순수 지성 개념으로서 죽음 개념과 그 역설

This study is originated from the concern which involves both some errors death concept has and the possible negative judgment derived from it. So this tries to examine the death concept more critically and puts its emphasis on the review regarding the metaphysical topology for it. What I have found is the problematic role of death concept, functioning as if a pure concept of the understanding. What I intend to elucidate is that those problems result from the nature of the reason which eventually put its aim at generalization. At the end of this critic on death concept, I conclude that we should set the bounds of death concept to the Kantian transcendental scheme; according to Kant, the root of the transcendental scheme is the imagination. Accordingly, death, an imaginary representation can never have the opposite status against life, since life is not the one imaginary but real. All logical concepts are virtually ambivalent, so the unconditional expansion of an empty concept could lead to negative judgments. Besides, we should not overlook the transpirable negative impacts from those judgments if taking account of the practical role of ideas. The ultimate objective of Kantian critical philosophy is to expose an illusion brought about by both the understanding and the reason being supernaturally used and to criticize and protect pure understanding which, when it merely corresponds to forms, the reason tries to expand. It is the focal argument of this paper that we should not only previse the erroneous reasoning of death concept, functioning as if it has real status; also not to empower the logically opposite representation of life to it. It would be a definite fundamental caution against all the illusions we are possible to have regarding death if we solidify the status of death as the thing in itself that is truly impossible to cognize. 본고는 일상에서의 죽음 개념이 갖는 오류와 그것에서 비롯될 수 있는 판단에 대한 경계에서 비롯됐다. 이에 필자는 죽음 개념에 대한 보다 비판적인 검토와 그것의 형이상학적 지위에 대한 재고를 역설하고자 했다. 필자는 죽음 개념이 하나의 순수 지성 개념으로서 사용되고 있는 문제점을 발견해냈고, 아울러 그것이 이성의 보편화하려는 본성과 함께 발생한다는 것을 해명하려 했다. 죽음 개념에 대한 필자의 이와 같은 비판은 결국 죽음이 칸트가 말한 선험적 도식으로 제한되어야 한다는 주장으로 귀결되었다. 칸트는 도식이 상상력의 소산이라는 것을 분명히 했다. 따라서 가상인 죽음의 표상은 논리적으로 삶의 반대 지위를 가질 수 없다. 논리적인 개념은 언제나 양가적이기 때문에 철저하게 재고되지 않은 공허한 개념의 확장은 부정적인 판단으로 귀결될 수 있고, 이념의 실천적 역할을 고려했을 때 그러한 부정적 판단이 불러올 사태는 결코 단순한 염려의 차원에서 마무리되어서는 안 된다. 칸트의 비판철학이 추구한 궁극 목적은 초자연적으로 쓰이는 지성과 이성의 환상을 적발하고, 형식에 부합하는 것만으로 초자연계까지 확장을 시도하려는 이성을 경계하여 순수한 지성을 비판하고 보호하는 것이었다. 그래서 필자는 칸트 비판철학의 이런 정신에 기초하여 죽음이 실재의 지위를 갖는 것처럼 오류 추리되어 삶의 표상에 대한 논리적 반대 항으로 작용하는 것을 제한하고자 한다. 이렇게 함으로써 이 글은 물자체로서의 죽음이 결코 인식될 수 없음을 분명히 하고자 하며, 아울러 이로부터 우리가 죽음에 관해 가질 수 있는 환상을 제거하고자 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the mediating effect of happiness in the relationship between internet addiction, depression and suicidal ideation among adolescents from multicultural families. Methods: 1,065 adolescents from multicultural families who participated in the 16th (2020) Adolescent Health Behavior Survey were selected as the final subjects for the study, and were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: There was a fully mediating effect of happiness in the relationship between internet addiction and suicidal ideation of the adolescents from multicultural families (F=6.65, p<.001). There was a partial mediating effect of happiness in the relationship between depression and suicidal ideation of the adolescents from multicultural families (F=10.01, p<.001). Conclusion: To mitigate the suicidal ideation of adolescents from multicultural families, it is necessary to develop and apply a positive psychological treatment program that enhances happiness for adolescents from multicultural families who are experiencing internet addiction and depression.

