언택트 시대의 라이프스타일 변화에 따른 마케팅: 스포츠 브랜드 중심으로

Sports fashion brands have used various marketing strategies since ancient times. The purpose of this study is to investigate changes in consumer lifestyles in the untact era caused by the coronavirus in the Pandemic era and to present the direction of marketing that sports brands should apply in the future. Changes in sports brand marketing according to consumers' lifestyles are rapidly developing Due to COVID-19, people began to take care of their health and became interested in exercise, which served as an opportunity for female customers, along with existing male customers, to increase their concentration on sports brands. Due to changes in lifestyle habits such as restrictions on going out and non-face-to-face classes, industries using media such as life commerce, SNS, and streaming services have developed. Sports brands have used this to establish a framework for online marketing that was conducted offline. However, there was a limitation in that the advantages of face-to-face progress could not be incorporated as they were. In addition, topics on environmental protection, upcycle, and recycling have emerged since the 2000s, but they have not been treated as major keywords in the industry in that they have been difficult for consumers to feel. However, the perception that the world's population should protect the environment and health has grown, which has led to a movement for valuable consumption. This study proposes the marketing direction of sports brands from three perspectives through the above theoretical background. First, communication channels between brands and consumers shifted from offline to online. Sports brands have switched various hands-on marketing from offline to online, and have revised marketing strategies to meet the needs of various consumers, and are gradually expanding the scope of digital marketing. Second, there has been a change in consumers' values. As the keyword mining out emerged as a trend, more consumers aimed at value consumption focusing on eco-friendly such as sustainability, upcycling, and recycling. In line with this, sports brands are making efforts to develop new technologies such as upcycling and new material research using recycled fibers and inventory, and are focusing on forming a market where consumers can realize value consumption. Third, the boundaries of clothing are becoming ambiguous. This phenomenon is appearing due to the increase in the proportion of women's clothing, which occupied a low proportion in the existing sports clothing market. Sports brands are releasing lines for women such as leggings, women's training suits, and sneakers, and are focusing on developing designs tailored to women's physical conditions. This is seen as an opportunity to bring new consumers into the brand and is directly related to securing potential loyal customers in the future. This researcher has set the marketing direction of sports brands as the direction of high-tech, individuality and experience, and gender equality, and hopes that it will help future marketing research of sports brands for consumers.

Rhabdomyolysis is defined as a skeletal muscle injury with release of muscle cell constituents into the plasma. It can occur invarious diseases and conditions, including muscle strain, drug or alcohol abuse, connective tissue disease, excess exercise, or followingsurgery. Only one case of rhabdomyolysis has ever been associated with liposuction in Korea. We experienced a case ofrhabdomyolysis that developed after liposuction surgery. The patient was a 39-year-old woman presenting with abdominal pain1 day after liposuction. She was treated with general supportive care, including massive hydration and absolute bed rest. Renal replacementtherapy was performed due to pulmonary edema. She, finally, recovered fully. Acute kidney injury caused by liposuction-induced rhabdomyolysis is a rare disease. Therefore, we present this case with a review of the literature.

Advances in immunosuppressive therapy have increased the survival of kidney transplant recipients, yet suppression of the immune system after transplantation can promote infectious complications. Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection remains one of the most important complications following kidney transplantation and it is a risk factor for developing superinfections with other organisms. Aspergillus endocarditis is a rare life-threatening complication in kidney transplantation. Coinfection of CMV and Aspergillus endocarditis is rare worldwide and has not been reported in Korea. We report a case of Aspergillus endocarditis that developed in a patient with CMV infection after kidney transplantation. His clinical condition did not improve despite mitral valve replacement and empirical antibiotic treatment, but he was eventually treated successfully with antifungal agents for 6 weeks. 기상학적 가뭄에서 수문학적 가뭄으로의 인과 기반 가뭄 전파 분석

