        장루보유 대장암 환자의 신체상과 성생활의 영향요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe factors affecting body image and sexual life for colorectal cancer patients with stoma. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive correlational study was applied to 102 ostomates from June to November in 2015 using self-report questionnaires: the Body image scale (BIS), and the Derogatis interview for sexual functioning self report (DISF-SR). Results: The influencing factors for body image were ‘need for preoperative sexual education and sexual counseling’ (β=-.29, p=.003), and clinical stage II of colorectal cancer (β=-.26, p=.006). The influencing factor for sexual life was educational level (college education or higher) (β=.21, p=.02). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that colorectal cancer patients with stoma had a negative body image. The sexual counseling and education for ostomates should be approached by considering gender characteristics.

        Choledocal cyst are cystic dilatations of the biliary tree varying in location from the ampulla of vater to the intrahepatic bile ducts. The majority of the cases are diagnosed during the first decade of the life but in 20% of patients with choledochal cysts, the diagnosis is not made until adulthood. Although these cysts occur frequently in females, presentation in pregnancy or the postpartum period is rare. Choledochal cysts presenting during pregnancy an increased risk to both the mother and developing fetus. The clinical presentation is often nonspecific, and physical and radiologic examination are limited during pregnancy because of the presence of the gravid uterus. We experienced one case of choledochal cyst during pregnancy and report our experience.

        Recently, the city is growing up rapidly as the population increases. The commercial and residential area of the city are sharply increased. As a result, the city appearing climate change present situation from artificial thermal and air pollution of material. Therefore, to analyze the phenomena of climate change in cities, it is needed that we should carry out research on the characteristics of 'flow and thermal environment' of small and medium size cities. Continuous measurement, instantaneous measurement carry out for more analysis thermal environment by climate change of Asan city. The continuous measurement selected the city center commercial areas and the residential areas and it measured a temperature, a humidity and a wind speed.(2008.08.05~2008.08.08) The instantaneous measurement selected crossroad, green space, water-space for measure time zone. (2008.08.07) We analyzed the data of continuation measurement and instantaneous measurement and the data of the same day at Korea meteorological observation station near by that city.

      • 하절기 중소도시 도심지역과 주거지역의 기후요소 실측 연구

        The development is underway at city center areas in the medium-size cities as well as big cities. The artificial areas in the city(such as asphalt, pedestrian block, parking pavement)getting increased with urban development. As a result, the city appearing climate change. In order to analyze this phenomenon, we carry out research in the Asan-city. Measurement points were selected in city center and residential areas. The continuous measurement point selected the commercial area, residential area and it measured a temperature, a humidity at 3 days.(2009.08.17∼2009.08.19) The instantaneous measurement point selected green space, water space and cross road in commercial area. It measured a temperature, a humidity and wind speed, surface temperature for 4time zones. We analyzed the measurement data of continuous measurement and instantaneous measurement and the same data of at Korea meterological observation station near by Asan-city. As a result, temperature of continuous measurement analyzed in following order: ①> ② >③ > ④ > ⑤ > Korea meterological observation station. Temperature of instantaneous measurement at 2:00 PM analyzed in following order: cross road> water space > green space.

        학교폭력 피해경험이 사이버폭력 가해에 미치는 영향: 공격성과 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과

