        반사성 교감신경 위축증의 흉강경하 흉추교감신경절제술 - 치험 1례 -

        반사성 교감신경 위축증은 과도하며 지속적인 통증, 혈관운동성 및 그 밖의 자율성 장애, 기능회복의 지연과 이영양성 변화를 특징으로 하는 중요한 임상양상이다. 이 증후군은 임상에서 자주 마주치는 문제중 하나일뿐더러 정확한 진단과 치료가 결정적이기 때문에 중요하다. 유발인자는 사고나 수술, 또는 다양한 질환이 될 수 있다. 정확한 진단과 치료는 증상의 빠른 소실과 완전한 회복을 기대할 수 있다. 56세 남자환자로 1996년 5월 좌측 제2수지 원위관절부 완전절단상을 입었고, 고대부속병원 재건성형외과에서 응급으로 재접합술을 시행받았다. 그 후, 좌측 제 2수지의 경감되지 않는 지속적인 통증과 좌측상지 근위부로 퍼져가는 통증 및 좌측 견갑부 운동장애를 호소해 왔다. 많은 치료법이 사용되었지만 효과적이지는 못하였다. 그리하여 좌측 흉부 교감신경절제술을 본 과에서 시행하였다. 이 후 성공적으로 통증이 완화되었고, 견갑부 운동상태도 향상되었기에 문헌고찰과 함께보고하는 바이다. Reflex sympathetic dystrophy is an important clinical entity that is characterized by excessive or prolonged pain, vasomotor and other autonomic disturbances, delayed recovery of function, and trophic changes. This syndrome is among the most frequently encountered problems in clinical medicine, and proper diagnosis and therapy are critical. Accidental or surgical trauma or one of a variety of disease states may become a precipitating factor. Proper recognition and treatment result in rapid elimination of symptoms and complete recovery. A 56-years old male accidented total amputation of the proxomal part of the left index finger in May, 1996. Emergently, complete replantation procedure was successfully performed in the department of reconstructive surgery, medical center, Korea University. Afterward, he began to suffer from uncontrolled, prolonged pain in left index finger, proximally spreading pain to the left upper extremity and limited joint movement of the left shoulder. Although many treatments were used for this syndrom, not all of them were effective. Furthermore, the treatments which proved effective had detrimental side effects. However, thoracoscopic left thoracic sympathectomy was performed in our department. This therapy successfully relieved the pain and improved shoulder joint movement.

        가야문화자료센터 건립과 가야문화벨트 조성

        The Archival Centre of Gaya Culture must take charge of the functions which have not been carried out by the Kim-hae National Museum or other local municipalities. For this purpose, firstly, it has to show the developments of Gaya culture to the public. Secondly, it must be managed in the form of library, collecting fully the materials of Gaya and throwing open them to the public. Thirdly, it is important that the public come to the actual spot or the centre and see directly the cultural materials of Gaya. And the Archival Centre must pay careful attention to the digitalization of materials to utilize simply them. Thus, it need to run a home-page of Gaya culture. The methods of the making of Gaya's cultural belt are as follows. Firstly, the thirty two Sokuks(소국) of Gaya must be established. Secondly, the monuments that would represent Gaya and its related facts have to be built at the centers of Sokuks and the actual administrative points near them. Thirdly, the original forms of Gaya culture must be preserved, and the surroundings around relics have to be arranged better. Fourthly, the exhibition space of unearthed relics must be secured to the fullest measure. Fifthly, the training of local researchers who will study local materials must be required, too.

