        남한지역 고구려 보루 유적 편년에 대한 대안적 접근-무등리 보루 편년을 중심으로-

        Chronology of the Goguryeo fortresses in South Korea has been proposed by many mainly on the basis of historical records and pottery analysis but with dubious results. Historical records seldom provide information detailed enough to understand the life history of individual fortress sites. Reliance on the literature has more often than not been limiting archaeological interpretation of the remains. Also, variabilities in the assemblage composition of the Goguryeo potteries are yet to be fully appreciated, a situation exacerbated by the complex nature of the fortress sites itself. To address these problems, we suggest more vigorous adoption of the results of radiocarbon dating. They are often shunned by researchers but reliable dates can be obtained only when sampling, dating and interpretation are made within a coherent framework of appropriate research strategy and with an adoption of high-precision dating, Analysis of radiocarbon dates from the Mudeung-ri Fortress No. 1 and No. 2 demonstrates that they prove valuable to establish chronological framework of the Guguryeo fortress sites. It appears that the Mudeung-ri Fortress No. 1 could had been occupied from the latter part of the 6th century CE while the latter could have been used from the 5th century CE. 이 논문에서는 남한지역 고구려 보루 편년에서 나타나는 몇 가지 문제점을 지적하고, 편년 수립의 대안으로서 방사성탄소연대를 활용하고자 한다. 그 동안 관련 유적의 편년은 문헌에 기록된 역사적 정황을 주요근거로 삼아 보루가 사용되었으리라 추정되는 기간을 한정한 후, 토기 편년을 보조적 근거로 채택해 설명하는방식으로 이루어졌다. 그러나 어떤 보루이건 그 축조와 사용에서 폐기에 이르는 정황은 어디에도 기록되어있지 않으며, 일종의 특수한 생활 유적으로서의 고구려 보루의 편년을 위해서는 다양한 고고학적 맥락을 검토해야 한다. 나아가 토기 편년의 응용도 관련유적의 편년에서 일정한 한계를 안고 있음을 인식할 필요가 있다. 이러한 몇몇 문제는 보다 적극적인 방사성탄소연대 측정치의 활용을 통해 보완할 필요가 있다. 방사상탄소연대 활용을 통한 유적 편년 수립을 위해서는 적절한 연구전략의 바탕 위에서 편년에 필요한 시료를 채집하여정밀도가 높은 결과를 얻어야 한다. 무등리 유적에서 얻은 방사성탄소연대에 대한 평가는 무등리 제1보루는6세기 후반부터, 제2보루는 이보다 앞선 5세기부터 사용되었을 가능성이 있음을 시사해준다.

        죽염에 대한 단회투여 독성시험연구

        Though the bamboo salt, called as "JUKYUM" has been widely used in Korea as panacea, it''s toxicity were not screened completely. To investigate the toxicity of bamboo salt, we compared with the toxicity of crude salt and reagent-grade NaCl by performing single dose oral toxicity test in SD rats. Crude salt, natural sun-dried salt (crude salt) production, was purchased from the western seashore of Korean peninsular, and reagent-grade Nacl was purchased from Sigma company. Results of the single dose oral toxicity tests on bamboo salt, crude salt and reagent-grade NaCl to SD rats are as follows, LD_(50) of bamboo salt was 4174 mg/kg (male) and 4074 mg/kg (female), that of crude salt was 4871 mg/kg (male) and 4898mg/kg (female) and that of reagent-grade NaCl was 4247 mg/kg (male) and 4025 mg/kg (female), respectively. There were little differences in clinical signs and gross legions among groups. Findings of gross autopsy and necropsy of bamboo salt treated group were similar to other groups.

        An Alternative Approach to the Expansion of Paekche during the Hansŏng Period

        The expansion of Paekche, one of the ancient states established on the Korean Peninsula, during the Hansŏng Period was one of the major historical archaeological research topics. Many studies were conducted under the premise that the boundaries of Paekche during the Hansŏng Period as recorded in historical documents had existed in real life, and scholars believed that the boundaries and territory of Paekche at the time spatially expanded in concentric rings around the core. These studies were unable to provide an adequate explanation of the diversity or the significance of archaeological resources acquired from the regions surrounding Paekche during the Hansŏng Period, as the expansion of Paekche was understood to have occurred uniformly throughout the surrounding areas. However, it is important to note that, unlike the boundaries of modern states, boundaries of ancient states were flexible and not clearly defined. In addition, it is necessary to take into consideration the possibility that the expansion of ancient states occurred in different ways throughout different regions due to political, geographical, and economic factors as well as their physical distance from the center. This study takes into account these possibilities and compares the regions to the south and north of the Han River by examining the excavated Paekche pottery from the Hansŏng Period in the central region of the Korean Peninsula to better understand Paekche’s expansion process. It also demonstrates that Paekche expanded its influence in the region south of the Han River during the Hansŏng Period while it only maintained several bases in the region north of the Han River, thereby explaining that the expansion of Paekche differed in the two regions due to the differences in the regions’ geopolitical dynamics.

        Though the bamboo salt, called as "JUKYUM" has been widely used in Korea as panacea, it''s toxicity was not screened completely. To investigate the toxicity of bamboo salt, we compared with the toxicity of crude salt and reagent-grade NaCl by performing repeated dose (3 months) oral toxicity test in SD rats. Crude salt, natural sun-dried salt (crude salt) production, was purchased from the western seashore of Korean peninsular, and reagent-grade NaCl was purchased from Sigma company. Results of repeated dose oral toxicity tests for 3 months (bamboo salt; 750, 1500, 3000 mg/kg/day, crude salt ; 3000 mg/kg/day, reagent-grade NaCl; 3000 mg/kg/day) suggested that the bamboo salt treated group show no significant toxicological findings with body weights and organ weights changes, and hematological, serum biochemical and histopathological findings compared with other groups.

        SNS 정보를 활용한 실시간 식당 사용자 패턴 분석

        In modern society, unit companies and businesses will respond sensitively to various types of information in real time, and their operating strategies will also be implemented and modified in real time depending on the situation. This paper collects, processes, and analyzes various user information generated by online SNS in real time, generating and providing useful data for various systems. Especially, using data from Twitter, a representative social networking site, to analyze online information related to restaurants and to target restaurant systems. To process into useful data and provide pattern analysis results, this paper observes patterns on online reference quantities, analyzes features and presents utilization methods. 현대사회에서 단위 기업 및 업체는 다양한 형태의 정보에 실시간으로 민감하게 대응하며, 상황에 따른 영업 전략 역시실시간으로 구사하고 수정하게 된다. 본 논문은 온라인 SNS에서 발생하는 다양한 사용자 정보를 실시간으로 수집ㆍ가 공하고분석하여 각종 시스템에 유용한 데이터를 생성하여 제공한다. 특히, 대표적인 SNS인 트위터의 데이터를 이용하여 식당과관련된 온라인 정보를 분석하고 식당 시스템을 대상으로 유용한 데이터로 가공하여 패턴분석 결과를 제공하기 위하여 본논문에서는 온라인 언급량에 대한 패턴을 관찰하고 특징을 분석하고 활용 방법을 제시한다.