        본 연구는 청소년의 학교폭력 피해경험이 사이버폭력 가해에 미치는 영향에서 공격성과 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하여 학교폭력 피해경험을 사이버폭력 가해로 전환시키거나 예방하는 위험요인과 보호요인을 밝히고 상담장면에서 학교폭력 피해를 경험한 청소년의 실질적인 치료적 개입방안을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 대구 지역 중학생 550명 중, 한 가지 반응에 일관적으로 설문에 응답한 64명을 제외한 486명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구결과는 SPSS 22.0과 PRO CESS M A CRO를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 학교폭력 피해경험은 사이버폭력 가해에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 학교폭력 피해경험이 사이버폭력 가해에 정적으로 영향을 미치는데, 공격성이 유의한 부분 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공격성과 사이버폭력 가해 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 넷째, 학교폭력 피해경험이 공격성을 통해 사이버폭력 가해에 미치는 매개효과가 사회적 지지 수준에 따라 차이를 나타냄으로써 조절된 매개효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 학교폭력을 예방하고 대책방안을 마련할 때 사회적 지지가 지속되어져야 함을 의미하는 것으로 주변인의 지속적인 지지와 학교 현장에서의 다차원적인 개입이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to verify the moderated mediating model for examineing the mediating effects of aggression and the moderating effects of social support on the relationship between the school violence victimization experience and cyber-bullying perpetration and to provide a practical therapeutic intervention for adolescents who have experienced the school violence victimization in counseling. A sample of 486 middle school students were included for analysis with the exclusion of 64 who responded to every questionnaire question with the same answer. The data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 and PROCESS MACRO. The findings are as follows: First, the experience of school violence exerted a positive influence directly on cyber-bullying perpetration. Second, the aggression has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the school violence victimization experience and cyber-bullying perpetration. Third, the social support moderated the effect of aggression on cyber-bullying perpetration. Fourth, the mediating effect of the school violence victimization experience on the cyber-bullying through aggression was shown to differ according to the level of social support, confirming the moderated mediating effect. These results suggest that the social support be maintained when preventing the school violence victimization experience and preparing countermeasures, highlighting that the continuous support from people around a youth and the multi-mensional intervention in the school is essential.

        태종대산 5종 돌미역의 화학성분 및 항산화활성 비교

        태종대 구역별 바람맥이, 굴통머리, 참물개, 조홍택, 고래등 구역에서 채취한 자연산 돌미역의 총 플라보노이드 함량을 비교한 결과 굴통머리 구역에서 채취한 돌미역의A+M 및 MeOH 추출물들의 총 플라보노이드 함량이 각각 1.44±0.04 mg/g 및 0.66±0.13 mg/g으로 5종 돌미역들 중 총 플라보노이드 함량이 가장 높았다. 지방산 조성분석 결과 굴통머리 돌미역은 30.1%의 n-6 지방산 및 10.0%의 총 n-3 지방산을 함유하였고 5종 돌미역 중 가장 높은 다가불포화지방산(polyunsaturated fatty acids, PUFA)을 함유하였다. 5종 돌미역 추출물들의 DPPH 및 ABTS 라디칼 소거능을 비교했을 때 모든 돌미역 A+M 추출물에 의한 소거활성이 MeOH 추출물보다 높았고 그 중 굴통머리A+M 추출물에 의한 소거능 활성이 가장 높았다(p<0.05). 5종 돌미역A+M 및 MeOH 추출물을 0.05 및 0.025 mg/ml의 농도로 인체 섬유육종세포(HT-1080)에 처리하여 세포 내 활성산소종을 측정한 결과 모든 추출물들은 측정시간 120분이 지남에 따라 높은 세포 내 활성산소종 생성 억제효과를 나타내었다. 바람맥이 및 굴통머리 구역에서 채취한 돌미역A+M 추출물에 의한 활성산소종 생성 억제효과가 높았다(p<0.05). 이상의 결과로부터 굴통머리 구역의 돌미역이 높은 함량의 플라보노이드 및 페놀 함량을 나타내었고 이러한 높은 함량은 세포내 활성산소종 생성 억제효과 및 DPPH 소거능과 상관성이 있다고 여겨지며 또한 굴통머리 구역 돌미역은 높은 함량의 EPA와 DHA를 함유하고 있어 향후 해조류유래 n-3 지방산 활용 기능성 식품 혹은 지역 대표 수산식품으로 개발 가능할 것으로 기대된다. This study compared the nutritional characteristics and antioxidant effects of sea mustards sourced from five different areas (Barammaegi, Gultongmeori, Chanmulgae, Johongtaek, and Goraedeung) in Taejongdae, Youngdo, Busan. The contents of total flavonoids and phenols and fatty acid composition were measured. To evaluate their antioxidant effects, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) assays were used. Acetone/methylene chloride (A+M) extracts from all the sea mustards contained higher amounts of total flavonoids and phenols than methanol (MeOH) extracts. Among the sea mustards obtained from the different areas, the total flavonoid and total phenolic content of the A+M extract of the sea mustard from Gultongmeori was 1.44±0.04 mg/g and 1.72±0.06 mg/g, respectively. In terms of the fatty acid composition, the Gultongmeori sea mustard had higher percentages of total n-6, total n-3, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, 20:5n-3), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 22:6n-3) than the sea mustards from the other areas. The A+M extract of the sea mustard from Gultongmeori was more effective in terms of scavenging free radicals as compared with that of the other sea mustards, as assessed by the DPPH and ABTS assays (p<0.05). In a 120-minute reactive oxygen species (ROS) production assay, all the extracts tested decreased cellular ROS production induced by H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> compared to that produced by exposure to an extract-free control (p<0.05). The extracts from Barammaegi and Gultongmeori had a greater inhibitory effect on cellular ROS production. These results indicated that the antioxidant effects of sea mustards might be associated with a higher amount of flavonoids and phenols. This study suggests that food-processed products from sea mustard can be developed as functional foods for promoting health in the local population.

