        창의적 융합인재 양성을 위한 스토리텔링 기반 유아 발명 교육프로그램 개발 및 적용효과

        미래사회를 위한 교육의 방향으로 창의적 융합인재 양성이 대두됨에 따라 이를 위한 실제적 교육 방안에 대한 연구의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 창의적 융합인재 양성을 위한 방안으로 스토리텔링 기반 유아 발명 교육프로그램을 개발하고 창의성과 과학적 문제해결 능력 측면에서 그 효과를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구 및 문헌 고찰을 토대로 유아들이 발명 교육에 흥미를 느낄 수 있도록 스토리텔링 기반 발명 교육프로그램을 개발하였으며 개발된 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 만 5세 유아 18명을 대상으로 프로그램을 실행하였다. 그 결과 실험집단 유아의 창의성의 하위요인 중 유창성, 상상력과 과학적 문제해결력이 통계적으로 유의미하게 증진되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 스토리텔링 기반 유아 발명 교육 프로그램을 통해 창의적 융합인재 양성을 위한 교육으로 의미가 있음을 시사한다. With the emergence of creative convergence talent as a direction for education for the future society, the necessity of research on practical education methods for this is increasing. The purpose of this study is to develop a storytelling-based invention program for young children as a plan for fostering creative convergence talent and to clarify its effects in terms of creativity and scientific problem-solving abilities. To this end, a storytelling-based invention education program for young children to be interested in invention education was developed based on previous research and literature review. As a result, the experimental group’s fluency and imagination among the sub-factors of creativity, and scientific problem-solving ability were significantly improved. These results suggest that the storytelling-based early childhood invention education program is meaningful as a training program for creative convergence talent.

        저강도 초음파가 흰쥐 대퇴골 골절치유와 TGF-β1의 발현에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of low intensity pulsed ultrasound on TGF-β1 expression and healing of rat femur penetrating fractures. Methods: Rats were anesthetized with ketamine and xylazine. Using aseptic technique, we exposed the lateral right femoral diaphysis with removal of the periosteum. We made one hole along its long axis with an electrically-driven 1.8 mm diameter drill bit. Postoperatively, rats were divided into two groups (a control group, n=15; an experimental group, n=15). The experimental group was treated with low intensity pulsed ultrasound (pulse rate: 1:4, 0.5 W/cm2, 10 minutes, 1 time per day) for 3 weeks. The control group was treated with sham ultrasound (with the US unit turned off). Results: The experimental group achieved more callus formation and TGF-β1 expression than the control group at the 7<sup>th</sup>, 14<sup>th</sup> and 21<sup>st</sup> days after low intensity pulsed ultrasound treatment. Conclusion: This study suggests that low intensity pulsed ultrasound facilitates bone fracture repair, possibly via increased TGF-β1 expression.

        만성 목통증에 대한 자가신장과 위등뼈 관절가동술이 머리척추각 및 자율신경계 기능에 미치는 효과

        PURPOSE: This study aimed to examine the effects of self-stretching (SS) and joint mobilization (JM) on pain, craniovertebral angle (CVA), autonomic system function in chronic cervical pain patient with forward head posture (FHP). METHODS: A total of 30 male college students were selected as study subjects, and were divided into Group Ⅰ (general physical therapy; GPT, n=10), Group Ⅱ (GPT+SS, n=10), Group Ⅲ (GPT+JM, n=10). All groups were evaluated three times a week for 4 weeks. Pain was measured by visual analogue scale (VAS), CVA was measured using digital goniometer and autonomic system function (heart rate; HR, skin conductivity; SC, LF norm, HF norm, LF/HF ratio) was measured by Biofeedback ProComp Infiniti. After 4 weeks, paired t-test was used to compare the changes within the group and one way ANOVA was used to compare those between the groups. RESULTS: In Group I, VAS was significantly decreased. In Group II and Ⅲ was a significantly change in all items. In comparison between Group I and II was a difference in all items except HR. In comparison between Group I and Ⅲ was a difference in all items. In comparison between Group II and Ⅲ was a difference in VAS, LF norm and LF/HF ratio. CONCLUSION: This study showed that SS and JM can effectively reduce pain and normalize the autonomic system function.

