공공조직 구성원의 주관적 경력성과에 관한 연구 : 성별에 따른 정치적 기술의 역할

본 연구는 조직사회를 ‘정치적 장’으로 규정하고, 공공조직 구성원들의 경력성과(경력만족, 경력 몰입)에 미치는 정치적 기술의 영향력을 실증하였다. 구체적으로 성별에 따른 정치적 기술의 효과 차이를 검증함으로써, 공식조직 이면에 작동하는 사회·정치적 영향력의 실재를 확인하고자 하였다. 중앙·지방공무원 389명을 대상으로 집단별 구조모형 및 다중집단 분석을 실시한 결과, 정치적 기술의 하위요인으로서 네트워킹 역량은 성별을 불문하고 경력만족, 경력몰입과 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 이와 달리, 표면적 진실성은 남성 집단에서만 경력만족, 경력몰입에 정(+)적 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이외에 기질적 특성으로 이해되는 대인관계 영향력과 사회적 기민성은 주관적 경력성과에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향력을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 가설화된 경로에서 성별에 따른 유의미한 효과 차이는 ‘표면적 진실성과 경력만족’의 관계에서 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 공공조직 경력성과 맥락에서 정치적 기술이 갖는 이중적 속성을 고려하여 분석결과를 해석하고, 현실정합성 높은 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. This study defines the organizational society as a ‘political field’ and demonstrates the influence of political skills on the career outcomes(career satisfaction, career commitment) of public officials. Specifically, by verifying the difference in the effects of political skills by gender, it was intended to confirm the reality of the social and political influences working behind the official organization. In this study, a structural equation model and multi-group analysis were conducted with 389 central and local public officials. Findings revealed that regardless of gender, networking ability had a direct effect on career satisfaction and career commitment. Also, apparent sincerity was found to have a positive influence on career satisfaction and career commitment only in the male group. In addition, Interpersonal influence and social astuteness as temperamental characteristics did not have a significant influence on subjective career outcomes. In the hypothesized path above, the significant difference in effect according to gender was confirmed in the relationship between ‘apparent sincerity and career satisfaction’. Finally, this study interpreted the results in consideration of the dual agenda of political skills in the context of the career outcomes of public organizations, and provided policy implications that were highly consistent with reality.

The nuclear fuel cladding tubes which are a key component in nuclear power plant are damaged by the fretting wear caused by FIVs. Those are also interfered with severe environments such as high temperature, high pressure, radioactivity etc. Therefore the fretting wear tests were conducted using the nuclear cladding tube treated by the corrosion under radioactivity environment. As the load increased, the corrosive layer was fractured quickly. In case that corroded layers were existed, the maximum friction forces and wear depths were relatively lower.

High pressure and enzymatic hydrolysis was applied to anchovy in order to produce a natural seasoning salt enhancer. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the sensory characteristics and protein concentration of enzymatic hydrolysates with anchovy. According to the results of QDA, 24 attribute descriptors were developed. Based on the flavor profile, the strengths of most tastes, except sourness, color flavor, and odor were evaluated before activated carbon treatment. Principal components analysis (PCA) was performed to summarize the relationship between attributes and samples. The result of PCA was F1 72.13% and F2 22.01%, having explained 94.13% in total variability, as F1 was shown according to the correlation about activated carbon treatment before or after samples. The characteristics of color, flavor/odor, and saltiness or bitter taste had higher correlation before activated carbon treatment samples. Also, F2 was shown to have no correlation to the samples.

To improve the performance of HgI2 composite x-ray detector, we studied its structure that reduced charge trap and estimated electrical properties as incident x-ray energy. The composite detector exhibits lower performance in x-ray sensitivity, dark current, and reproducibility than single-crystal detector or poly-crystal detector, because dielectric constant of polymeric glue and grain size of semiconductor particles affected charge transport properties. Therefore, in order to improve the charge transport properties, metal oxide such as SiO2 or TiO2 were added to HgI2 composite x-ray detector and its characteristics were investigated. The effect of metal oxide in HgI2 composite was analysed by comparing the properties of metal oxide mixed HgI2 composite x-ray detector with those of simple HgI2 composite x-ray detector. The samples were divided into three kinds of films, HgI2/TiO2 composite x-ray detector, HgI2/SiO2 composite x-ray detector, and simple HgI2 composite x-ray detector. All samples were fabricated by sedimentation method, one kind of particle-in-binder (PIB) methods. And the each thickness of them was around 200um. To investigate electrical properties of the samples, dark current of samples was measured as a function of applied bias. As a result, when 1 V/um of the electric field was applied, 4.78 nA/cm2, 16.58 nA/cm2, and 7.10 nA/cm2 were measured for HgI2/SiO2 composite x-ray detector, HgI2/TiO2 composite x-ray detector, and simple HgI2 composite x-ray detector. And then x-ray sensitivity of samples was measured in RQA-5 condition (70kVp, 100mA, 0.03s, 21mmAl phantom). The result respectively showed 23.15 nC/mR/cm2, 19.25 nC/mR/cm2, and 24.25 nC/mR/cm2 of x-ray sensitivity for the each samples. Furthermore, reproducibility, aging effect, and signal lag of samples were measured. Consequentially, the all measured results like dark current, x-ray sensitivity, reproducibility, and signal lag showed the best properties in HgI2/SiO2 composite x-ray detector among three kinds of samples

To investigate the preference of food of the elderly for developing processed elderly food, this study was conducted from February 2014 to March 2014 by questionnaire including dietary behaviors, food preference, and frequency of food intake to 119 elderly (49 males and 70 female) who were more than 65 years old and living in Jeonju. Most subjects ate three meals regularly and most of the subjects’ favorite meal time was lunch. The duration time of one meal was 20 min (48.74%). The most preferred taste was delicate and sweet. The subject preferred cooked rice with multi-grains, kalguksu (hot noodle), and abalone porridge to other staple foods. Almost 50% of the subjects liked soybean paste soup and stew, and the ratio of elderly who liked Chinese cabbage kimchi was 72.3%. Preference for panfried foods leaned toward pan fried fish fillet and mung bean pancake. Most subjects preferred plant foods like vegetables, lettuce, and seaweeds. The elderly in Jeonju liked roasted pork, grilled yellow croaker, and stir-fried octopus. Cooked and seasoned vegetables (namul) were the most preferred type by the elderly. Preferences for dishes and food materials were not affected by sex and ages. Most subjects preferred eating out with Korean food. Preference for eating food was selected in grilled beef ribs, a pork cutlet, sushi·broiled eels, and Chinese noodles. Western Japanese and Chinese food were preferred by an elderly subject, who was male and who liked Japanese food more than female.
