        원발부위 불명암 환자의 한의치험 1례

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to report the possibility of treatment of Cancer of Unknown Primary Site (CUPS) patient with Traditional Korean Medicine based Samchilchoongcho-jung and Gunchilgyebok-Jung following chemotherapy. Methods : The patient is a female, who was diagnosed with CUPS, suffering from left flank pain, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting and fatigue after chemotherapy. The patient was treated with acupuncture, pharmacoacupuncture, moxibution, herbal medicine and enema used with herbal decoction for 15 days. The clinical outcomes were measured by numeric rating scale(NRS). Results : After treatment, left flank pain had disappeared and nausea and vomiting was decreased from NRS 4 to NRS 1 respectively. Fatigue was also improved. Conclusion : This case study suggests that Traditional Korean Medicine is effective for treatment of CUPS patients and can improve the quality of life.

        부부갈등이 아동·청소년의 공격성에 미치는 변인 관계에 대한 메타분석

        연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 부부갈등이 아동․청소년의 공격성에 미치는 변인 관계에 대한 메타분석을 실시하여 효과크기를 종합적으로 분석하고, 부부갈등으로 인한 아동․청소년의 공격성 감소에 필요한 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 국내에서 출판된 23편(k = 189)의 논문을 선정하여 R을 이용한 메타분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 부부갈등과 공격성의 관계에 대한 전체 효과크기는 교육적․치료적으로 유의미한 효과크 기를 보였다. 둘째, 부부갈등의 변인 군에서 갈등성질의 효과 크기가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 위협과 자기비난, 삼각관계 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부부갈등의 변인별 하위요인을 살펴보면, 갈등성질 변인은 갈등빈도 에서, 위협 변인은 갈등대처 효율성에서, 자기비난 변인은 갈등내용에서 효과 크기가 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 조절변인 분석에서 연구대상, 부부갈등의 변인, 공격성의 변인, 부부갈등의 측정도구, 공격성의 측정도구에서 하위변인에 대한 집단 간 차이가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 부부갈등으로 인한 아동청소년의 공격성 감소를 위해서는 다양한 연구와 정책적 지원이 단계적이고 체계적인 방법으로 아동청소년과 함께 가족관계, 특히 부부갈등 해소를 위한 지원을 병행해야 할 것이다. Objective: The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the meta-analysis effect size about variable relationship of parental marital conflict affects to aggression. of child and youth and to derive policy implications for reducing this aggression. Methods: For these work, we selected 23 published papers in Korea ( k = 189 ) and conducted meta-analysis in R. The results of the study are as follows. Results: First, the overall effect size of the variable relationship between marital conflict and aggression showed meaningful effect size to both educational and therapeutic. Second, the effect size of the Conflict Properties showed the highest value among the variable group of marital conflict, followed by threats, self-criticism, and triangular relationships. Third, if you check the sub-factors of marital conflict, conflict variables showed high effectiveness in conflict frequency, threat variables in conflict coping efficiency, and self-criticism variables in conflict content. Finally, subjects, variables in marital conflict, variables in aggression, and tools for measuring marital conflict and aggression in the control variable analysis showed meaningful value on the group difference of the lower factor. Conclusions: In order to reduce aggression of children and youth result from marital conflict, various research and policy support should be provided in a step-by-step and systematic way to resolve family relationships, especially for ways to solve marital conflict.

        리츠의 변동성요소와 점프리스크에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 최근 급격히 성장하고 있는 REIT 시장과 관련하여 REIT에도 일반적인 금융시계열자료에서 관찰되는 이분산성과 점프 리스크가 존재하는지 확인하고 추정된 REIT 변동성이 주식과 어떤 관계를 가지고 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 요소별 분해가 가능한 Component-Jump GARCH 모형을 이용하였으며 분석자료는 1999년 1월 4일부터 2015년 8월 31일까지의 FTSE NAREIT All Equity REIT Index를 선정하였다. 분석결과 REIT에도 이분산성과 점프리스크가 존재하며 이분산성은 다시 항상 요소와 일시적 요소로 구분이 가능한 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 REIT에서도 점프 리스크가 유의하게 추정되었으며 약 19일에 한번 점프가 일어나는 것을 관찰할 수 있었는데 이는 주식시장과 마찬가지로 REIT도 정보유입에 의한 시장급등락 위험이 존재할 수 있음을 의미한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 REIT 변동성의 설명요인으로 주식 변동성을 고려하여 분석을 실시한 결과 REIT 총 변동성은 S&P1500 변동성의 항상 요소가, REIT 변동성의 점프 요소는 S&P1500 변동성의 점프 요소가 가장 많이 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. This paper examines whether REIT has heteroscedasticity and jump risk, which are observed in general financial time series data, and the relationship between REIT volatility and the stock market. To achieve these objectives, we have used the Component-Jump GARCH model. Using the FTSE NAREIT All Equity REIT Index from January 4, 1999 to August 31, 2015, this paper finds that REIT has both heteroscedasticity and jump risk, and heteroscedasticity is decomposed into permanent component and transitory component. Jump risk, particularly, comes every 19 trading days in the REIT market, with the estimated jump frequency parameter being 0.0519. This implies that REIT could have market jump or crash risk like common stock. Moreover, REIT total volatility is well explained by the S&P1500 permanent volatility component and approximately 10% of REIT jump component is explained by the S&P1500 jump component.

