        Paeoniflorigenone 작약성분의 항염효과

        In Northeast Asia, Paeoniae Radix has been used in treatments of inflammation-causing diseases such as arthritis for many centuries. Paeoniflorin, one of the principle bioactive monoterpene glucosides from the paeony root, is reported to be mostly responsible for the effectiveness of the treatments. However, the anti-inflammatory effect of a monoterpene, paeoniflorigenone (PFG) which partially has the moiety of paeoniflorin minus a glucose structure is unknown. Thus, the aim of this work was to investigate anti-inflammatory activity of PFG. For the investigation, PFG activity on the NO (nitric oxide) production from LPS-stimulated macrophages, and the anti-inflammatory effect was tested in the animal model of septic arthritis caused by Candida albicans, a major etiological agent for septic arthritis. For induction of the arthritis, mice were administered with an emulsion of C. albicans cell wall (CACW) mixed with Complete Freund's Adjuvant (CFA) via footpad-injection (Day 0); PFG at a dose of 0.5 or 1 mg/mouse (25 or 50 mg/kg of body-weight) was given to the animals on Day 3, 6, and 9; footpads were scored for arthritis. Moreover, the PFG effect on proliferation of T-lymphocyte that causes aggravation of arthritis was additionally tested.         카지노종사원의 불완전취업이 조직적합성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Underemployment on the Organization Fit(person-organization fit and Person-Job Fit) of Casino Employees focused on the moderating effect of Perceived Organizational Support. The data collected from a survey of 294 Casino Employees working on was analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and mediation regression analysis. And, through the study result, the necessity of the underemployment in the organizational aspect is presented with theoretical and practical implications. The study result shows that, first, for Hypothesis 1-1, the underemployment positive influences the person-organization fit. Second, Hypothesis 1-2, it was found that underemployment had significant negative(-) influence on person-Job Fit. Third, for Hypothesis 2-1, moderating effect of perceived organizational support is not significant in the relationship underemployment and person-organization fit. The results also show that the support of organization is not able to control the underemployment. Lastly, Hypothesis 2-2, moderating effect of perceived organizational is not significant in the relationship underemployment and person-job fit. The results also show that the support of organization is not able to control the underemployment. Therefore, measures to minimize the underemployment among members of organization should be considered and, in the future, related studies should be performed as well.

      • 의사결정 지원도구로써의 BIM기반 리모델링 설계 접근방법 매뉴얼 개발 및 실증사례

        This paper describes available ways of BIM application for the quantitative approach to several alternatives from the early phase of design in the remodeling project. Because of rapid increasing of new construction in 1970~80 for solving the shortage of housing accommodation, deterioration became the biggest problem in these days. Previous remodeling process, focused on the improvement of deteriorated building environment, is adapting BIM application to correspond to the society phenomenon such as increasing of housing vulnerable class by an aging society and variety type of space in a building. The process of BIM application follows 1) BIM modeling 2) fundamental analysis – daylight analysis, site analysis, energy analysis, visualization of interior and exterior of building 3) advanced analysis – area and programming analysis, circulation analysis 4) binding all of the process as manual including the way of building environment or exporting result. There are in progress projects in Gangwon and South Gyeongsang province, South Korea to build housing testbed to develop supporting technology for residence-customized remodeling process. Through the application in two projects, BIM supports the decision-making of designer and offer reasonable and objective index for assessment of building design. As one of the result, for sustainable utilize even by the non-expert worker of BIM application, every information about process bound as the manual document. BIM application will role as the essential technology for the follow-up research about automatically suggestion of the best-optimized alternative based on the analysis of the residents and space usage type.

