무기효과 산출을 위해 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 방법을 많이 사용하고 있다. 포병탄에 대한 무기효과 산출도 일부 진행되었으나, 장약의 선택에 따른 영향에 관한 연구는 부족하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 장약에 기반한 포병탄 EFD 산출모형을 제시하고, 장약의 선택에 따른 3차원 건물표적에 대한 무기효과의 차이를 확인하고자 한다. 우선 산출모형의 입력데이터를 수집하고, 제시한 모형을 이용하여 요망효과 달성을 위한 발사탄수를 산출하였다. 마지막으로 제시된 모형의 검증을 위해 대응표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. Modeling and simulation(M&S) method are used to quantify the weapon effectiveness. The weapon effectiveness of artillery shells was also partially studied, but there was a lack of research on the effects of the choice of charge. Therefore, this paper presents an artillery shell's EFD(Expected Fractional Damage) calculation model based on the charge and identifies differences in the weapon effectiveness of 3D building targets according to the selection of the charge. First, the input data of the calculation model was collected and a required number of shoots was calculated to achieve the desired effects using the proposed model. Finally, a paired sample t-test was conducted to verify the proposed model.

Recently, many people begin to increase hobby which pursuit more thrill than comfortable. For example, car offers people to request the thrill and exiting hobby. People who enjoy motor sports have increased. Because some equipments are too expensive, Many people don"t enjoy motor sports. Therefore Team S.E.C-TU made some students who enjoy motor sports to product vehicle. On this year, Our TU7, we designed of vehicle, vehicle production also attempted to do. we especially focused on improving the dynamic performance of vehicle, frame stability and driver comfort. Therefore, Our off-load vehicle ‘TU7’ is well coincident with the purpose of ‘2016 BAJA SAE KOREA at Yeungnam University’.
주요 자재 운반에 따른 건설현장 비산먼지의 PM 배출계수 및 배출량 산정 방법에 관한 연구

Recently, massive harm from fugitive dust caused by construction vehicles has occurred at construction sites in urban areas of Korea. In particular, fine dust contained in fugitive dust causes health problems to residents and workers near the site, so it must be predicted and managed in advance. Therefore, in this study, major materials that are expected to be transported in a large amount are derived, and the method of calculating emission factors and total emission of PM caused by transporting the materials are studied for the purpose of predicting the amount of PM generated by transporting major materials at construction sites. As a result, emission factors are derived according to the transport of major materials, and the method for calculating the emissions at the construction site is proposed.
정부 선정영향력이 기술발전 프로세스에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구는 우리나라와 같은 선진국을 추격하는 국가에서 기술발전에 정부가 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위하여 정부의 선정영향력이 어떤 요인에 의해 결정되고 민간 영역에 어떻게 연계되어 기술발전을 이끌어주는지에 대한 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이는 정부선정영향력의 발생과 확산 과정은 제도적 환경에 기반한 정부의 선정영향력이 기술분야별 투자전략을 결하는 과정에서 나타나며(selection), 정부의 선정영향력은 적합한 탐색 전략에 따라 공동 탐색과 학습 과정을 거쳐 민간영역의 연구개발활동에 영향을 주는 형태로 진행(variation)되는 과정을 거치는 것을 보여주고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국가연구개발사업 조사분석 자료 연 단위 284개, 10년치(’07~’16) 합계 총 2,840개의 기술분야별 패널데이터와 연구개발활동조사 연 단위 35개, 10년치(’06~’15) 합계 총 350개의 기술분야별 패널데이터를 분석에 활용하였다. 실증분석결과, 정부 선정영향력을 결정하는 규제적, 규범적, 문화인지적 요인 등의 제도적 요인이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정부선택이 탐색전략을 병행하면 공동탐색을 증가시킬 수 있고, 정부선택이 공동탐색을 거치면 민간연구개발활동을 증가시킬 수 있다는 유의미한 결과를 도출하였다. 따라서 과학기술기본계획과 정부R&D 투자방향에 포함된 기술분야를 규제를 통해 의무적으로 반영하고 전문가적 가치관이 반영된 전년도 정부연구비와 민간매칭연구비가 높을수록, 전년도 논문과 특허등록에 기여한 정도를 높일 필요가 있다. 또한 국가가 전략적으로 육성하는 기술분야에서 기존에 잘 하던 방식으로 연구개발을 집중적으로 수행하고 새로운 영역에 대한 창의·도전적 연구를 확대하는 탐색전략을 병행하는 것이 의미가 있다. 그리고 정부R&D를 통한 문제 해결과정에서 발생한 성과물이 민간에 이전되고 사업화되어 민간R&D활동을 증가시킬 수 있음을 실증적으로 고찰하였다. In order to research the impact of government on technological development in chasing advanced countries such as our country, this study analyzed the impact of government’s selection force on which factors were determined and linked to the private sector to lead technological development. There is a government’s selection force based on the institutional environment, which the process of developing and expanding the government’s selection force is reflected in the determination of investment strategies by technology fields. This study aims to show that the government’s selection force is conducted in a form that affects R&D activities in the private sector through collaborative search and learning processes according to appropriate search strategies. For this purpose, We were utilized for analysis 284 national R&D project research analysis data per year, 10 years (’07-’16) total of 2,840 technical field-specific panel data and a total of 350 panel data for each technical field including 35 units of R&D activity surveys per year (’06-’15). The results of an empirical analysis, Institutional factors such as regulative, normative, and cultural-cognitive factors that determine the influence on the government’s selection were found to have positive effects. And The collaborative search could be increased if the government’s selection combines a search strategy, and significant results were derived that the collaborative search could increase the private research and development activities. So, the government is obliged to reflect the technology fields that includes the S&T basic plan, government R&D investment direction through regulation. The higher the previous year’s government research funds and private matching research funds reflected in professional values, the higher the degree to which the previous year’s papers and patents were contributed. In addition, it is meaningful to focus on R&D in ways that the country has traditionally performed well in the technology fields that the country strategically fosters, and to expand creative and challenging research in new areas. And it is meaningful to consider it empirically that the outcomes of the problem-solving process through government R&D could be transferred to the private sector and commercialized, increasing private R&D activities.