        의료진의 가정용 인공호흡기 관련 지식 정도와 교육요구도 조사

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge and educational needs of nurses and physicians on home ventilator. Methods: The participants were 140 nurses and 47 physicians working at departments using home ventilators. The data were collected from January 30 to February 12, 2012 through a self-administered questionnaire with 32 items of the knowledge and educational needs on home ventilator. Results: The mean scores of nurses' and physicians' knowledge were 2.52 and 2.56 respectively. The mean scores of nurses' and physicians' educational needs were 3.16 and 3.06 respectively. Nurses' knowledge was associated with their experience using and receiving education about home ventilator and willingness to receive education about home ventilator education. Nurses' educational needs were associated with their present working department and experience using home ventilator. Nurses with high knowledge were more likely to have high educational needs. Physicians' knowledge and educational needs were not associated with any their general characteristics. Conclusion: Nurses' and physicians' knowledge of home ventilator were low and their educational needs on home ventilator were high. To provide high quality of care for home ventilators, it is necessary to provide nurses and physicians with education and to develop a more specific educational program for them.

        CFD 모델을 이용한 열미로의 지중열원 활용에 관한 사례 연구

        In order to evaluate the performance of ground heat source in thermal labyrinth on pre-heating in winter season and pre-cooling in summer season, the following are made as a conclusion through case study of H project by using the weather data from Korea meteorological administration and CFD model. By making outdoor air inlet via ground heat source in thermal labyrinth for conduction, convection and etc., the temperature rise is 13. 4℃ as the effect of pre-heating in winter season. On the other hand, as the effect of pre-cooling in summer season, the temperature decrease is 7.2℃. The energy saving rate by the application of ground heat source in thermal labyrinth is 9.1%.

        태양복사를 고려한 중소도시의 지표면 온도에 따른 열환경 시뮬레이션 연구

        The computational simulation, which predicted the temperature of the medium-sized city respectively, has conducted in this study. The computational domain includes various artificial structures of the city such as building, ground, concrete, and grass. To consider the solar radiation precisely, the unsteady numerical calculation is performed from sun rise to specific time after mid-day which the temperature is measured at. The measured and predicted temperatures are compared and those show the validity of the computational methods used in this study. The numerical methods consist of three sub-processes to reduced the computational load and to improve the flexibility of the calculation. To analyse the effect of the artificial structures. two alternative ground conditions replacing the asphalt with ground and grass are compared. The results of the alternatives show that the surface in the city filled with grass or ground can reduce the temperature of structures in the city.
