        서남해 해상풍력 실증단지 기초구조물의 세굴심 분석

        In order to understand water depth distribution in the waters of the southwestern sea offshore wind power demonstration complex, field observations were conducted using a multi-beam echosounder from before construction (2018.2) to operation (2022.8). After data processing and correction of the observed depth, cross-sectional analysis was performed to calculate the maximum water depth value, and time phase analysis was performed using the maximum water depth value. The maximum water depth change rate over time tended to gradually decrease, and there was little difference in the rate of change before the construction of the wind turbine foundation structure, and the rate of change was rapid when the foundation structure was under construction. As a result of time phase analysis, the rate of change of the first (2018.02) and the second (2018.05) showed a rate between -6.27 and -4.13, on average, as the rate of change before the construction of the offshore wind farm, and there was no difference between the first and second rates. The third (2018.11) rate of change was -4.25 to -1.82, and the fourth (2019.04) rate of change was -2.34 to -1.22, and the rate of change increased rapidly after the third time. The fifth (2019.07) rate of change was -2.11 to -1.31, the sixth (2021.05) rate of change was -2.09 to -1.28, and the seventh (2022.08) was -2.11 to –1.22 rate of change, and after the rate of change reached some extent, the change was analyzed in an insufficient graph.

      • 텅스텐 광물 중의 Si 정량

        규소는 주기율표의 14족에서 탄소 다음에 위치하는 두 번째 원소로 지각에 27.7 %로 산소 다음으로 풍부하게 존재하는 원소로 필요 금속을 선광 및 제련하는 과정에서 불순물로 영향을 준다. 따라서 이러한 영향을 최소화하기 위해 규소 함유량의 정확한 분석이 필요하다. 특히 텅스텐 광물의 규소는 텅스텐과 유사한 성질을 갖고 있어서 기존의 일반적인 방법으로는 정확한 정량에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 텅스텐 광물 시료를 산분해 또는 용융 후 텅스텐과 규소를 분리하여 무게분석법으로 실리카로써 정량하는 방법에 대하여 검토하였다. 먼저 텅스텐을 산분해 하면 텅스텐 화합물인 노란색의 텅스텐산(H₂WO₄)이 형성되고 이 텅스텐산이 암모니아에 녹는 성질을 이용하여 텅스텐과 규소를 분리하여 정량하는 방법에 대하여 실험하였다. 두 번째로 텅스텐 용액에 주석산을 첨가하면 텅스텐의 침전이 생기지 않는 성질을 이용해서 실리카를 정량하고자 하였다. 그러나, 이 두가지 방법으로는 실리카 침전에서 텅스텐을 제거하는 효과를 보지 못했다. 마지막으로 시료를 용융 분해 후 과염소산에 인산을 첨가한 혼합산으로 탈수하는 실험을 진행했을 때 실리카 침전에서 텅스텐이 제거되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

      • 대학생의 금전관리 능력에 관한 연구 : Focusing on Students of Kon-Kuk University 건국대학교 학생을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to observe the tendency of college student's spending behaviors, amount, satisfaction of pocket money, personal saving status and ability of money management. Today, the spending and consumption behavior has become more important than before. For the purpose of observing college student's spending behavior, we choose Kon-Kuk University students as samples. Because, college students are now and future manager buying and spending in household economic and have potential ability of money and financial management. Among 500 copies of questionnaires distributed and collected for this study a total of 346 copies were used for data analysis. This study has been based on researching condition of personal spendings, personal savings, financial status of those samples. The statistical methods for data treatment include mean, frequency, Cronbach α, χ^2, t-test, One-way ANOVA, simple regression analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis etc. The brief recapitulation of this study is as follows; According to survey, average pocket money of college students for a month is 202,000₩ and 3/4 of their pocket money are from their parents, other family members and relatives. Usually they spend for food, drink and traffic fee in order. Also, 55% of students save little money and their current average saving is 493,000₩ and this amount is same two month pocket money for them. But most of college students don't have a good abilities of money management. So, in this point the urgent need for the money management of college student should be recognized self ability of money, financial management, comsumer education, money and financial management, systimetically in related department(for example, department or Home Economics) in university.

        Transcriptome profiling of the Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas by Illumina RNA-seq

        In this study, the whole transcriptome of the Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas was sequenced using Illumina RNA-seq. De novo assembly was performed with 33,750,764 raw reads using Trinity, which assembled 87,887 contigs. Transdecoder found 41,542 candidate coding contigs which showed homology to other species by BLAST analysis. Functional gene annotation was performed by Gene Ontology and KEGG pathway analyses. Finally, we identified a number of expressed gene pathways for C. gigas representing a useful model animal for gene information-based study such as environmental monitoring, immune-relevant aquaculture, and ecotoxicogenomics studies to uncover molecular mechanisms of stress-triggered sensitivity and physiological response to C. gigas.

        상향식 수류 장치를 이용한 어린 개체굴의 양성 효과

        In the present study, we developed the upwelling system for the culturing of cultchless juvenile oyster and evaluated its effect in indoor and outdoor sites. Indoor upwelling system was made by using 1 L transparent plastic imhoff cone to move seawater from bottom to top. Outdoor upwelling system was designed to continuously upward water flow into inside the tank by discharging the seawater from the upper part of the tank to the central drainage pipe. Indoor culture periods were 2 weeks, and outdoor culture periods were 35 days. During the experiments, water temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen and pH were suitable for oyster culture. We cultured 1-8 mm cultchless juvenile oysters in the upwelling and downwelling system for 2 weeks in indoor. As a result, smaller oysters showed higher specific growth rate, and the weight increase was faster in the upwelling system. Subsequently, 9-32 mm juvenile oysters were cultured outdoors in upwelling system and off-bottom net cage facility for 35 days. As a result, it was found that there was a significantly higher in the total weight increase in the upwelling system. These indicate that the upwelling system is effective for cultchless juvenile oysters because it expands the use of seawater layers to increase food intake opportunities.
