국내 제작 치과 임프란트와 abutment 의 적합도에 대한 전자현미경적 비교 연구

Fitness of commercially available dental implant fixture and abutments manyfactured in Korea were compared to imported dental implant system. Three different abutments were connected to dental implant fixture and measurement between two parts was performed using scanning electron microscopic manufactured in Korea had good fitness compared to imported dental implant system. There was no statistically significant difference between two dental implant systwm in terams of mechanical fitness. On the basis of the totality of the data from these experiments it can bo concluded dental implant and abutments manufactured in Korea have their potential to warrant further clinical investigation as a new dental implant system.
가토의 대퇴골에 이식된 치과용 임프란트 nProtect-447n의 골결합에 대한 연구

Osseointegrated dental implants are have used for the fixation of dental prosthesis with good long tern clinical results. The unique combination of tapered implant body with screw divided to three parts in Protect-447 dental implant system makes newly designed implant extremely strong initial stability, better stress distribution, less bone reduction during surgical procedure. The purpose of present study was to evaluate histomorphometric examination and removal torque value of newly developed dental implant Protect-447 in the femur of rabbits. After 12 weeks of healing of the implantation, bone contact ratio and bone regeneration rate for histomorphometric examination and removal torque values were compared to evaluate osseointegration properties of Protect-447 dental implant. Obtained results were as follows: 1. Protect-447 dental implants showed 59.8% of bone to implant contact ratio, whereas imported dental implants showed 54.5% (statistically no difference p<0.05). 2. Protect-447 dental implants showed mean bone regeneration rate 63.4%, whereas imported dental implants showed 49.7% (statistically difference p<0.05). 3. Protect-447 dental implants demonstrated mean removal torque values 40.5Ncm, whereas mean removal torque values of imported dental implants showed 39.3Ncm.

The purpose of this study is to prepare base data to improve job satisfaction and job performance of hotel customer service employees by identifying their personality types. The result is as follows. First, the K-mean cluster analysis conducted to identify personality types classified employees into three groups: Cluster 1, the extraversion-friendly group; Cluster 2, the sensitive group; and cluster 3, the extraversion-sincere group. Second, the extraversion-friendly group showed higher job satisfaction than the sensitive group. Third, the extraversion-friendly group showed higher job performance than the sensitive group. Findings from the study suggest the importance of identifying personality types of hotel employees to improve their job performance and job satisfaction. In addition, a job program that considers the personality characteristics of each employee should be implemented to enable employees to perform their duties enthusiastically and with motivation.

서해지역에서 해안구조물을 위한 설계파는 연안지상측후소의 과거 풍속자료로부터 해상풍의 설계풍속을 산정하고 지역별로 결정되는 취송역으로부터 파랑예측모델을 이용하여 결정하는 방법이 제안되었다. 서해에서 설계파를 지배하는 바람은 북서방향(W~N)의 동기계절풍과 남서(WSW~S) 방향의 하기계절풍 및 태풍이며 해상풍의 풍속은 U20m/s의 탄풍에 대하여 연안의 지상풍속의 0.8~0.9배를 나타낸다. 서해의 해안지역은 그 위치여건에 따라 세 지역으로 구분할 수 있 For determination of the design wave, a method of estimating the design wind speed at sea from the wind records at the nearby weather stations on land is proposed.