        궁둥신경 가동술이 여성노인의 뻗은다리올림 검사와 보행능력에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of sciatic nerve mobilization techniques on straight leg raising (SLR) and walking ability in elderly women aged over 65. METHODS: Seventy women aged over 65 were examined using SLR test and forty women were selected as subjects. They were divided into Group Ⅰ (under 70° of SLR test of both legs, n=20) and Group Ⅱ (over 70° of SLR test of both legs, n=20). Nerve mobilization was applied to both groups (three times a week for 4 weeks). SLR angle was measured using digital goniometer and walking ability was measured by step length, stride length, velocity, double support, using GAITRite System. After 4 weeks, paired t-test was used to compare the changes of SLR test and walking ability within GroupⅠ and Group Ⅱ. RESULTS: In Group I, SLR test, step length, stride length and gait velocity were significantly increased but double support was significantly difference. In Group II, SLR test, step length and stride length were significantly increased but gait velocity was not significantly increased and double support was significantly decreased. CONCLUSION: This study showed that sciatic nerve mobilization techniques had positive effects on the SLR angle and walking ability in elderly women.

        The present simulation focuses on the effect of the shape of capillary tube-suction line heat exchangers(SLHX), The results in the three cases of the SLHX types show that both of the location and length of heat exchange section influence the coefficient of performance(COP) and cooling capacity. Simulation shows the COP may be improved by 4.6% and the cooling capacity may be improved by 13.6% in the Lateral type.

        수중운동과 슬링운동이 척주옆굽음증을 가진 젊은 성인의 척추각과 유연성에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: This study assessed the exercise programs for improving the spinal angle and trunk flexibility by applying the aquatic exercise and sling exercise to young adults with scoliosis. METHODS: The subjects were 14 participants diagnosed with scoliosis. They were assigned randomly either to an aquatic exercise group (n=7) that received the WATSU exercise program or to a sling exercise group (n=7) that received a sling exercise program. The exercise program was 50 minutes once, three times a week, 12 times for four weeks. The spinal angle and flexibility were measured using the Cobb’s angle and modified sit and reach test, respectively. Two variables were analyzed before and after the intervention, and the aquatic exercise group and sling exercise group were compared. RESULTS: After the intervention, the Cobb’s angle decreased significantly, and the flexibility increased significantly in both groups (p<.05). A larger increase in flexibility was observed in the aquatic exercise group than in the sling exercise group (p<.05). CONCLUSION: These results showed that the two exercise programs improved the spine angle and flexibility. The increased flexibility showed that aquatic exercise was more effective than the sling exercise. Therefore, aquatic exercise and sling exercise can be used in the treatment and prevention of scoliosis.

