Research on Revitalization Method of Land Provision Compensation Through Recognition Analysis

This study aimed to suggest the revitalization method for land provision compensation through frequency analysis and cross analysis based on the awareness about land provision compensation of the rewarded person. In this regard, a frequency analysis was accomplished after conducting a survey of people who applied for the land provision compensation from Hwaseong·Dongtan2 housing site development area on land provision compensation’s recognition path, reason for application, reason for cancellation, satisfaction rate, reason for satisfaction, reason for dissatisfaction, and point to be improved, and the cross analysis was accomplished by age, by level of education, and by residence period to find out if there are any differences in the reasons for applying the land provision compensation. Through this, the revitalization method for land provision compensation is suggested as follows:First, the excellent land must be chosen in order to secure a stable profitability of the business through land provision compensation. Second, there is a need to expand the participation by private business to secure the promotion and business value of the land provision compensation. Third, the substitute land of various uses should be provided. Fourth, there is a need to relieve the uncertainty of the applicant for land compensation by confirming the substitute land and supply price in advance. Lastly, regarding the special deduction of transfer income tax for long-term holdings should be computed from the date of application for land compensation instead of from the acquisition of the land compensation.

Paneth cell carcinoma is a rare carcinoma composed predominantly or purely of malignant Paneth cells. An 83-year-old woman presented for evaluation of an elevated lesion in the stomach. On endoscopy, a 15 mm, discolored, elevated lesion with a central depression was found on the greater curvature of the gastric lower body. Endoscopic forceps biopsy revealed chronic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia. Magnifying endoscopy revealed an irregularly oval/tubular microsurface pattern and an irregular loop microvascular pattern with a demarcation line, suggestive of early gastric cancer. Therefore, endoscopic submucosal dissection was performed. Histopathological examination revealed a well-differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma limited to the muscularis mucosae and the tumor cells contained coarse eosinophilic granules in the cytoplasm. These tumor cells were diffusely and strongly stained for lysozyme, confirming the tumor diagnosis as Paneth cell carcinoma. Herein, we report a rare case of Paneth cell carcinoma and its endoscopic and histopathologic findings.
PIT telemetry를 이용한 얼록동사리의 서식지 선택 연구

This study carried out from March 2021 to October 2021 in the upper part (St. 1) and middle part (St. 2) section of Yongsu stream, a branch of the Geum river, using PIT telemetry to understand the movement patterns and habitat characteristics of Odontobutis interrupta, a Korean endemic species. O. interrupta collection was used kick net (5×5 mm) and fish trap (5×5 mm). After collecting fish, PIT tag insertion was performed immediately in the site. Reader (HPR Plus Reader, biomark, USA) and portable Antenna (BP Plus Portable Antenna, biomark, USA) were used for detection of fish to monitoring the tagged O. interrupta. As a result of PIT telemetry applied to 70 individuals, mean movement distance was 36.5 (SE, ±6.6) m. There was a significant difference between total length and movement distance (P≤0.05). O. interrupta was mainly identified in average water depth, 36.2±1.9 cm, average water velocity, 0.03±0.07 m s-1 and average distance from watershed, 4.4±0.3 m. Extent of rock used for habitat was varied from 32 to 4,000 cm2 . There was no statistical difference between the area of the first selected rock and the area of the after selected rock (P>0.05). but there was significant difference between total length and the area of the rock except for detection before 24 hours (P<0.01). Therefore, to restore the habitat, it is considered necessary to create various substrate structures by providing various habitat environments (water depth, flow rate, stone, etc.) for each individual size.
