Background: This study was performed to evaluate the prevalence and risk factors on the adverse reactions caused by iodinated contrast media (CM) for computed tomography (CT) examination in a university hospital. Methods: Clinical and demographic data among outpatients with CM use were collected at 0000 University Busanpaik Hospital in Busan, Korea between 2008 and 2010. Adverse reaction rate was calculated by the number of adverse reaction among total outpatients with CM use, which was stratified by seasons and sex. The association of risk factors on adverse reaction was investigated using logistic regression model. Results: The total outpatients and events of administered CMs were 27,587 and 48,616, respectively. The administered CMs were iopromide, iohexol, iobitridol, and iodixanol. Adverse reactions occurred in 300 outpatients among the total outpatients (1.1 %). The number of outpatients administered CM more than twice were 8,348. Among them, outpatients who experienced adverse reaction(s) more than once and twice were 124 (1.5 %) and 26 (0.3 %), respectively. Adverse reaction rate was significantly different by sex(p=0.01). The other risk factors were cancer history (OR 2.57, 95 % CI 2.00-3.31) and previous CM administration (OR 1.89, 95 % CI 1.47-2.44). Urticaria was the most frequent symptoms. Conclusion: Total adverse reaction rate was 1.1 % with most common symptom in skin system. Related risk factors were female, cancer history, and previous CM administration. These results were similar to previous studies and will be contribute to clinical practice and future research especially in Koreans.

과거의 제어 시스템은 외부 네트워크와 연결되지 않은 폐쇄망이라 그 자체로 보안성을 보장받을 수 있었으나 최근에는 관리의 편이성 등을 위해 외부로 연결시켜 놓은 사례가 많으며, 폐쇄망이라고 주장을 하나 어느 한 접점은 인터넷과 연결되어 있어 운영 중인 제어시스템이 점점 늘어나는 추세이다. 이에 따라 외부 연결로 인해 해커들이 제어시스템을 목표로 다양한 공격 시도를 할 수 있게 되었으며 다양한 보안 위협에 노출되어 공격의 타겟이 되고 있는 실정은 당연한 것이다. 외부에 연결되어 있는 산업제어시스템은 웹서비스 또는 원격 관리를 위한 원격관리 포트가 대부분 연결되어 있으며 웹 프로그램을 통한 웹 서비스의 확대는 제어시스템도 예외는 아니므로 일반적인 웹 취약점을 그대로 상속하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공격자 입장에서 제어시스템을 대상으로 가장 많이 시도되는 웹 해킹 공격을 도출하기 위해 기존의 웹 취약점 항목을 분류 및 비교하였으며 이를 통해 제어시스템 필수 웹 취약점을 선별하였으며 또한 누락된 취약점이 있는지 검토하고 확인하고자 하였다. In the past, the control system was a closed network that was not connected to the external network. However, in recent years, many cases have been opened to the outside for the convenience of management. Are connected to the Internet, and the number of operating control systems is increasing. As a result, it is obvious that hackers are able to make various attack attempts targeting the control system due to external open, and they are exposed to various security threats and are targeted for attack. Industrial control systems that are open to the outside have most of the remote management ports for web services or remote management, and the expansion of web services through web programs inherits the common web vulnerability as the control system is no exception. In this study, we classify and compare existing web vulnerability items in order to derive the most commonly tried web hacking attacks against control system from the attackers point of view. 장편애니메이션의 플롯구성에 관한 비교분석연구-천년여우 여우비와 원더풀데이즈를 중심으로-

With its high expansibility, animation business can create vast additive values and it is evaluated to make various window effects. Through creative production, its sales amount in and out of the country has increased showing its possibility of growth as a competitive business. However, domestic long piece animation is in stagnation. The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve competitiveness of domestic long-piece animation. It establishes the concept of a plot, which is the most fundermental element of a story-telling in animation, compares and analyses a success and a failure to learn a lesson. For the development of domestic long piece animation business, the most important thing is to make a product with a successful plot through accurate self diagnosis and proper analysis of the market. There`s a saying that if you know your enemy and know yourself, you can win every battle. Even if there`s no success yet, you should never give up and you don`t have to hurry to make a success. On the basis of accurate self diagnosis right to our situation and clear analysis you can make a success soon.
서울시 동 주민센터 민원 만족도 및 지역적 특성 연구를 통한 시각정보디자인 개선 방향 연구