        유아놀이에 대한 문화기술적 사례연구 : 4D 프레임을 중심으로

        목적 본 연구에서는 2019 누리과정 개정에 따라 유아중심, 놀이중심의 교육과정이 강조되면서 유아들의 상상을 통한 자유로운 놀이의 가치가 재조명되고 있는 시점에서 유아들이 새로운 놀잇감인 4D프레임을 어떻게 탐색하고 상상하며 놀이를 창조하는지 그 과정과 의미를 발견하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 A유치원에 재원중인 만 3세 31명, 만 4세 43명, 만 5세 43명을 대상으로 2019년 9월 23일부터 12월 10일까지 12주 동안 주 1회씩 40분간 총 11회로 총 440분간 놀이가 이루어졌으며, 마지막 한 주는 4D프레임을 활용한 놀이경험, 유아들의 생각을 수집하고자 2일에 거쳐 1명당 약 10분 정도의 유아 면담을 진행하였다. 결과 4D프레임을 활용한 유아의 놀이를 분석한 결과 놀이의 주체되기, 놀이의 공유를 통해 서로의 확장자되기, 놀이를 통한 배움의 순간 경험하기로 범주화하였다. 결론 유아들은 4D프레임을 활용하여 놀이하는 과정에 즐거움을 느꼈으며 이러한 즐거움은 유아들의 내적 동기를 유발하여 유아들이 놀이의 주체가 되는 의미 있는 경험을 하였으며, 유아들 서로가 촉진자가 되어 놀이를 확장해주는 지원자가 되었다. 또한 유아들은 4D프레임 놀이를 통해 개정 누리과정에서 지향하고 있는 ‘놀이를 통한 통합적 경험과 배움을 경험한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. Objectives As the revision of the 2019 Nuri course emphasizes the curriculum centered on children and play, the value of free play through children imagination is being re-examined. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to discover the process and meaning of how children explore, imagine, and create play, a new playgroudn, the 4D frame. Methods A total of 440 minutes of play were held once a week for 40 minutes, 11times a week for 12weeks from September 23 to December 10, 2019, for 31 people aged 3, 43 people aged 4, and 43 people aged 5 who are enrolled in A kindergarten. In the last week, about 10 minutes of children interview were held per person after two days to collect play experiences using 4D Frame and thoughts from children. Results An analysis of children play using 4D Frame categorized it as being subject of play, expanding each other through sharing play, and experiencing the moment of learning through play. Conclusions Children felt pleasure in the process of playing using 4D Frame, and this pleasure caused children’s internal motivation, giving children a good opportunity to become the main players in play. Children became each other’s play facilitators and volunteers to expand each other’s play by plating together. In addition, children experienced a variety of experiences through play using 4D Frame, which showed that they experienced learning moments in the play process.

        전정자극 훈련이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 균형에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 만성 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 전정자극훈련 프로그램이 정적 균형 및 동적 균형에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 2014년 7월 15일부터 9월 6일까지 진행하였으며, 대상자는 뇌졸중 진단을 받은 환자 20명이 본 연구에 참여하였고, Group Ⅰ(일반운동치료, n=10)과 Group Ⅱ(전정자극훈련, n=10)로 나누었다. 두 군 모두 주 3회, 회당 40분씩 6주간 치료적 중재를 실시하였다. 균형 능력은 Good Balance System을 이용하여 정적 균형 및 동적 균형을 측정하였으며, 중재 전과 후를 비교하였다. 연구 결과, 전정자극 훈련군에서는 눈감고 선자세의 좌우 및 전후 균형, 눈뜨고 선자세의 좌우 및 전후 균형, 이동시간, 이동거리에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 일반운동 치료군에서는 눈뜨고 선자세의 좌우 균형을 제외한 모든 항목에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 전정자극 훈련은 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 정적 균형 능력과 동 적균형 능력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 이러한 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 능력 향상을 위한 치료프로그램에 다양한 방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study examined the effects of vestibular stimulation training on the static and dynamic balance of patients with chronic stroke. This study was conducted from July 15th to September 6, 2014 and 20 subjects diagnosed with stroke participated in this study. The subjects were divided randomly into Group Ⅰ(general therapeutic exercise, n=10) and Group Ⅱ(vestibular stimulation training, n=10). Both groups were trained for 40 minutes, 3 times a week, for 6weeks. The balance ability, static balance and dynamic balance, were evaluated using a Good Balance System and compared before-and-after intervention. In the vestibular training group, there were statistically significant differences in the left-right and anterior-posterior balance with the eyes closed and standing posture, in the left-right and anterior-posterior balance with the eyes open and standing posture, and moving time and distance. In the general therapeutic exercise group, there was no significant difference except in the left-right balance with the eyes open and standing posture. In conclusion, vestibular stimulation training had positive effects on the static and dynamic balance of chronic stroke patients, and this training can be effective in a treatment program to improve the balance ability of stroke patients.

