        베트남 결혼이주여성의 임신·출산 경험을 통한 건강실천 연구

        The purpose of this study is to explore health practices through the experiences of pregnancy, childbirth, and child rearing of Vietnamese marriage migrant women. Marriage migrant women get married at the same time as migration and experience changes in their health through pregnancy and childbirth. The health status of marriage migrant women directly affects their own economic and social health, and indirectly affects the health of their children and families and the public's health. Therefore, this study aims to understand the changes in health and practical behavior of Vietnamese marriage migrant women, who account for the largest number next to Chinese nationality marriage migrant women, including Koreans, through their experiences of pregnancy, childbirth, and well-being. As a result of the study, Vietnamese marriage immigrant women changed from 'a body that can be trusted to be healthy' before and after migration, 'a body that is neither one nor the other' until pregnancy after marriage, and then a 'body that is proud and happy' after pregnancy. It was found that they felt a ‘strange and difficult body’ after childbirth and experienced a ‘endurance body’ during child rearing.

        한국절식(韓國節食)의 여행실태(旅行實態)에 관(關)한 지역별(地域別) 비교연구(比較硏究) -강릉, 대구, 대전, 전주지역을 중심으로-

        This study was conducted to research on the observing state of Korean traditional holidays and the traditional foods related to those days through the questionnaires completed by 578 housewives who live in Kangreung, Daejeon, Jeonju, and Daegu area. For data processing, SAS program was employed, and all data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, and $x^2-square$. The results are as follows; 1. In observing the traditional holidays, more than 90% of housewives who answered the inquiry keep up SEOLNAL, DAEBOREUM, and CHUSEOK, whithout regarding regions. There are larger number of people who keep up IPCHUN, JUNGWHAJEAL, and DANOH in Kangreung and SAMBOK in Daegu than that of other regions (p<.001). Compared to general circumstances, CHOPAIL is more commonly celebrated by older class as well as lower educated class (p<.001) Also, the consequence shows that Buddhists observe IPCHUN, SAMJITANL, CHOPAIL, DANOH, SAMBOK, and DONGJI more commonly compared with other classes (p<.001), IPCHUN, SAMJITNAL, (p<.01). DAEBOREUM, YUDU, SAMBOK, JUNGYANGJEOL, OHIL, and DONGJI (p<.001) are celebrated more generally among extended. 2. On inheritance of the traditional holidays, most of the housewives answered that the SEOLNAL, DAEBOREUM, CHUSSEOK, and DONGJI are to be inherited. Compared to general circumstance CHOPAIL is suggested to be inherited by older people (p<.001). The IPCHUN, CHOPAIL, SAMBOK (p<.001), and DANCH (p<.01) are suggested by Buddhists that YUDU and SAMBOK are by nuclear. 3. In preparaing festive foods, DEOKGUK on SEOLNAL, OHKOKBAP and MUKEUNNAMUL on DAEBOREUM, SONGPYEON and GATEUNNAMUL on CHUSEOK, and PATJUK on DONGJI are being made very generally. KANGJEONG on SEOLNAL, BUREUM on DAEBOREUM, KALGUKSU and SAMGYAETANG on SAMBOK, DARKJIM on CHUSEOK, SUJEONGGWA and DONGCHIMI on DONGJI appeared comparatively high rated of making. 4. In normal times, DEOKGUK, MANDU, INJEOLMI, SIKHYAE, SUJEEONGGWA, PYEONYUK, JEONYUEO, SIRUDDEOK, BOKSSAM, MUKEUNNAMUL, SONGPYUN, MINARINAMUL, YUKGAEJANGGUK, KALGUKSU, SAMGYAETANG, HOBAKJIJIM, TORANTANG, GATEUNNAMUL, NUREUMJEOK, DAKJIM, KALBIJIM, PATJJUK, and DONGCHIMI is usully made. 5. The source to learn about traditional foods is mostly by her mother and the rest orders are husband's mother, cooking books, mass media (including T.V), school education, and cooking instituse, etc.

