The present study is to measure of liquid film dynamics with 1/10 modified linear scaled replicating experimental apparatus of direct vessel injection (DVI) using confocal chromatic method. DVI is employed as an emergency core cooling (ECC) system during loss of coolant accident in the nuclear generator APR1400. If ECC water is injected through the DVI nozzles, for high-temperature and high-pressure state of the vessel, we expect complicated multi-phase flow phenomena such as the wavy film flow, film breakup and entrainments. The key parameter of those film flow dynamics such as film breakup is the film Reynolds number correlated with liquid film thickness. A series of experiments were conducted in the 1/10 scaled plate test rig. Width and thickness of the film flow were measured in injection velocity conditions with 0.3m/s, 0.5m/s and 0.7m/s. The confocal chromatic sensing method was used to measure the thickness and the width at 1cm horizontal interval and 5cm vertical interval with 200Hz. It was found that the width of the film becomes larger as the injection velocity is higher and the measured thicknesses of the outer boundary and center of the film flow were larger than those of the other points. All of thickness data is less than 5mm. It can be concluded that the thickness of the film flow is not closely related with injection velocity but related with location. Utilizing the thickness data and the velocity data is expected to get the information about onset of the entrainment region.
컴퓨터 교과 교육 2 : 통합 조직자 기반의 자기 주도적 프로그래밍 학습에 관한 연구

2008년에 나온 중학교 정보 교육과정 해설서에서는 프로그래밍 교육을 위해서 교육용 프로그래밍 언어(EPL: Educational Programming Language)의 사용을 제시하고 있다. EPL은 3D 기반의 다양한 인터페이스로 학습자들이 딱딱한 텍스트 위주의 코딩 방식에서 벗어나 쉽고 간단하게 프로그래밍 할 수 있도록 해주고, 학습의 동기 부분에서 많은 효과성들이 검증되어지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 EPL을 프로그래밍 학습에 도입함에 있어 기존에 사용되어진 프로그래밍 언어들과 차별성을 가지면서 더욱 큰 의미를 가지게 하기 위해서는 EPL의 그래픽적 요소의 장점을 극대화시키면서 자기주도적으로 프로그래밍 구문에 대한 정확한 이해를 이끌어내고 이를 현재의 실생활에 활용 및 적용할 수 있도록 해주는 새로운 학습 교재나 단원의 개발이 선행되어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Osborne의 발생학습 수업모형과 통합된 선행조직자를 EPL Alice에 적용한 자기주도적 프로그래밍 교수-학습 단원을 개발하여 제시하였다.

Predicting the compressive strength of concrete is important for shortening construction time and reducing construction costs. In this study, the coefficients required for maturity method and compressive strength prediction equation were calculated by measuring the cement hydration reaction rate, concrete setting time and ultimate strength. The experiment was conducted in an isothermal environment of 10°C, 20°C and 30°C using a normal Portland cement, and the experiment was conducted with a total of 9 levels of W/C (40%, 50%, 60%) of 3 levels for each temperature. As a result of comparing the predicted strength and the measured strength for each blend, only an error of less than 5% was found for all blending and curing periods.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Chungdaesan(CDS) by various administration routes on skin anaphylactic reaction. The most classic and popular skin reaction in vivo is passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) In this study, therefore, the author investigated the effect of CDS on PCA reaction activated by anti-dinitrophenyl immunoglobulin E antibody The results showed that CDS potently suppressed orally, topically, intraperitoneally, and intradermally administered. However, it did not show suppressive activity when intravenously administered. In addition CDS significantly inhibited anti-DNP IgE induced mast degranulation in mice skin. Moreover, CDS suppressed anaphylactic histamine release from mast cells induced by anti-dinitrophenyl immunoglobulin E antibody. These results indicate that CDS suppresses the PCA reaction by stabilization of mast cells in vivo and in vitro am] also suggest that the differential activity following administration routes may be caused by the difference of bioavailability.
