교사의 의사결정권한, 사기·열의, 교사효능감 간의 구조적 관계

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship among teacher’s decision-making authority and morale·engagement on teacher efficacy. For this purpose, high school teacher data from the 9th year of the Gyeonggi Education Longitudinal Study (GEPS) were used, and a structural equation model was used. The results are as follows; First of all, teachers’ decision-making authority have a static significant impact to morale·engagement and teacher efficacy. Secondly, teachers’ morale and engagement have a significant effect to teachers’ efficacy. Third, indirect effect between teachers’ decision-making authority and teachers’ efficacy are significant madiated teachers’ morale and engagement. Based on these findings, we proposed policies necessary to maintain and improve teacher efficacy. The results of this study have implications in that it proves that supporting teachers’ decision-making authority is a effective way to develop sustainable school education.

고등학교 교사가 지각한 학교장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사의 의사결정권한, 관계만족도 및 직무만족도의 구조적 관계

본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 교사가 인식한 학교장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사의 의사결정권한, 관계만족도 및 직무만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고, 학교장의 변혁적 리더십과 교사 직무만족도의 관계에서 교사의 의사결정권한과 관계만족도의 매개효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 경기교육종단연구 9차년도 고등학교 교사 3,002명의 데이터를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 신뢰도 분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 연구변인 간 구조적 관계를 확인하기 위하여 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시한 후 부트스트랩핑을 통해 직접효과, 간접효과 및 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학교장의 변혁적 리더십은 교사의 의사결정권한, 관계만족도 및 직무만족도에 정적인 영향을 나타내었고, 교사의 의사결정권한은 관계만족도 및 직무만족도에 정적인 영향을 나타냈으며, 교사의 관계만족도는 직무만족도에 정적인 영향을 나타내었다. 둘째, 학교장의 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족도의 관계에서 교사의 의사결정권한과 교사의 관계만족도는 모두 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 학교장의 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족도의 관계에서 교사의 의사결정권한과 관계만족도의 이중매개효과가 나타남을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 교사의 직무만족도 증진을 위해서 학교장의 변혁적 리더십 발휘를 통한 교사의 의사결정권한 강화가 중요하며, 교사의 의사결정권한 및 관계만족도를 높이기 위한 정책적 지원이 필요함을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among high school teachers' perceived principal’s transformational leadership, teacher's decision-making authority, teachers' relationship satisfaction and job satisfaction to clarify the mediating effect of teachers' decision-making authority and relationship satisfaction between principal's transformational leadership and teacher job satisfaction. For the purpose, the 3,002 high school teachers' data from the 9th year of the Gyeonggi Education Longitudinal Study (GEPS) were used in the final analysis. To verify the validity and reliability of the measuring tools, the reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. The structural equation model analysis was conducted to confirm the structural correlation among the variables. And then, the dual mediation effect was reaffirmed through bootstrapping of direct effect and indirect effect. The results are as follows: First of all, the principal's transformational leadership had a positive effect on teachers' decision-making authority, relationship satisfaction, and job satisfaction, and teachers' decision-making authority had a positive impact on relationship satisfaction and job satisfaction, and teachers' relationship satisfaction had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, both teachers' decision-making authority and teachers' relationship satisfaction showed a partial mediating effect between the principal's transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Third, teachers' decision-making authority and relationship satisfaction showed a double mediating effect between the school principal's transformational leadership and job satisfaction. The results of the study suggest that in order to improve teachers' job satisfaction, it is important to strengthen teachers' decision-making authority through the principal's transformational leadership, and that policy support is needed to increase teachers' decision-making authority and relationship satisfaction.

人迎氣口脈診法의 五行鍼 운용에 관한 고찰

Objective : The purpose of this study is to research whether Inyeong·Chon spot pulse(人迎氣口脈) could be used on application of Ohaeng-acupuncture(五行鍼法) Methods : I research 《Naegyeong》(內經) and annotations were excerpted and record that notied the Inyeong·Chon spot pulse(人迎氣口脈). Results : Comparison of Inyeong·Chon spot pulse and Deficiency·Excess syndrome of meridian system is useful to use Zheng Ge(正格) and Sheng Ge(勝格) of Ohaeng-acupuncture(五行鍼法) but in application of Han Ge(寒格) and Re Ge(熱格), Inyeong·Chon spot pulse(人迎氣口脈) is not useful.

Chloroform induces cystein-rich 61, a mediator of collagen homeostasis via early growth response-1 dependent pathway in human skin dermal fibroblasts

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are major air pollutants known to have adverse effects on skin. Many reports have shown an association between air pollutants and skin aging. However, there is no report on VOCs association with skin aging. The aim of this study is to identify the biologic effects of VOCs on fibroblasts. We investigated the effects of chloroform on cysteine-rich 61 (CYR61) expression in human skin fibroblasts using western blot and reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction. We also observed the change of type I procollagen and matrix metalloproteinase after exposure to chloroform using western blot. We explored the involvement of early growth response-1 (Egr-1) using siRNA s in the fibroblasts. Chloroform exposure increased the expression of CYR61 protein and mRNA level. Elevated CYR61 downregulates type I procollagen and upregulates MMP-1. Egr-1 overexpression upregulates CYR61 promoter activity. CYR61 promoter activity was lower in Egr-1 siRNA-transfected fibroblasts. The present study demonstrates that CYR61 is transcriptionally regulated by chloroform exposure through transcription factor Egr-1, and alters collagen homeostasis in human skin fibroblasts.

Toluene induces early growth response-1 dependent thymic stromal lymphopoietin expression in human keratinocytes

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) can be an important environmental risk factor in the development and/or aggravation of atopic dermatitis (AD). In a several studies to evaluate the clinical effects of air pollution including VOCs on skin symptoms in AD patients. Although these accumulated data shows an association between exposure to VOCs and aggravation of AD, the molecular effects of VOCs on the aggravation of AD is still not clear. The present study demonstrates increases of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) in keratinocytes following exposure to toluene. We further investigated the regulatory mechanisms of toluene-induced TSLP expression in human keratinocytes. Toluene induces early growth response-1 (Egr-1) protein expression in human keratinocytes. Moreover, treatment of Egr-1 siRNA abolished toluene-induced TSLP protein expression. Taken together, these findings suggest that in human keratinocytes, the up-regulation of TSLP by toluene is induced through an Egr-1 dependent mechanism.

This study was conducted to investigate the benzene exposure levels in coal chemical and petrochemical refining industries during BTX turnaround (TA) processes where benzene was being produced. Three companies producing benzene were selected, one coal chemical and two petrochemical industries. TA processes were classified into three stages: shut down, maintenance, and start up. Data was analyzed by classifying the refining method into 2 groups (Petrochemistry, Coal chemistry) for 823 workers. Comparing the data from petrochemical industries with data from a coal chemical refining industry, while benzene concentration levels of long-term samples during TA were not statistically different (p>0.05), those levels of short-term samples were significantly different (p<0.001). About 4.79 % of data in petrochemical industries exceed the occupational exposure limits (OELs) of benzene, 1 ppm. In a coal refining methods, about 15.7% exceeded the benzene OELs. The benzene concentrations in maintenance and start up stage of TA for petrochemical refineries were higher than those in a coal chemical refinery (p<0.01). These findings suggest that the coal chemical refining site requires more stringent work practice controls compare to petrochemical refining sites during TA processes. Personal protective equipments including organic respirators should be used by TA workers to protect them from benzene over-exposure.