Many researchers have raised reliability concerns about applying linear correlations when looking at drought propagation. The essence of propagation from meteorological to hydrological drought is the causal relationship between precipitation and runoff. Causal analysis in hydrology is a burgeoning area of modeling, but it is still rarely done using observational data. This study aims to provide a new perspective on drought propagation (i.e., causality) using a convergent cross mapping (CCM) technique based purely on observations. The causal influence between the standardized precipitation index and the standardized stream flow index in the Hapcheon Dam basin in the southeastern part of the Korean Peninsula is analyzed using observations from 1989 to 2023. Using the standardized streamflow index calculated from dam inflow and dam discharge, this study examines how the transmission of meteorological drought to hydrological drought was affected by the dam. Compared to the results of existing studies, this paper shows how applying causal analysis in drought propagation studies differs from applying linear correlation analysis. 많은 연구에서 가뭄 전파를 살펴볼 때 선형 상관관계를 적용하는 것에 관한 신뢰성 문제를 제기하고 있다. 기상학적 가뭄에서 수문학적 가뭄으로의 전파의 본질은 강수량과 유출량 사이의 인과관계이다. 수문 분야에서 인과관계 분석은 모형화 분야에서는 급성장하고 있지만, 관측자료를 이용하는 경우는 아직 드물다. 본 연구에서는 순수하게 관측자료를 기반으로 CCM(Convergent Cross Mapping) 기법을 사용하여 가뭄 전파에 대한 새로운 관점(즉, 인과관계)을 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 한반도 남동부에 있는 합천댐 유역의 표준화 강수 지수와 표준화 하천 유량 지수 사이의 인과적 영향이 1989~2023년의 관측자료를 이용하여 분석된다. 또한 댐 유입량과 댐 방류량으로부터 계산된 표준화 하천 유량 지수를 이용하여, 기상학적 가뭄에서 수문학적 가뭄으로의 전파가 댐에 의해 어떻게 영향을 받았는지를 살펴본다. 기존 연구 결과와 비교하여 가뭄 전파 연구에서 인과관계 분석을 적용하는 것이 선형 상관관계 분석을 적용하는 것과 어떤 차이가 있는지를 보여준다.
즉석섭취 삼각김밥에서의 Staphylococcus aureus 위해평가 연구

Samgak-Kimbap is a popular ready-to-eat (RTE) food at convenience stores, in Korea. Although Samgak-Kimbap is distributed through the cold chain supply system, inappropriate temperature storage conditions prior to consumption are a cause of concern. The objective of this study was to evaluate the risk of Staphylococcus aureus growth in Samgak-Kimbap in the retail market. The prevalence and contamination levels of S. aureus in Samgak-Kimbap (n=170) were monitored, and the predictive growth model of a five-strain cocktail of enterotoxin-producing S. aureus (SEA, SEB, SEC, SED, and SEE) was developed in Samgak-Kimbap as a function of temperature (4, 10, 11, 20, 25, and 37℃). We could not observe the growth of S. aureus and enterotoxin-producing S. aureus in Samgak-Kimbap at temperatures below 10℃. The probability of illness with S. aureus per serving of Samgak-Kimbap was 1.44×10-10 per day. The most influential factor in increasing the risk of foodborne illnesses was the contamination level of S. aureus in Samgak-Kimbap.

Curled dock (Rumex crispus L.) is known to have several health benefits including antioxidant, antifungal,and anti-inflammatory effects. The potential to induce phase 2 detoxifying enzymes of butanol extract of curled dock (BECD) seeds was investigated. BECD increased the activity of NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase and expression of phase 2 detoxifying enzymes such as heme oxygenase 1, γ-glutamylcysteine synthetase, NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase,and glutathione reductase, in both hepa1c1c7 and its mutant BPRc1 cells. The translocation of transcription factor nuclear factor-erythroid 2 p45-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and binding to antioxidant response element (ARE) in the promoter region of phase 2 detoxifying/antioxidant enzymes were promoted by BECD in HepG2-C8 cells. Furthermore,BECD enhanced phosphorylation of Akt in hepatoma cell lines while Nrf2 activation induced by BECD was suppressed by an inhibitor of Akt. This result suggests that BECD induces phase 2 detoxifying enzymes through the Akt/Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway. BECD merits further study to be developed as detoxification agent.