        다문화 소설의 정신분석비평과 이주민 독자의 심리적 반응 양상 분석 - 김민정의 <죽은 개의 식사 시간>을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to identify literary communication between multicultural fiction and immigrant readers. First, I analyzed < Meal time of Dead Dog >, a fiction that presented migrants' experiences and identity issues based on psychoanalytic criticism. The derived interpretation is that the identity problem of migrants is connected with desire. Next, the essays by foreign students residing in Korea were analyzed according to the psychological independent response theory. As a result, it was confirmed that they actively utilize their migration experiences when interpreting multicultural fiction, and try to express their opinion, but have difficulty in interpreting symbols. As the multicultural phenomenon in Korea continues, multicultural elements will also increase in literary discourse and literary education. Therefore, this study, which focuses on multicultural fiction and migrant readers' responses, is expected to provide a meaningful perspective in terms of designing multicultural literature education or designing Korean literature education for migrant learners.

        학습자의 스탠스(stance)에 따른 한국소설 감상 양상 분석 <외국인 유학생 감상문의 담론적 소통 양상을 중심으로>

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the stance of student’s korean novel reports in order to identify the problems faced by Korean literary education. Prior to the analysis, the researcher examined the literary educational value and Korean educational value of the stance, and clarified the research point of view. In order to extract the stance from the student’s Korean novel reports, a framework for analyzing nobel reports based on sematics was established. The researcher recruited four groups of study paricipants based on national identity and literacy. The korean novel reports of all participants was analyzed by group, and some participants were interviewed. Comparing the results of the analysis, the stance of the reports was different for each group. In Foreine students reports, the structure centered on ‘cognitive empathy’ or ‘semantic reasoning’, and ‘universal factor’ were the key elements of understanding. The universal factor showed a qualitative difference between the beginner and the expert, and reflecting the interest in Korean society. It is meaningful that this study has actually examined how foreign students differ from Korean students. However, the design of the educational framework that takes into consideration remains as a future task.

        기업부동산의 유형과 자산관리 효과에 대한 연구

        This paper examines the effects of corporate real estate on a firm’s risk and return based on 1,511 KOSDAQ and KOSPI listed companies from 2000 to 2017. This research uses the beta and Jensen’s alpha for each company, which are representative of the systematic risk and the risk-adjusted excessive return, respectively. The leverage ratio, market capitalization, total corporate real estate, possessed real estate, and investment real estate are regressed on beta and Jensen’s alpha, which are set as the dependent variables. The main results indicate that total corporate real estates have a negative effect on the beta; in contrast, a positive effect is found regarding the alpha. In addition, among the 6 industries, the manufacturing industry and transportation industry showed the asset management effect. Furthermore, possessed real estate identified a negative effect on the beta and a positive effect on the alpha, whereas investment real estate had a negative effect on the beta and no statistically significant effect on the alpha. Finally, in the manufacturing industry, possessed real estate had only a negative effect on the beta and a positive effect on the alpha.

        수도권 주택시장의 지역간 연계성 분석

        This paper estimates the relationship between the housing sale prices in the housing markets using a multivariate GARCH and GJR-GARCH model. The data set includes monthly returns in apartments, detached houses, and townhouses from January 2004 to May 2018. The main results are as follows. First, in the analysis of apartment returns, asymmetric volatility is found in three regions: Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi. The correlation coefficient between Seoul and Gyeonggi is higher than between Seoul and Incheon or Incheon and Gyeonggi. Second, in the analysis of detached house returns, the correlation coefficients are smaller than those of apartments, and the estimate of asymmetric volatility is not significant in Incheon. Third, the correlation coefficient between Seoul and Gyeonggi is highest in the townhouse market, whereas the correlation coefficient between Incheon and Gyeonggi is smallest in that market. This result implies that, regardless of the housing type, the correlation between Seoul and Gyeonggi is higher than others.
