이 연구는 급증하는 다문화가정에 대응하기 위하여 다문화가정의 현황과 욕구를 파악하고, 현재 운영되고 있는 다문화가족지원센터의 주요사업을 살펴봄으로써, 다문화가정 지원정책의 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 다문화가정 지원정책 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 행정안전부(2010. 12) 자료에 의하면 등록외국인 수는 1,265,006명으로 이 중 혼인귀화자를 포함한 다문화가족은 211,458명이며, 다문화가족 자녀는 151,154명이다. 다문화가족의 구성원들은 의사소통의 부재와 그로 인한 오해와 갈등, 그리고 우리나라의 전통적인 가족주의, 사회문화적 편견과 차별로 인한 어려움으로 인해 가족갈등을 경험하고 있다. 또한 자녀들은 외모가 다르다는 것에 대한 충격과 엄마와의 의사소통의 불능으로 인한 언어교육의 미비, 학습지원에 대한 소홀 등으로 인해 사회문제로 대두될 수밖에 없는 실정이다. 이에 정부에서는 다양한 각도에서 정책적 대응을 하고 있는 중이나 총 8개부처에서 30여개의 사업이 진행되는 등 효율적이지 못한 상태로 자칫 중복서비스가 우려되는 실정이다.. 따라서 정부는 다문화가정을 대상으로 일원화된 추진체계를 구축하고, 유사사업 중복검토 및 효율적인 예산 활용, 센터-지자체-민간단체의 네트워크 구축, 그리고 센터 종사자 처우 및 근무환경 개선 등을 통하여 향후 다문화가족의 급증으로 인하여 초래될 사회문제에 슬기롭게 대처해야 할 것이다. 성인들의 혈액형과 성격 및 항 스트레스와의 관련성 연구

이 연구는 성인들의 혈액형이 성격이나 스트레스 저항능력과 상관관계가 있는지를 개인이 지닌 뇌신경 생리학적 지표인 뇌파 측정을 이용하여 비교 하여보았다. 대상자는 2006년 9월에서 2009년12월까지 한국정신과학 연구소에 뇌파측정 의뢰한 성인(20세-59세)들을 기준으로 선정한 자료이다. 남 1415 명, 여 3221명으로 총4636 명 이다. 혈액형의 분포도는 A>B>O>AB형 순이었다. 분석 결과 성인들의 혈액형과 정서적 성향과는 무관 하였다. 하 지만 스트레스 저항능력과는 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 즉, O형이 다른 혈액형에 비하여 주의 지수나 항스트레스 지수에서 높게 차이가 났다. 스트레스를 이겨낼 수 있는 능력이 높다고 할 수 있겠다. 이 연구 결과 몇 개의 범주 에서 혈액형과 의의 있는 상관관계를 보여 주었으며 미치는 영향이나 유전적인 역할이 어떻게 영향을 주는지의 작 용기전을 규명하는 연구가 필요하다고 사료 된다. This study is focused on the effects of one's blood type on emotional character and anti-stress by comparing each individual's brain wave. Observed records are from those kids who volunteered for KRIJUS( Korea Research Institute of Jungshin Science)'s brain wave measurement from September 2006 to December 2009. The whole 4636 adult(20-59 age) group consists of 3221 female and 1415 male. Blood types are as follows; A>B>O>AB dominately ordered. The result shown no relations between the blood types of adult and their emotional character. But meaningful difference had been revealed between the blood type and stress resistancy; type O rated higher scores in awarness and stress resistancy then other types, which shows that type O has more ability to redudce its stress. This study revealed meaningful relation between blood types and emotional character among several categoties, while suggesting follow-up researches figuring out more detailed explanations for its effect and genetic role.

MeOH-MeCN 혼합용매계에서 치환된 벤젠술폰산벤질의 가용매 분해반응

기질의 치환기가 Y이고 이탈기의 치환기가 Z인 치환된 벤질 벤젠술포네이트 유도체들의 가용매-분해반응 속도를 MeOH-MeCN 혼합용매에서 측정하였다. 결과로 부터 본 반응은 전이 상태에서 기질-이탈기 사이의 결합파괴가 친핵체-기질 사이의 결합형성보다 우세한 dissociative $S_N2$ 메카니즘으로 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. 복합 Hammett 관계 분석에서 상호작용항 ${\rho}_{YZ}$가 작은 것으로 부터 본 반응에서는 기질 및 이탈기의 치환기 사이에 직접적인 상호작용이 중요하지 않음을 알 수 있었으며 이는 본 반응이 dissociative $S_N2 $반응임을 뒷받침해주는 것으로 설명할 수 있었다. 전이 상태 변화에 대한 QM해석 방법은 실험 결과와 잘 일치됨을 알 수 있었으며 PES모형 해석에 의해서는 이탈기 효과를 고려함에 있어 실험결과와 일치되지 않는 면이 있음을 알 수 있었다. Methanolysis rates of benzylbenzenesulfonates, substituted both on the substrate (Y) and on the leaving group (Z), were determined in MeOH-MeCN mixtures. The results showed that the reaction proceeds via the dissociative $S_N2$ mechanism, in which bond breaking proceeds in greater degree compared to bond formation at the transition state(TS). Multiple Hammett correlation analysis showed that the cross term, ${\rho}_{YZ}$, is very small and hence the cross interaction of two substituents, Y and Z, at the TS is not important, supporting the dissociative $S_N2 $ type mechanism. While transition state variations predicted by the quantum mechanical model is shown to agree in general with the experimental results, those predicted by the potential energy surface model failed to account for the leaving group effect properly.