        인진호탕합시호소간탕가감방(茵陳蒿湯合柴胡疏肝湯加減方)이 간손상(肝損傷)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        In order to investigate the protective effect of Injinhotanghapsihosogantang-gagambang on the liver injury of rats induced by $CCl_4$ and d-galactosamine, the serum transaminase(GOT&GPT) alkaline phosphatase(ALP), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) for enzyme activities, triglyceride for serum component, liver weight and glutathione S-transferase(GST), Superoxide dimutase(SOD) were measured. All animals were divided into 5 groups, those were normal group(untreated), control group(treated with vehicle 0.9% Saline solution), sample I group(10mg/kg administrated), sample II group(30mg/kg administrated), Silymarin 200 administrated group. The results were as follows: 1. The inhibitory effects of the serum GOT activities in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were noted in both sample I (p<0.001) and sample II group(p<0.001). In serum GPT activities, sample I (p<0.01) and sample II group(p<0.01). 2. The inhibitory effects of the serum LDH activities in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were noted in both sample I (p<0.001) and sample II group(p<0.001). 3. The increased effects of the serum ALP activities in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were not recognized. 4. The inhibitory effects of the serum triglyceride content level in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were inhibited in only sample II group(p<0.05). 5. The increased effects of the liver weight level in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were inhibited in both sample I (p<0.05) and sample II group(p<0.05). 6. The inhibitory effects of the GST activities in rats induced by $CCl_4$ were not recognized. In SOD activities, both sample I (p<0.05) and sample II group(p<0.001) showed the inthbitory effects. 7. The inhibitory effects of in the serum GOT, GPT activities in rats induced by d-galactosamine were not recognized. 8. The increases of the serum LDH level in rats induced by d-galactosamine were noted in both sample I (p<0.01) and sample II group(p<0.001). 9. The inhibitory of the serum triglyceride content level in rats induced d-galactosamine were noted in only sample II group(p<0.05). According to the above results, it is considered that Injinhotanghapsihosogantang-gagambang has protective effect against liver injury in rats induced by $CCl_4$ and d-galactosamine.

      • 이동 물체 추적을 위한 경계선 추출

        본 논문에서는 3차원 영상 처리 시스템을 이용한 이동 물체 추적을 위한 경계선 추출 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 이동 물체의 검출은 입력 영상에서 차 영상 기법을 이용하였고, 이동 물체 검출을 위한 검출 윈도우는 처리시간을 줄이기 위하여 4개의 예상영역과 물체영역으로 구성하였으며, 크기는 이동 물체의 크기와 중심 좌표에 대한 예측 계수에 의해 정하였고, 추적 카메라는 직류 모터에 의해 X, Y 방향으로 이동하도록 하였다. 모형 자동차를 이용하여 알고리즘을 수행한 결과, 최대 추적 시간은 2초였고, 추적 에러는 물체 크기의 6% 이하였다. In this paper, I'd like to make a suggestion for boundary line detect algorithm which is used 3-D image processing system in order to track moving object. Through this study, more than anything else, difference image method was adopted to detect moving object in input image. To detect moving object, I made use of detect windows constructed by 4's predictive areas and object area for the purpose of reducing processing time and its size was determined by the size of moving object and prediction parameter directed center position. And also, tracking camera was movable toward the direction of X, Y by DC motor. As a conclusion of the study proposed algorithm, I found out the following results that tracking error was less than 6% of total moving object size and maximum tracking time 2 seconds by toy-car simulation.

        파라미터 불확실성 및 시간지연을 갖는 레이더 김벌 안정화 시스템의 지연종속 퍼지 H<sub>∞</sub> 제에

        This paper presents controller design method for nonlinear radar gimbal system with parameter uncertainty and time delay. In order to consider nonlinearity of gimbal bearing frictional torque, we firstly represent fuzzy model for the nonlinear gimbal system, which is achieved by fuzzy combination of linear models through nonlinear fuzzy membership functions. And secondly we propose a delay dependent fuzzy $H_\infty$ controller design method for the delayed fuzzy model with parameter uncertainty and design radar gimbal controller. The designed controller stabilize gimbal system and guarantee $H_\infty$ performance. A computer simulation is given to illustrate stabilized control performances of the designed controller.

        간암환자(肝癌患者) 1례(例)에 대한 증례보고(證例報告)

        This study was performed on the basis of clinical consideration about patient who has hepatoma, cholangiocarcinoma and pancreatic cancer. Cancer has gradually increased morbidity and mortality all over the world including Korea. Western medicine has treated with surgical therapy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy, but has not obtained outstanding results and has a difficulty due to side effects by those therapies. In this study, we recognized that symptom including pain by cancer are rapidly decreased with oriental medicine treatment. Oriental medicine treatment is applied throughly on the basis of the oriental medicine principle and the prescrptions were used Bulwhankumjunggisan(不換金正氣散), Sojukbaekchulsan(消積白朮散) Banhabackchulchunmatang(半夏白朮天麻湯). The communitial effect of those prescriptions are invigorating the spreen and benefiting vital energy(健脾益氣), supporting healthy energy to eliminate evils(扶正祛邪) and those treatments are corresponed with traditional oriental treatment principle. Also we can know this patient has a little improvement in the general test including biochemistry, blood test, urine analysis and etc. in spite of outstanding improvement of patient's symptom on administration of oriental medicine. According to the above results, though we has not got satisfaction in getting rid of cancer completely on administration of oriental medicine, it is helpful in decreasing symptoms including pain by cancer and in improving quality of life of patient and in improving quality of patient life.

