영어 작문 자동 채점 시스템은 수험자가 작성한 영작문을 사람의 개입 없이 시스템이 처리하여 점수나 피드백을 줄 수 있는 시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 영작문 중 여러 문장이나 단락으로 구성된 에세이가 아닌 단문형의 영작문을 채점하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 단일 문장을 채점하기 때문에 정답 문장과 좀 더 자세한 비교를 할 수 있고 수험자들에게 좀 더 상세한 피드백을 제공해 줄 수 있다. 단일 문장을 채점하기 위해서는 크게 두 단계의 처리가 요구된다. 첫 번째 단계는 문장내의 오류를 탐지하는 과정으로, 수험자의 영작문을 분석하여 문장 내에 포함되어 있을 수 있는 철자 및 구문 오류를 검사한다. 둘째 단계는 문장 간 오류를 탐지하는 과정으로 문제 출제자가 제공한 정답문장과 수험자의 영작문을 비교하여 두 문장 사이의 차이를 오류로 인식한다. 실제로 중학교 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 영작문 시험을 수행하였고, 이를 본 연구에서 개발한 영작문 자동 채점 시스템을 이용하여 채점해 보았다 인간 채점자와의 비교를 통해서 영작문 자동 채점 시스템의 효용성을 살펴보았다. The purpose of developing an automated scoring system for English composition is to score the tests for writing English sentences and to give feedback on them without human's efforts. This paper presents an automated system to score English composition, whose input is a single sentence, not an essay. Dealing with a single sentence as an input has some advantages on comparing the input with the given answers by human teachers and giving detailed feedback to the test takers. The system has been developed and tested with the real test data collected through English tests given to the third grade students in junior high school. Two steps of the process are required to score a single sentence. The first process is analyzing the input sentence in order to detect possible errors, such as spelling errors, syntactic errors and so on. The second process is comparing the input sentence with the given answer to identify the differences as errors. The results produced by the system were then compared with those provided by human raters.

Hydrogen peroxide takes much of the cost for Fenton reaction applied for treatment of organic contaminants. Therefore, the effective use of hydrogen peroxide makes the technology more cost effective. The effective use of hydrogen peroxide is especially needed in the soil and groundwater remediation where complete mixing is not possible and it takes a long time for reactive species to transport to the fixed target compounds. Stabilization ability for hydrogen peroxide of malonic acid was evaluated in Fenton and Fenton-like reactions in this study. Malonic acid contributes on the stabilization of hydrogen peroxide by weak interaction between iron and the stabilizer and inhibiting the catalytic role of iron. The stabilization effect increased as the solution pH decrease below the $pK_{a1}$. The stabilization effect increased as the concentration of malonic acid increased and the effect was maximized at the malonic acid concentration of about ten times higher than the iron concentration. The model organic contaminant was successfully oxidized in the presence of the stabilizer but the degradation rate was slower than the system without the stabilizer. The stabilization effect was also proved in a Fenton-like reaction where magnetite and hematite were used instead of soluble iron species.
조기 유방암 환자를 위한 다지표 예후 예측 검사 GenesWell<sup>TM</sup> BCT의 분석적 성능 시험

