Among textile machinery, a winding machine is a kind of preparatory machine and refers to the machine that winds the bobbin with yarn in a uniform density, length and size for the processes required to shuttle less looms, knitting machines, embroidery and sewing machines, etc. From grey yarn to weaving, yarn is wound many times in various ways, and the most important factor in the process of winding is maintaining uniform yarn tension through technology. Therefore, in this study, we researched the high-precision techniques of measuring yarn length very precisely and the yarn winding tension capable of maintaining uniform yarn tension during the winding process by the winding machine. In addition, we configured and verified the high-precision yarn length measurement and the yarn winding tension control system through experimental devices. As a result, we verified the stable control result value of a 50% reduction in average tension for the case of the active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) yarn winding tension control system, and also verified the result that there is about an 80% reduction in yarn length errors after winding 10,000m by the high-precision measurements of yarn length.
안전한 클라우드 환경구축을 위한 가상화 보안 이슈 및 기술 동향

클라우드 컴퓨팅이 확산되면서 핵심기술인 가상화 기술(Virtualization) 에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 적용 범위도 단말기부터 서버, 네트워크까지ICT 인프라 전 분야로 확장되고 있다. 그러나, ICT인프라 자원의 가상화 구현을 위해서는 물리적 하드웨어 자원을 논리적으로 추상화하기 위해 하이퍼바이저 등의 새로운 가상화 계층을 구축할 수 밖에 없는데, 정보보호 측면에서 기존 보안기술이 모니터링할 수 없는 보안 사각지대가 되어 새로운 보안 취약성 및 공격경로를 발생 시킨다. 이러한 가상화 계층의 취약성분석 및 대응을 위한 관련 기술 개발 및 연구가 주목 받고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 가상화 기술의 특성과 가상화 계층의 주요 보안위협 및 대응기술에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.
카울크로스빔용 PA/GF복합재료의 기계적 특성 분석에 관한 연구

This study is about a hybrid lightweight cowl crossbeam structure with high rigidity and ability to absorb collision energy to support the cockpit module, which is an automobile interior part, and to absorb energy during a collision. It is a manufacturing process in which composite material bracket parts are inserted and injected into existing steel bars. When considering the mounting condition of a vehicle, the optimization of the fastening condition of the two parts and the mechanical properties of the composite material is acting as an important factor. Therefore, this study is about a composite material having a volume content of Polyamide(PA) and Glass Fiber used as a composite material for a composite material-metal hybrid cowl crossbeam. As a result of analyzing the physical properties of the PA/GF composite material, experimental data were obtained that can further enhance tensile strength and flexural strength by using PA66 rather than PA6 used as a base material for the composite material. And based on this, it contributed to securing the advantage of lightening by using high-stiffness composite material by improving the high disadvantage of the weight of the cowl crossbeam material, which was made only of existing metal materials.

Tire codes are made of materials such as hemp, cotton, rayon, nylon, steel, polyester, glass, and aramid are fiber reinforcement materials that go inside rubber to increase durability, driveability, and stability of vehicle tires. The reinforcement of the tire cord may construct a composite material using tires such as automobiles, trucks, aircraft, bicycles, and fibrous materials such as electric belts and hoses as reinforcement materials. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that the adhesive force between the rubber and the reinforced fiber exhibits the desired physical properties in the rubber composite material made of a rubber matrix with reinforced fibers. This study is a study on the heat treatment conditions for improving the adhesion strength of the tire cord and the reinforced fiber for tires. The core technology of the drying process is a uniform drying technology, which has a great influence on the quality of the reinforcement. Therefore, the uniform airflow distribution is determined by the geometry and operating conditions of the dryer. Therefore, this study carried out a numerical analysis of the shape of a drying nozzle for improving the performance of hot air drying in a dryer used for drying the coated reinforced fibers. In addition, the flow characteristics were examined through numerical analysis of the study on the change in the shape of the chamber affecting drying.
