로락톤 변성 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 합성과 경화필름 물성에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 고리화합물인 카프로락톤으로부터 2-hydroxyethyl acylate(2-HEA)를 개시제로 사용하여 caprolactone modified hydroxyl acrylate(CHA)를 합성한 후, hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer(HDT)와 축중합을 통해 카프로락톤 변성 우레탄 아크릴레이트(UA) 올리고머를 합성하였다. 카프로락톤과 2-HEA의 몰비에 따른 CHA의 분자량은 수산가를 이용하여 계산되었으며, 계산된 분자량은 이론분자량과 거의 일치하였다. UA 올리고머의 점도는 2-HEA 대한 CHA의 함량이 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 보였다. UA 올리고머와 반응형 희석제를 광개시제와 함께 광경화한 후, 형성된 경화필름의 내열성 및 내열 변색성을 측정하였다. 경화필름의 가교밀도가 증가할수록 내열성 및 내열변색성이 우수하였으나 가교밀도가 증가할수록 경도는 증가하지만, 신율은 상대적으로 감소하였다. In this study, the caprolactone modified hydroxy acrylates (CHAs) were synthesized by ring-opening reaction of caprolactone and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (2-HEA) as initiator. Also, the caprolactone modified urethane acrylate (VA) oligomers were synthesized by condensation reaction of previously synthesized CHAs, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (2-HEA) and hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDT). Using the hydroxy number of CHAs, the molecular weights of the CHAs were calculated easily and their molecular weight was similar to the theoretical molecular weight of them. The viscosity of UA oligomers decreased as increasing a content of CHA in the UA oligomer. Cure films were prepared from UA oligomer, reactive diluents, and UV initiator to investigate their physical properties. The thermal stability and color difference on high temperature for the cured film were improved as increasing the crosslinking density. Their surface hardness was also increased as increasing crosslinking density of the cured films. but their elongation at break was decreased.