      • Treatment of Neurologic Dysphagia

        Dysphagia consequent to neurologic diseases may be diverse depending on the nature and symptoms of the diseases. The initial step in the management of dysphagia would be systematic and through evaluation of swallowing function in both oral and pharyngo-laryngeal stages. Other important step might be to acquire knowledge on underlying neurologic disorder and its possible impact on swallowing. Specific indirect and direct management strategies that can be applied to specific impairments are presented.

        녹차분말 첨가량에 따른 절편과 설기떡의 기호도 및 품질 특성

        This study was conducted to aerermine the sensory evaluation and the texture characteristics after making greentea Sulgidduk and Julpyun added to greentea powder in according to concentration which has nutritive value and medical effect of white Sulgidduk and Julpyun traditional dduk. Greentea Julpyun was better evaluated than Sulgidduk in color, flavor, hardness, chewiness and overall quality as the result of the sensory evaluation. In the whole sensory Julpyun was highly evaluated at the 3% of concentration of greentea powder but Sulgidduk was highly evaluated at 7% as the concentration of the greentea powder was getting stronger and stronger. In case of texture analysis hardness, cohesiveness, gumminess and chewiness of greentea Julpyun were getting lower by increase ofconcentration of greentea powder. The hardness, springiness, gumminess and chewiness of greentea Sulgidduk were lower by increase of concentration of greentea too. As the result of the measurement with texture analyser, Sulgidduk was lower than greentea Julpyun in the hardness, springiness, cohesiveness, gumminess and chewiness. As the result of the values of Hunter color system the lightness and redness of greentea Julpyun were the lowest when nothing was added. The lightness and redness of greentea Sulgidduk were the highest in nothing added group. The yellowness was the highest at 3% of added greentea amount. The results of correlation between the sensory properties and texture properties of greentea Julpyun showed that flavor described the lightness of measurement through texture and negative correlation, yellowness described positive correlation.

        전통 식혜의 기호도와 이용 실태에 관한 조사

        Sikhe a general Korean traditional drink, is a sweet drink fermented with malt powder rice(or glutinous rice). To investigate the perception and use behavior of Sikhe, 35.2% of the male and 64.8% of the female adults in Daegu and Kyungbuk area were surveyed. The methods frequency, percentage, chi-square test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The main results were as follows : 36.1% of the participants usually preferred the traditional drinks and 94.7% of them had experienced Sikhe among the traditional drinks. Most respondents liked Sikhe owing to its good taste. In addition, the responses to 7 questions about the Sikhe were also measured on a 5-point likert scale. The statement 'Sikhe is a traditional food' and 'Sikhe is a natural food' received high positive responses and adults in their 50's had a generally better knowledge of Sikhe than the counterparts. furthermore, 54.8% sometimes purchased commercial Sikhe, but 40.7% didn't buy it at all due to bad taste. Therefore, to increase the intake of commercial Sikhe, the taste needs to be improved, and 59.8% of adults suggested that 'Add other ingredients and the taste can be improved', while 58.8% replied 'maintenance' prospects for Sikhe consumption.

      • 파킨슨증으로 인한 마비말장애의 청지각적 평가에 대한 신뢰도 연구

        An auditory-perceptual evaluation has long been utilized in assessing dysarthric speech. The process involves subjective judgement and the results might vary depending on clinical experiences or training of listeners. This study aimed to investigate reliability of the auditory-perceptual evaluation of 22 multi-dimensional variables on 6 patients with Parkinsonian speech disorders. Listeners were divided into two groups: one consisted of 6 speech therapists with clinical experiences for three years or more, and the other 6 graduate students without any previous clinical background. The results showed that the former evaluated dysarthric speech with higher inter-rater and intra-rater reliabilities than the latter. Furthermore, such speech variables as 'precise consonant,' 'speech intelligibility,' and 'SMR regularity' were more influenced than others by clinical experiences. We, therefore, postulated that a reliable auditory-perceptual evaluation of dysarthric speech may require adequate amount of clinical training of listeners.