죽음 충동 개념에 관한 철학적 전망 : “호모 루덴스”의 죽음 충동

필자의 논의는 우리 인간에게 있어서의 “모든 충동은 죽음의 충동”이라는 라캉의 주장에 대한 동의에서 출발한다. 「쾌락 원칙을 넘어서」에서 프로이트가 죽음 충동 개념을 도입한 이래로 죽음 충동에 관한 많은 유의미한 논의들이 있어왔다. 그러한 논의 중에는 엄밀성에 있어서 가치 있는 연구들도 있었고 삶의 가치를 풍요롭게 해 줄 연구들도 있었다. 개념 자체에 관한 논의들은 프로이트의 기획의 본 의도를 더욱 명확하게 해 준 것들도 있었고, 그의 논의가 가진 맹점을 날카롭게 비판한 것들도 있었다. 개념의 엄밀성을 보다 정교하게 해 줄 연구들은 지금도 여전히 풍부하게 진행 중일 것이다. 그래서 필자의 연구는 그와는 다소 다른 관점에서 기획됐다. 필자는 오늘날 우리에게 가장 절실한 것으로서 삶에 대한 보다 건강하고 건전한 이해를 도울 수 있는 설명을 꼽는다. 그리고 그러한 설명이 다름 아닌 철학함이고, 철학 실천이라고 이해하고 있다. 본 연구는 철학에 관한 필자의 그와 같은 기본적 이해 혹은 신념의 바탕에서 출발한 것으로 필자는 본고에서 죽음 충동 개념을 통해 새로운 철학적 전망을 제시하고자 한다. 필자는 “말하는 주체”로서 우리가 처한 구조적 현실에서의 여러 고통들은 상징과 실재를 등가화하려는 시도 속에서 발생한다고 본다. 결코 등가화될 수 없는 불가능한 것들 사이에서 끊임없이 시도되는 실재의 상징화는 또 다른 불가능으로 치달을 수밖에 없지만, 그러한 충동들은 그 과정에서 우리에게 ‘너머의 쾌’를 제공해주기도 한다. 또한 충동하는 주체에게는 상징의 무한 부정을 통해 자유롭게 삶을 새롭게 해석해낼 수 있는 자유가 허락된다. 필자는 그런 종류의 충동들을 다름 아닌 “호모 루덴스”의 “죽음 충동”으로 해석하고 있으며, 이것이 고통을 넘어서는 고양된 삶에 이바지 한다고 주장하고자 한다. My argument in this paper starts at the agreement with the assertion of Lacan, J. that "every drive is virtually a death drive". Since S. Freud introduced the concept, Death Drive first in the 'Beyond the pleasure principle', there have been many meaningful discussions regarding it. Some studies are valuable concerning their strictness and some of them are significant as they enrich life values. Some discussions about the concept itself made the original intention of Freud clearer and there were sharp criticism the weak point of his argument. There should be a lot of studies that can make his argument more sharply and they must be on going. So my project for the concept, Death Drive heads for the slight different direction from them. I regard an explanation that can give a help to the healthful and sound life as the most urgently needed nowadays. And I understand that it is nothing but a philosophy or in other words philosophical practice. This study starts from such basic understanding or belief, and I intend to suggest a new philosophical project by the concept, Death Drive in this paper.

In order to develop color of potato chip made from Superior variety and Irish Cobbler variety, various conditions on NaCl and CaCl₂ contents, heat treatment and soaking time were applied. The content of reducing sugar decreased by 30∼40% in blanching without NaCl and CaCl₂. In NaCl soaking case, reducing sugar content decreased by 15∼30 %, however, partial colorization was appeared that the sample turned to brown. In the sample that were soaking in NaCl solution and heat treated, reduction of reducing sugar was 40% and desirable time for heat treatment was 5 min and 7 min. In the sample treated CaCl₂ solution, reduction of reducing sugar was 25∼30% and then color was not acceptable. In the sample soaking CaCl₂ solution and heat treated, seducing sugar content rapidly by 50% and the color development was the most ideal.
