ARIMA, VAR모델을 활용한 시계열 데이터 패턴 분석 및 예측

본 연구는 코로나19로 인해 많은 변화가 일어나는 우리 사회에서, 주가에 대한 기술적 예측을 위하여 시작 되었다. 효율적인 시계열 분석, 및 예측 모델을 만드는 것을 목적으로 하여, 모델로 하여금 주식에 대한 예측을 하게씀 하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 ARIMA, VAR 모델과 같은 고전적인 시계열 데이터 분석 모델의 특징에 대해 알아보고, 이를 더 강화하기 위한 방법에 대해 연구했다. I/O 지표를 통해 연관성이 높은 산업과 사업들을 찾아보고, VAR 모델을 활용하여 주식 예측의 정확성을 높여나갔다. ARIMA 모델은 변동성이 클수록, 경향성이 나타나지 않을수록 예측에 큰 힘을 발휘하지 못하는 것으로 나타나게 되었고, 실제 삼성전자의 주가를 예측해 보았을 때에 잔차 검정을 통과하지 못하며 믿을 수 없는 예측 결과라는 것을 알게 되었다. I/O 지표를 활용하여 고른 연관성이 높은 사업들에 대하여 VAR 모델을 적용하였다. 이 경우 SK Hynix가 가장 정확성이 높고, Nippon Steel Corporation이 2번째, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.이 3번째로 나타나는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. This research is aimed at making technical forecasts of stock prices in a society that is undergoing many changes due to COVID-19. The aim is to create an efficient time series analysis and forecasting model, which can be used to make predictions about stock prices. In this study, we investigate the characteristics of classical time series data analysis models such as ARIMA and VAR models and how they can be enhanced. We used I/O indicators to identify highly correlated industries and businesses, and VAR models to improve the accuracy of stock forecasts. We found that the more volatile and non-trendy the ARIMA model is, the less powerful it is for prediction, and when we tried to predict the actual stock price of Samsung Electronics, we found that it did not pass the residual test and was unreliable. We applied the VAR model to a set of highly correlated businesses selected using I/O indicators. In this case, SK Hynix was the most accurate, Nippon Steel Corporation was the second, and Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. was the third.

육지부 지열의 지중열교환기 타입은 수직밀폐형, 지중수평형, 에너지파일형, 스탠딩컬럼웰형 네가지 방식으로 구분되어지며, 각 타입별 성능평가 방식은 한국에너지공단 신 · 재생에너지 설비의 지원 등에 관한 지침 중 별표1의 신 · 재생에너지 설비 원별 시공기준(제7조제1항 관련)을 적용하여 KOLAS 인증기관으로부터 별표3의 ‘1. 지중열전도도 측정기준’[1]에 따라 측정한 열전도도 값을 지열이용검토서 작성기준에 맞게 적용하여 설계한다. 그러나 제주도의 지열 지중열교환기 타입은 평가 방법이 없는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제주형 지중열교환기 성능 평가 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구는 PSC침목의 재료적 측면에서 결함 요인을 알아보기 위하여 경부고속철도에서 사용된 PSC침목을 회수하여 4개의 상태로 분류하고, 각 분류 별 침목 내부에서 콘크리트 시료를 채취하여 상태 별 미세구조를 분석하였다. In this study, PSC sleepers used in Gyeongbu High-speed Railway were collected and classified into four states in order to find out the cause of defects in the material aspect of PSC sleepers.

아동문학 웹사이트의 문학 활동 유형 및 교육성 정도 분석

본 연구는 초등학생들이 접하게 되는 아동문학 웹사이트의 문학 활동의 유형 및 교육성 정도를 평가해보고 아동문학 웹사이트가 나아가야 할 방향을 찾는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문학 활동 유형 및 교육성 정도 분석하기 위한 도구를 개발하였으며, 개발된 분석도구를 바탕으로 초등학생을 대상으로 하고 있는 아동문학 웹사이트 10개의 사례를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 아동문학 웹사이트에서 나타나는 문학활동의 형태는 문학 수용위주로 문학 창작 활동의 유형이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 교육성 정도 분석에서는 상호작용적 요소, 활동의 난이도 선택 등에 대한 보완이 필요한 것으로 나타났다 후속 연구에서는 아동문학교육 사이트를 위한 평가준거 개발 연구가이루어지고, 평가준거에 기초하여 교육용 웹사이트의 역할과 효과성의 연구를 통해 웹사이트 문학활동의 활발한 발전을 기대한다. The purpose of this study was examining current conditions of literary activity types of websites for children's literature and at analyzing their educational consideration. For this purpose, we have analyzed ten websites that provided literary education to elementary school students. The websites for the study were selected through two methods: through a survey and by means of retrieval engine. This is because after a survey with websites children visited for literary activities, the largest number of them were found to 'use a retrieval engine.' The conditions of literary activity were analyzed using a tool developed by the researcher on the basis of the 7th elementary school Korean curriculum, Yoo Jung-ah(2002), and Kim Geun-su (2001), and a revised and supplemented evaluation tool of CSR (Children's Software Revue) developed by Buckleitner was used to analyze educational consideration of a website. The result showed that all the sites in this study were providing literature-accepting activities while six sites were offering literature-creative activities and educational consideration of a website, there are shortcomings in interactive elements such as feedback, update date of the website itself, introduction of a writer of a work, selection of difficulty in an activity. Therefore, an educational website operator should make an effort to supplement such items with shortcomings.