        건축물 설계품질검토 자동화를 위한 인허가 관련 건축법규문장의 논리 및 규칙 체계 개발

        This paper describes the development of a KBimLogic that translating Korea Building Act sentences into the computer-readable codes called KBimCode for the automatic BIM-based building permission system of Korea. Due to the complicated structure and natural language based contents of Korea Building Act, it has to be explicitly expressed in computable code to make computer understand the regulation contents. In this regard, the regulation sentences are analyzed and components are structured to compose KBimCode. In conclusion, 1,131 KBimCodes translated from Korea Building Act, and its composing building object, property, method, and sentence relations are structured. Additionally, to extend usability of the KBimLogic, web based database, stand-alone applications, and their own manuals for the general users are developed. Through the KBimLogic, Korea Building Act can be translated into the explicit building code that can be readable by both human and computer, and executable format adaptable by the rulechecking software. Through elaborating and expanding the contents of the database, the mechanism and its result can be used not only for the Korea Building Act but also the other type of regulation such as international design guideline, RFP, or design manual of architectural firm.

        Building Information Modeling (BIM) which is a new paradigm of AEC-FM (Architecture, engineering, construction, facility management)is extending its field of application to the interior design. Compared with architecture, the level of the building, interior design is deal with much elaborate and high level of detail. By the application of BIM, which is strong to the management of information about properties and parameters to visualize in real-time, in the interior design field, the process can be based on the rational and objective decision making. However, BIM in the interior design field is a lack of studies, researches and the use in practical. For increasing the feasibility of adoption of BIM in the interior design field, this paper aims to describe the way to apply the properties in BIM-enable interior objects using parametric modeling based on visual language. In this paper, Dynamo, which is the strong graphical algorithm generator and manager, is used as the application of BIM in the modeling to control the parameter. The node based graphic algorithm of the parametric properties of the BIM-enable object is visualized as the combination of node to see how the process proceed and data is change. The result of the process is visualized in real-time exported as another format to detect any errors and another way to advance the project.

        객체 및 속성정보 제어를 이용한 BIM기반 파라메트릭 인테리어 패널 디자인 접근방법

        This paper aims to describe a case study of parametric interior design based on BIM (Building Information Modeling). As the practical use of BIM-based design grows, its influence expands into the field of interior architecture design. BIM makes possible to check various design plan, reach decision making in an effective way, and change design plan in an efficient method. Therefore, BIM is also promising field in interior architecture design. However, compared to other fields in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, there have been less research and projects on BIM in the field of interior architecture. For increasing the feasibility of adapting BIM in interior architecture design, this paper describes a case study-projecting images for designing interior panels using parametric modeling. This process needs elaborate, delicate, and precise steps for harmonious output. For continuous use of building, users look forward to the design which variable and changeable according to user"s preference and environment. Therefore, demand for parametric design in the interior design part such as panel pattern design for various decoration is growing. Treated process in this paper deals with an advanced phase which much effective in decreasing time consumption and useless part of process. Finally, this paper suggests the possibility of using BIM in the interior design process and field where BIM can be applied.

        근거이론분석을 통한 일과 삶의 균형에 관한 연구 : 관광산업 종사원을 대상으로

        This study aims a analyze the process on the work-life balance was studied through grounded theory analysis for employees engaged in the tourism industry. For this, it interviewed a total of 20 hotel workers, casino workers, and restaurant workers and through open coding, the major concepts of work-life balance were ultimately drawn out into 163 concepts, 42 subcategories, and 16 categories. Also, a paradigm model that is the analytical frame of axial coding was applied and each category that was drawn from the data was structuralized using central phenomena, causal factors, contextual factors, moderating factors, interaction strategies, and results and their connecting relationships were analyzed. As a result, a paradigm model of work-life balance was presented and based on the paradigm model, attributes and dimensions of each category were classified. Finally, through the derivation and elaboration of the core categories, the core category for work-life balance in this study was summarized as 'Efforts to realize each goal based on the balance of family life'. An understanding of work-life balance and efforts to balance work-life through work-family balance, work-leisure balance, and work-growth balance were studied. Through this study, the purpose of this study is to contribute to the understanding of the practical support system of employees, and through this, the purpose of presenting data so that the tourism industry can guide the work-life balance support system in a desirable direction.
