The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 12-week exercise program on the production of malondialdehyde and antioxidant enzymes in obese women produced by different exercise intensities. Seventeen volunteers(age=2l.78±1.09) were placed in 2 groups: obese group(OG, n=9) and normal group(NG, n=8). The subjects who joined this investigation were asked to participate in aerobic exercise and/or weight training program for 12 weeks. MDA and SOD were collected at rest, just after the submaximal exercise and the maximal exercise, and 30minutes after the cyde ergometer riding at the beginning and the end of the 12-weeks program For data analysis, mean and standard deviation scores were calculated and repeated-ANOVA(Duncan past-hoc test) were used. OG was significantly higher than NG on the MDA level(at HRmax100% and recovery before training and HRmax100% after the exercise. OG showed the significant decrease on the MDA level at the HRmax100% and 30 minutes following the 12 week exercise, whereas NG only showed the significant decrease on it at HRmax100%. Depending on different exercise intensities, while OG showed significant differences on the MDA level before and after the exercise, NG only showed the significant difference on it before the exercise. Before the exercise, OG was significantly lower than NG on the SOD activity at the HRmax100%. However, after the exercise, there was no significant difference. Both groups significantly activated on the SOD level at the rest and HRmax100% following the 12 week exercise. Depending on different exercise intensifies, CG didn`t show any difference on the SOD activity before and after the exercise. NG didn`t show any difference on the SOD activity before the exercise, but showed the significant difference on it after the exercise. This study implies that regular exercise may have good effects on MDA and antioxidants.
위성 기반 재분석 강수 자료를 이용한 한반도 격자형 확률강수량 산정

This study estimated the grid-type precipitation quantile for the Korean Peninsula using PERSIANN-CCS-CDR (Precipitation Estimation from Remotely Sensed Information using Artificial Neural Networks-Cloud Classification System-Climate Data Record), a satellite based re-analysis precipitation data. The period considered is a total of 38 years from 1983 to 2020. The spatial resolution of the data is 0.04° and the temporal resolution is 3 hours. For the probability distribution, the Gumbel distribution which is generally used for frequency analysis was used, and the probability weighted moment method was applied to estimate parameters. The duration ranged from 3 hours to 144 hours, and the return period from 2 years to 500 years was considered. The results were compared and reviewed with the estimated precipitation quantile using precipitation data from the Automated Synoptic Observing System (ASOS) weather station. As a result, the parameter estimates of the Gumbel distribution from the PERSIANN-CCS-CDR showed a similar pattern to the results of the ASOS as the duration increased, and the estimates of precipitation quantiles showed a rather large difference when the duration was short. However, when the duration was 18 h or longer, the difference decreased to less than about 20%. In addition, the difference between results of the South and North Korea was examined, it was confirmed that the location parameters among parameters of the Gumbel distribution was markedly different. As the duration increased, the precipitation quantile in North Korea was relatively smaller than those in South Korea, and it was 84% of that of South Korea for a duration of 3 h, and 70-75% of that of South Korea for a duration of 144 h.
Analysis of River Channel Morphology and Riparian Land Use Changes Using Aerial Photographs and GIS

This study is to trace the change of stream shape using the past series of aerial photographs, and to compare the land use changes of riparian area along the stream. For the Gyeongan national stream, aerial photographs of 1966, 1981 and 2000 were selected and ortho-photographs were made with interior orientation and exterior orientation, respectively. Apparent changes of the stream were found that the consolidated reaches of stream by levee construction became straight together with widening of their stream widths. Especially the stream width of inlet part of Paldang lake widened almost twice because of the rise of water level by dam construction in 1974. The land use of riparian areas of three selected years were classified into six categories (water, forest, agricultural land, urban area, road, sandbar) by digitizing method. The forest and agricultural lands decreased and urban area increased as the stream maintenance had been performed.
BASINS SWAT을 이용한 소유역 및 HRU 구분에 따른 유출량 변화 분석(용담댐 유역을 대상으로)

The size, scale, and number of subwatersheds can affect a watershed modeling process and subsequent results. The objective of this study was to determine the appropriate level of subwatershed division for simulating streamflow. The Soil and Water Assessment Tool(SWAT) model with a GIS interface(BASINS SWAT) was applied to Yongdam Dam watershed. Daily output was analyzed from simulation, which was executed for 10 years using climate data representing the 1987 to 1996 period. The optimal number of subwatersheds and HRUs to adequately predict streamflow was found to be around 15, 174. Increasing the number of subwatersheds and HRUs beyond this level does not significantly affect the computed streamf1ow. this number of subwatersheds and HRUs can be used to optimize SWAT input data preparation requirements and simplify the interpretation of results without compromising simulation accuracy.

본 논문에서는 실내 미세먼지를 효율적으로 포집 처리하는 습식 방식의 2단형 전기집진기를 개발하여 집진판의 친수성화 표면처리 특성 및 챔버내 미세먼지 청정화능력을 평가해 보았다. 집진판의 균일한 수막 형성을 위해서는 샌딩 후 TiO₂ 친수성 코팅이 효과적임을 확인하였고, 하전부와 집진부의 인가전압을 각각 7 kV, 9 kV까지 증가시켜 청정화능력을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 필터 방식 대비 청정화능력은 1/2 수준으로 다소 낮았지만 압력손실이 낮고 유지관리비가 적게 소요되므로 실내 공기정화용으로의 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

For the Gyeong-an national stream, aerial photographs of 1966, 1981 and 2000 was selected and ortho photograph was made with RMSE of 1.25, 0.54, 0.72 pixels, respectively. As apparent changes of the stream, the consolidated reaches of stream with levee construction were straightened and their stream width widened. Especially the stream width of inlet part of Paldang lake was widened almost twice because of the rise of water level by dam construction in 1974.
