Till 70th, type-I cement (normal portland cement) specified in KS L 5201 was widely used for the works of concrete structures in Korea, However, type-II, cement (moderate heat portland cement) is more appropriate and generally used when moderate sulfate resistance or moderate heat of hydration is required, for instance, in mass concrete structures. Therefore, in 1982, type-II cement was chosen as the moat appropriate one for the Chungju dam (967,000 M³ concrete gravity dam) concrete, In this paper, the results of experimental concrete mix designs using type-I and type-II cement respectively for several types of concrete placed in Chungju dam concrete are described in some detail and the salient features associated with these two types of cement are explained.

本論文是主要講黃眞伊的漢詩<詠半月>. 中國漢詩和韓國漢詩有互相緊密的關係, 所以爲了糾明<詠半月>的文學的性格, 需要它和中國漢詩比較分析, 黃眞伊喜觀唐詩的故事傳開. <詠半月>屬於閨怨詩. <詠半月>和中國的歷代閨怨詩比較起來, 發現了兩者之間有了比較大的差異. 中國的閨怨詩重視主題傳達, 可是<詠半月>着重表現方面. 比中國的閨怨詩<詠半月>的表現再獨創的. 班婕予<怨歌行>和<詠半月>主題一樣的. <怨歌行>活用傳統的譬喩手法. 可是<詠半月>採用與前不同的譬喩手法. <詠半月>和李白<古朗月行>題材一樣的. <古朗月行>採用了關於月亮的傳說, 仍然依賴了於傳統的解釋. <詠半月>也採用了一種旣存傳說, 卽牽牛織女故事. 不過, <詠半月>不遵照傳統的解釋, 試圖完全新潁的解釋. 李白<望廬山瀑布>表現方面上積極活用力動的動詞, 所以具有非常男性的感覺. <詠半月>也活用力動的動詞, 所以應該修正‘<詠半月>是女性的’的旣存主張.

Effectiveness of Monetary Policy in Korea Due to Time Varying Monetary Policy Stance

This paper has studied the monetary policy in Korea with a time varying VAR model using four key macroeconomic variables. First, inclusion of the exchange rate was a crucial factor in evaluating Korean monetary policy since the monetary policy demonstrated sensitivity to exchange rate movements during the crisis periods of both the Asian financial crisis of 1997 and the global financial crisis of 2008. Second, a specification of the stochastic volatilities in TVP-VAR model is important in explaining excessive movements of all variables in the sample. The overall moderation of variables in 2000s was more or less due to a reduction of the stochastic volatilities but also somewhat due to the macroeconomic fundamental structures captured by impulse response functons. Third, the degree of the monetary policy effectiveness of inflation was mitigated in recent periods but with increased persistence. Lastly, the monetary policy stance towards inflation stabilization has advanced ever since the inflation targeting scheme was adopted. However, there still seems to be a room for improvement in this aspect since the degree of the monetary policy stance towards inflation stabilization was relatively weaker than to output stabilization.
보수$\cdot$보강된 철근콘크리트 보의 휨 및 전단 거동에 관한 연구

This study presents test results of RC beams strengthened by steel plates, carbon fiber sheets(CFS) and aramid fiber sheets(AFS) for increasing flexural and shear resistance. The test was performed with different parameters including the type of strengthening materials, flexural-strengthening methods and shear-strengthening methods. In case of flexural test, RC beams are initially loaded to 70% of the ultimate flexural capacity and in case of shear test loaded to 60 or 80 percent of the ultimate shear capacity and subsequently reinforced with steel plates, CFS and AFS. Experimental data on strength, steel strain, deflection, and mode of failure of the reinforced beams were obtained, and comparisons between the different shear reinforced schemes and the non-strengthened control beams were made. The test results showed that damaged RC beams strengthened by steel plates, CFS and AFS have more improved the flexural and shear capacity. For the beams with external reinforcement by steel plates, aramid fiber sheets and carbon fiber sheets increases in ultimate strength of 4 to 21, 17 to 43 and 26 to 36 percent were respectively achieved. Initial load had small effect on strength after reinforcement, but an important influence on deflection. One sheet reinforced was stronger than two sheets reinforced but less deflected than two sheets reinforced.