In this paper, based on a machine learning algorithm, we propose a fault detection method that can predict fault and detect it early. This method has the advantage of having high accuracy and versatility at the same time, and it consists of Ensemble Learning based on a prediction algorithm to predict fault at an early stage and Auto-Learning Algorithm for automatically optimizing the learning model. By applying the aforementioned algorithm to a solution called PreVision, it was confirmed that anomalies were detected early in various plants. PreVision can utilize its powerful simulation capabilities to validate results on its own.

LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) analysis for buildings became a part of G-SEED (Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design), which is a certificate program for green building in South Korea, to provide additional credits for the certificate. In this research, LCA analysis of a specific building which fulfills G-SEED program is performed to verify the environmental impact during the entire life cycle of the building. Moreover, the results of the analysis are used to identify the period of building life cycle which provides environmental impact the most. As a result, practical solution to reduce environmental impact in architecture field is suggested.

본 연구에서는 제품 및 공정혁신과 같인 기술혁신활동이 기업 성과로 이어지는 과정에서 마케팅 및 조직 혁신과 같은 비기술적 혁신이 수행하는 매개적 역할을 실증분석하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 과학기술정책연구원(STEPI)에서 시행하는 ‘2010년 기술혁신활동조사표: 제조업부분’과 한국신용 평가정보에서 제공하는 KIS Value DB로부터 재무자료를 추가로 수집한 두 자료를 결합하여 분석데이터로 활용하였다. 분석결과 기술혁신 자체는 기업성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 본 연구에서 규명하고자 했던 비기술 혁신은 기술혁신의 영향을 받는 동시에 기술혁신이 기업 성과로 연결되는 경로에서의 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 비기술혁신의 매개효과에 대한 실증적 검증을 위해 수행된 소벨 테스트(Sobel test)에서도 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석을 통해 기존의 이론에서 다루고 있는 기업의 혁신에 대하여 기술혁신과 더불어 비기술혁신을 함께 고려하는 것이 이론적으로 의미가 있음을 도출하였으며, 기술혁신만으로도 그리고 비기술혁신을 매개로 하는 기술혁신 또한 기업성과를 향상시킬 수 있다는 실무적인 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. This study investigates the extent to which the technological innovation is associated with firm performance, and mediating effect of non-technological innovation. In the theoretical background, this study deduces the hypothesis in order to analysis relationship between technological innovation and non-technological on firm performance. In order to verify the hypothesis, Empirical analysis conducts the regression analysis a dataset of Korean manufacturing firms from the 2010 KIS(Korean Innovation Survey) data and merged with financial data from KIS Info for acquiring the objectivity. The result suggest that innovation study need to consider non-technological innovation as well as technological innovation. Only technological innovation, relationship between technological innovation and non-technological innovation improve firm performance. In other words, a firm is necessary to provide the differentiated products in the technological innovation process through marketing innovation activity such as focasting customer’s demanding present and future, organization innovation activity such as business strategy establishment in order that the products developed in product innovation meet the needs of market and customer.