      • Hausdorff 거리를 이용한 이동물체 추적

        본 논문에서는 배경이 움직이는 자연환경에서 모델기반 이동물체 추적 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 이동물체의 형태변화에 적응하기 위하여 Hausdorff 거리를 모델과 영상사이의 유사도로 사용하였으며, 이동물체의 위치 탐색시간을 줄이기 위하여 2D-Logarithmic 탐색기법을 사용하였다 이동물체 추적실험은 도로에서 주행하는 차량을 대상으로 수행하였다. 그 결과 자동차 영상과 오토바이 영상에서 실제위치와 추적결과에 대한 평균자승오차는 각각 1.15와 1.845로 이동물체의 정확한 추적이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 추적 정합 시도 회수는 제안한 알고리즘이 기존알고리즘 보다 자동차 영상에서는 평균 1125회, 오토바이 영상에서는 평균 523회 적게 시도하여 추적시간을 단축할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose a model based moving object tracking algorithm In dynamic scenes To adapt shape change of the moving object, the Hausdorff distance is applied as the measurement of similarity between model and image To reduce processing time, 2D logarithmic search method is applied for locate the position of moving object Experiments on a running vehicle and motorcycle, the result showed that the mean square error of real position and tracking result is 1150 and 1845; matching times are reduced average 1125times and 523 times than existing algorithm for vehicle image and motorcycle image, respectively It showed that the proposed algorithm could track the moving object accurately.

      • 다변측정(Multilateration) 항공감시 시스템 기술 동향

        향후 민간항공분야에서 지상감시 장비로 중요한 역할을 담당할 MLAT을 국내 개발을 위해 세계적인 변화에 대응하고자 항공감시와 관련한 기술현황을 조사하고 MLAT에 대한 기술개발을 추진하고자 이와 관련하여 국내개발방안에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 항공감시 기술현황과 관련해서는 현재 및 미래에 사용될 항공감시 장비에 대한 기술을 소개와 기술발전 전망을 예측해 보았다. 그리고 MLAT 시스템을 국내개발하기 위해 MLAT 기술을 조사하고 국내개발 시스템에 대한 구성도를 설계하였다. MLAT은 SSR과 같이 독립적으로 표적을 감시할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 ADS-B정도의 정밀도를 가지고 있어 향후 미래 항공의 주 시스템으로써의 역할을 할 것이다.

        Feature Extraction from the Strange Attractor for Speaker Recognition

        화자인식을 위한 음성특징을 카오스의 어트랙터와 신경망를 이용해서 추출하는 방법을 제시한다. 기존의 음성신호 표현방법과 특징 추출법은 음성인식 시스템에서 별 무리가 없이 사용되었으나 2차원 표현에서 오는 한계는 아직까지 극복해야할 과제로 남아있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 각광받고있는 새로운 시그날표현기법인 카오스이론이 스트레인저 어트랙터를 이용하여 음성특징을 추출하는 화자인식시스템에 적용하고자 한다. 입력된 음성신호는 3차원 공간안에서 어트랙터라 불리우는 기하학적인 형태로 표현되는데 이 3차원 어트랙터를 이용하면 기존의 2차원적인 표현으로부터 얻는 특징보다 더 많은 정보를 추출할 수 있을 것이다. 특징추출 기법은 3가지를 제안하였고 각 기법으로 추출된 특징벡터는 신경회로망을 통해 학습되어 인식률을 실험하였다. 제시한 기법들에 따라 다르나 인식률은 약 82%부터 96%까지 나타났다. A new feature extraction technique utilizing strange attractor and artificial neural network for speaker recognition is presented. Since many signals change their characteristics over long periods of time, simple time-domain processing techniques should e capable of providing useful information of signal features. In many cases, normal time series can be viewed as a dynamical system with a low-dimensional attractor that can be reconstructed from the time series using time delay. The reconstruction of strange attractor is described. In the technique, the raw signal will be reproduced into a geometric three dimensional attractor. Classification decision for speaker recognition is based upon the processing or sets of feature vectors that are derived from the attractor. Three different methods for feature extraction will be discussed. The methods include box-counting dimension, natural measure with regular hexahedron and plank-type box. An artificial neural network is designed for training the feature data generated by the method. The recognition rates are about 82%-96% depending on the extraction method.
