Clinical big data establishments applying OMOP(Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership) CDM(Common Data Model) are on development in few tertiary hospitals. EMR-tethered PHR system provides hospital diagnosis information to users, which has risk of database leakage from SQL injection attacks through opened service web. In this research, to enhance usability of OMOP CDM clinical big data, data in CDM and PHR was mapped by items and attributes to evaluate effect of replacing diagnosis information provision role from hospital database to CDM which has been used in existing EMR-tethered PHR(Personal Health Record). As a result, data mapping which can demonstrate that CDM can be data provision agent to PHR system was completed and suggested composition of PHR system which CDM is composition provision agent as a development guideline.

As the court strictly decides the legitimacy of the expiration of future action in a suit of return claim against future injustice profits caused by land occupation, as the plaintiff argues, the court does not properly protect the creditor's right because it forces the creditor to sue multiple times within a time limit for the return claim and it results in increasing the expense of suit and getting the procedures complicated. Therefore, it is necessary to allow flexibility in deciding the future lawsuit qualification. The court should not turn down the lawsuit by denying the lawsuit qualification for plaintiff due to the improper expiration period. The court rather should flexibly decide by executing the right of explanation to balance the gains of the plaintiff and the burden on the defendant by considering the cost of claim, the condition and the title of road occupation, and the law related knowledge of the parties with a view to the blance of interest of related parties.
환경친화적 단백질 HrpNEp 처리에 의한 백합의 생육 및 절화 특성 검정

본 연구는 환경친화적 단백질 HrpNEp를 처리하여 백합의 생육특성을 알아보기 위해 수행하였다. 환경친화적 단백질 HrpNEp 백합의 줄기 길이 신장을 촉진하고 두께를 굵게 하며, 줄기의 경도를 높여주고 절화의 휘는 정도를 감소시켰다. 또한 줄기내 무기질 함량 중 줄기 경도 향상에 유리한 칼슘과 마그네슘의 흡수를 촉진하였다. 환경친화적 단백질 HrpNEp 처리는 10mg L⁻¹의 농도에서는 4회 이상 그리고 40mg L⁻¹에서는 2회의 처리만으로도 각각의 품질 요인면에서 효과가 상승하는 것으로 조사되었으며, 처리 횟수를 많이 할수록 효과는 우수하였다. HrpNEp와 칼슘 또는 마그네슘과의 교호처리는 백합줄기 내 흡수에 상호 길항작용이 관찰되었으며, 환경친화적 단백질 HrpNEp는 길항작용을 일으키지 않는 한도 내에서 마그네슘과 특히 환경친화적 단백질 HrpNEp 10mgㆍL⁻¹과 칼슘의 교호처리와 HrpNEp 40mg L⁻¹ 단독처리가 백합 절화의 품질에 유리하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of HrpNEp protein extracted and purified from Erwinia pyrifoliae WT3 on the growth and cut flower quality of oriental hybrid lily. HrpNEp, a kind of environment-friendly protein, stimulated growth of the shoot length and stem diameter, and increased the stem strength, but decreased the curvature of the shoots with flower buds. Calcium and magnesium which are supposed to have some positive effects on the hardness of tissues were absorbed more in HrpNEp-treated shoots than the control. To improve the quality of cut flowers, the lily needed 4 or 2 times treatments with 10 or 40 mg L⁻¹ HrpNEp, respectively, and additional treatment with HrpNEp gave even better quality. There was some antagonism between magnesium and calcium when they were used alternatively with HrpNEp. High quality cut flowers were produced by treatment with 10 mg L⁻¹1 HrpNEp and calcium, with a synergistic effect within the limits of antagonism, and also with 40 mg L⁻¹ HrpNEp treatment alone.

채널 및 레일과 같은 비평면 지면 위를 비행하는 날개들의 정상상태 공력특성 및 종방향 정안정성을 경계요소법을 사용하여 연구하였다. 펜스의 높이가 날개의 위치보다 높을 경우, 펜스와 날개와의 거리가 작아질수록 양력이 증가하고 피칭다운 모멘트가 커졌다. 레일의 폭이 날개 스팬보다 넓을 때, 레일의 높이가 낮을수록 양력이 증가하고 유도항력이 감소하였다. 종방향 정안정성 측면에서 단일 날개의 경우 비평면 지면보다 평지에서 안정한 결과를 나타내었다. 종렬배치형 날개의 경우 채널내를 비행하는 날개가 평지보다 비평면 지변에서 안정적이었다. 본 연구결과는 초고속운송체의 설계에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Longitudinal static stability and steady aerodynamic characteristics of wings flying over nonplanar ground surfaces (rail and channel) are investigated using the boundary-element method. For a channel with it’s fence higher than the wing height, the lift and the nose-down pitching moment increase as the gap between the wingtip and the fence decreases. For a rail with it’s width wider than the wing span, the lift and the nose-down pitching moment increase as the rail height decreases. Longitudinal static stability of a single wing flying over nonplanar surfaces is worse than the case of the flat ground. In case of tandem wings, longitudinal static stability of the wings flying over the channel is better than the case of the flat ground. It is believed that the present results can be applied to the conceptual design of high-speed ground transporters.
기후변화 및 폭염대응 증발냉각시스템 적용에 따른 내·외부 열환경 변화 연구

This study evaporative cooling system a heat wave climate change and reduction of the inside and outside thermal environment change research. Measurement items included micro meteorological phenomena and measured comfort indices. A micro meteorograph of temperature, relative humidity, surface temperature, and the comfort indices of WBGT, UTCI, and PMV were measured. The difference in inside and outside temperatures were compared for different land types, with the largest difference found in Type A (4.81℃), followed by Type B (4.40℃ ) and Type C (3.12℃). Relative humidity was about 10.43% higher inside due to water injection by the evaporative cooling system. Surface temperature was inside about 6.60℃ higher than the outside all types. WBGT were Type A (3.50℃) > Type B (2.71℃) > Type C (1.88℃). UTCI was low heat stress inside than outside all types. PMV was analysed Type C for inside predicted percentage of dissatisfied 75%, other types was percentage of dissatisfied 100% by inside and outside. Correlation analysis between land cover type and temperature, surface temperature, pmv, utci. T-test analysed inside and outside temperature difference was significant in all types of land.