GenesWell<sup>TM</sup> BCT는 호르몬 수용체 양성, HER2 음성, 및 pN0 또는 1인 조기 유방암 환자의 10년내 타 장기 전이 재발 위험도를 제시하는 다지표 예후 예측 검사로, 예후에 대한 위험을 BCT Score로 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 GenesWell<sup>TM</sup> BCT의 분석적 성능을 검사하였다. 조기 유방암 환자의 FFPE 검체로 부터 추출한 RNA를 대상으로 GenesWell<sup>TM</sup> BCT 수행하여, 12개유전자의 발현값을 측정하였다. GenesWell<sup>TM</sup> BCT의 최소검출한계, 공란 한계 및 측정 범위는 단계 희석한 RNA 검체를 사용하여 평가하였으며, 분석적 정밀도 및 특이도 시험은 BCT Score에 따라 저위험군, 고위험군 그리고 경계선 주변으로 나누어진 3개의 RNA 검체를 이용하여 시험하였다. GenesWell<sup>TM</sup> BCT는 1 ng/μL 미만의 RNA 검체에서 RNA를 측정할 수 있었으며, 다기관에서 수행된 분석적 정밀도 시험에서 반복성 100% 및 재현성 98.3%의 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 분석적 특이도 시험을 통해, 간섭 물질이 검체의 재발 위험성 판정에 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이들 결과는 GenesWell<sup>TM</sup>BCT가 95% 이상의 항상성을 나타내는 높은 분석적 성능을 가지고 있음을 제시한다. GenesWell<sup>TM</sup> BCT is a 12-gene test suggesting the prognostic risk score (BCT Score) for distant metastasis within the first 10 years in early breast cancer patients with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative, and pN0∼1 tumors. In this study, we validated the analytical performance of GenesWell<sup>TM</sup> BCT. Gene expression values were measured by a one-step, real-time qPCR, using RNA extracted from FFPE specimens of early breast cancer patients. Limit of Blank, Limit of Detection, and dynamic range for each of the 12 genes were assessed by serially diluted RNA pools. The analytical precision and specificity were evaluated by three different RNA samples representing low risk group, high risk group, and near-cutoff group in accordance with their BCT Scores. GenesWell<sup>TM</sup> BCT could detect gene expression of each of the 12 genes from less than 1 ng/μL of RNA. Repeatability and reproducibility across multiple testing sites resulted in 100% and 98.3% consistencies of risk classification, respectively. Moreover, it was confirmed that the potential interference substances does not affect the risk classification of the test. The findings demonstrate that GenesWell<sup>TM</sup> BCT have high analytical performance with over 95% consistency for risk classification.
소방공무원의 개인별특성과 사기결정요인에 따른 사기 수준 연구 - 충청북도 소방공무원을 중심으로 -

This study deals with the morale level depending on individual characteristics and morale determinants of fire officers, and individual characteristics, which make differences in the morale level. Based on the previous studies on morale determinants, 7 domains of morale determinants were selected, and a survey was conducted targeting fire officers in Chungcheongbuk-do. The study results from analysis are as follows. First, only about 13% thought they had a high morale level. Second, 58.6% were worried about the disciplinary action during the performance of their duties. Third, 17% were satisfied with their working conditions, 14.5% were satisfied with their wages, 8% were satisfied with their allowances, and 6% were satisfied with their welfare benefits. Fourth, when it comes to working environments, 17% thought their workload was appropriate, 15% thought the intensity and the difficulty of their works were proper, and 12% thought job risk was proper. Fifth, only 16% and 19% showed a positive response to promotion procedures and position management respectively when asked if they thought promotion procedures and position management were fair. Sixth, only around 15% thought education and training systems helped ability development. Lastly, there were no differences in the morale level depending on individual characteristics of fire officers (sex, age, the level of education, position, tenure, and the field of work). There are many different methods of improving morale of fire officers. In conclusion, these study results demonstrate that fundamentally, it is required to improve education and training system of the self-actualization domain, which does not satisfy fire officers the most, and wage, allowance, welfare benefits, and work hours of work conditions that are economic factors, at an acceptable and satisfactory level.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the past 8 years (2014~2021 years) to collect the issue data related to the increasing and decreasing heat wave disaster in social media, analyze the social interest pattern, and provide the basic data for the development of the improvement plan for the heat wave disaster response through the analysis result. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, we analyzed the increasing trend of heat wave disaster issues, second, we analyzed heat wave disaster issues in detail, and third, we analyzed emotion words, positive words, and negative words about heat wave disaster.Therefore, in order to reduce the damage of the heatwave disaster, it is necessary to consider the health condition, residence and working environment of individual citizens, to understand the needs of the people who are the policy demanders, and to improve and discuss the policies reflecting them.
실험용 게잡이 원숭이의 pair-housing 효과 2. 혈액학적 지표의 변화

The effect of the social enrichment program using mingle cages was investigated in hematological parameters of male cynomolgus monkeys. It is generally believed that the social enrichment program using mingle cages may offer the socialization and the prevention of isolation syndrome such as abnormal behavior. The total of 48 males and 42 females were housed in pairs homosexually with mingle cages reformed from individual cages for 9 weeks and we observed the clinical signs, body weight changes and hematological parameters. In the previous study, Han et al.,2007 observed clinical signs and body weight changes. 93.8 % of male cage mates and 100% of female cage mates were made successful pair-housing formation except 3 cases of male cage mates with serious injuries from fighting. And body weight gains were not changed between individual cage-housing and pair-housing for 9 weeks. However WBC count of male monkeys in individual cage was decreased compared with pair housing group after 8 and 21 weeks from pair housing. Significant increase in neutrophils and decrease in lymphocytes were observed in pair housing group. Thus, this finding indicate that housing condition may change hematological parameters. The present finding may serve as useful basic data for social enrichment program using mingle cage.