        유아 성교육 그림책 교육내용 분석 - 2015 유치원 성교육표준안을 기준으로 -

        본 연구의 목적은 유아 성교육에 적합한 그림책을 분석하여 성교육을 위한 교육의 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 누리과정이 시행된 2013년부터 2016년까지 출판된 성교육 관련 내용 그림책 168권을 선정하여 그림책의 일반적인 특성과 2015년 유치원 성교육 표준안의 영역 -인간발달, 인간관계, 성 건강, 사회와 문화-을 기준으로 그림책 내용을 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 첫째, 유아 성교육 그림책의 일반적인 특성으로 동화유형은 사실동화, 지식 · 정보책, 환상동화, 전래동화 순으로 나타났으며, 그림유형으로는 사실적인 표현, 의인적 표현, 투사적 표현, 환상적 표현, 구상적·추상적 표현, 컷 순으로 나타났다. 수입/국내 출판된 그림책은 수입도서 보다 국내도서가 더 많이 출판되었다. 둘째, 성교육표준안에 따른 하위영역 및 내용은 인간관계 132권, 성 건강 13권으로 약 10배로 영역 간 편차가 큰 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this research was to analyze adequate picture books for sex education in young children and provide basic educational data on sex education. For this purpose, 168 books related to sex education published from 2013 to 2016 were chosen for the analysis. These books were analyzed with the 2015 General Standards for kindergarten sexual education, which include human development, human relationships, sexual health, and society and culture. The results of the analysis indicate some general features. First, the number of sexual education books for children from abroad and from within the country was not much different. In terms of the children`s stories, there were more realistic stories. In terms of the pictures, realistic expressions were frequently seen. Second, the domains within the General Standards for kindergarten sex education were in the following order human relationships, human development, society and culture, and sexual health.

        문제중심학습(PBL) 기반 4D 프레임을 활용한 유아수학교육 수업이 예비유아교사의 수학교과교육학 지식, 수학교수 효능감 및 창의적 태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 문제중심학습(PBL) 교수법으로 4D 프레임을 활용한 유아수학교육 수업이 예비유아교사의 수학교과교육학 지식, 수학교수 효능감 및 창의적 태도에 효과가 있는지 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 3년제 대학 유아교육과 2학년 학생 46명이며, PBL기반 4D 프레임 활용하여 수업을 진행한 실험집단(22명)과 일반 강의식 수업을 진행한 비교집단(24명)으로 구성 하였다. 연구 절차는 PBL 문제 개발 및 수업 안 개발, 사전검사, 실험처치, 사후검사 순으로 이루어졌다. 수업의 효과를 분석하기 위해 SPSS 23.0 통계프로그램으로 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 수학교과교육학 지식에서 집단 간 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 수학교수 효능감, 창의적 태도에서는 실험집단이 유의미하게 점수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 PBL 기반 4D 프레임을 활용한 유아수학교육 수업이 예비유아교사의 수학교수 효능감, 창의적 태도 증진에 효과적인 교수방법이 될 수 있음을 제안한다. This study was conducted to find whether early childhood mathematics education classes using 4D frames as a problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method have an effect on the pedagogical content knowledge of mathematics, mathematics teaching efficacy, and creative attitudes of pre-service early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 46 students in the 2nd grade of the department of early childhood education at the college, and the experimental group (22 students) who conducted classes using PBL-based 4D frames and the comparative group (24 students) who conducted general lecture-style classes. The research procedure consisted of PBL problem development and lesson plan development, pre-test, experimental treatment, and post-test. In order to analyze the effectiveness of the class, an analysis of covariate (ANCOVA) was conducted with the SPSS 23.0 statistical program, and the results of the study are as follows. First, there was no significant difference between groups in the knowledge of mathematics and pedagogy of preschool teachers. Second, in terms of mathematics teaching efficacy and creative attitude, the experimental group showed significantly higher scores. Through this, we propose that early childhood mathematics education classes using PBL-based 4D frames can be an effective teaching method to enhance mathematics teaching efficacy and creative attitude of pre-service early childhood teachers.