This study was aimed at finding features of 25 Dong Community Service Centers in Seoul and figuring out a method to apply the features to vidual information design. For the purpose, the study conducted a field research and literature investigation to find out problems in the field and for a preliminary investigation. To analyze materials needed for the result of a civil satisfaction research conducted in advance, the study rearrange the scale and reanalyzed the data to find out the tendency of usage and satisfaction of citizens. The study also found out local features by various factors including population, location, area and the number of public officials in 25 Dongs. Analyzing the features of each Dong again, the study drew a method to reflect the local features in visual information design based on an interview with 5 experts. The results are as in the following. First, there was no correlation between population, the area of a Dong Community Service Center and the number of people in the center, but there shall be consideration about space design and visual information design. Second, it is important to work on brand design or visual information design. Third, we need to be concerned about the separation of Gangnam and Ganbuk, the aging society, the increase of multi-cultural families and foreigners. Lastly, we should care for the center as a cultural place throughout consideration about the residents’ communities and design.
광고의 플롯 유형에 관한 연구 - 15초 CM를 중심으로 -

In the digital era, advertising marketing is changing into interactive, long-term, and relationship marketing. These changes have emphasized the importance of storytelling. Among the elements of storytelling, `plot` is one of the methodologies for enhancing storytelling. Currently, the majority of CMs are 15 seconds. in this study, CM is choose from the tvcf website and chosen by the best 67 CMs. The research method is define the concept of storytelling and plot first. find common, similarities from 20species and 36species and finally export 9 plots. Next, Two questions, which were asked in this study, were Is a plot applied to 15 seconds CMs? and “If so, what kinds of plots will appear in those advertisements applied with the plot technique? This study analyzed 30 of 15 seconds CMs to answer these questions. Results showed that a plot was also applied to the 15 seconds CMs (12 out of 30 CMs). Of Course, the plot did not appear in 18 CFs (60%). However, the advertisement with plots had relatively better advertisement effects. When 12 CMs (40%), utilizing the plot method, were evaluated, the rescue plot type, the discovery plot type, the love plot type, the seeking plot type were 5 (41%), 4 (31%), 2 (16%), and 1 (12%), respectively. In conclusion, plots are not methodology that can be used only in long narrative. Plots can also be applied to 15 seconds CMs and increase the effects.

As many sensors and actuators are used in various automated systems, the application of network to real-time distributed control system is gaining acceptance in many industries. In order to take advantages of networking, however, the network should be carefully designed to satisfy real-time distributed control. This paper presents an implementation method of closed-loop control using Profibus-FMS. In order to implement a closed-loop control system, we used industrial computers with Profibus-FMS network cards and a DC servo motor. Through various experiments, the step response of the control system with network was compared with the reference response without network.

In modern-day society, it is not possible to improve satisfaction of the public only with one utility due to the diversified needs of the public. For this reason, this study aims to propose the survival future of design by denominating transformer design based on a motif of transformer robots as “ST Design (Sustainable Transformer Design)”. As a result of analyzing the concept using the hypothesis with the case, the ST design can be arranged in four ways: manual way and automatic way, idea way, Eco-friendly way. This includes not only changes in appearance design but also performance improvements. Moreover, at the stage of design, the product is designed in consideration of recycling and easy repair, giving meaning of environment-friendly life extension. The importance of design becomes bigger when economic recession prolongs and the needs of design wishing new demands become stronger. With this in mind, Sustainable Transformer Design (ST Design) model was studied by making in-depth approach to concept of transformation and environment-friendly sustainability and analyzing the current state. The fusion of transforming mechanism of ST Design and environment-friendly mechanism can contribute to restricting vicious cycle of overproduction and overconsumption caused by marketing strategy, regardless of intention of consumers. This can serve to be an alternative to proposal of survival future of design, by extending life of design, developing in an easy way and protecting rights of consumers.
