      • 청소년의 사상체질과 체성분과의 상관성에 관한 연구

        Purpose In Sasang Constitution Medicine, persons are divided into four types such as Taeyangin, Taeumin, Soyangin and Soeumin according to their appearance, moral nature and characteristic of constitutional symptoms. In teenager group, diagnosis of constitution based on their appearance was so difficult that we adopted new diagnostic method which measures and compares body compositions. Methods 180 middle school students who live in Pusan were studied from 20th of March, 1999 to 20th of March, 2000. After practicing Questionnaire(I), QSCC(Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution) I , QSCCII, we have measured the height and body compositions with Inbody 3.0, five times. Results 1. The results of Sasang Constitution analysis showed 91 students were classified as Taeumin(50.3%), 75 as Soyangin(41.4%), 14 as Soeumin(7.7%), and 1 as Taeyangin(0.6%). 2. The level of total body water, muscle area, BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate), BCM(Body Cell Mass), and AMC(Arm Muscle Circumference) were increased during spring and summer. That of body weight, fat body weight, fat body weight ratio, waist hip ratio, and BMI(Body Mass Index were increased during fall and winter. 3. In Taeumin and Soyangin groups, the changed capacity of total body water, muscle area and BMR were increased with statistical significance. 4. Waist hip ratio of Soeumin group was reduced more than those of Taeumin, Soyangin groups with statistical significance.

        국산육가공 제품의 이화학적 성질 및 조직특성에 관한 연구

        Twenty-four processed meat items locally produced by 6 different domestic manufactures from the beginning of June to the middle of August, 1980 were tested for their physicochemical and textural characteristics. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The moisture content of fish sausage was between 59.0 - 66.1%, crude protein 9.6 - 11.7%, crude fat 2.6 - 15.8% and crude ash 1.7 - 3.2%. The crude protein and crude fat contents were lower than the desirable level and the crude fat content also showed wide variations among manufactures. 2. The moisture content of meat sausage was between 51.3 and 60.8%; crude protein 13.7 - 16.2%, crude fat 17.5 - 28.6%, crude ash 1.9 - 2.7%. The ratio of protein to water was similar to that of the developed countries but fat content was relatively low. 3. The moisture content of ham was about 70%; crude protein 16.1 - 24.4%, crude fat 2.8 - 10.9%, and crude ash 2.9 - 4.5%. When compared to the products of foreign countries, the domestic hams were lower in fat but higher in moisture content. 4. The mean pH values of all products were between 5.9 and 6.4. 5. The nitrite content of all products was between 10 and 40 ppm. None of the products was found to contain more than 70 ppm. 6. Food regulations specifying the chemical composition of processed meats take effect for the meat products, but not for the fish sausages, resulting in the wide variations in the chemical composition of the fish sausage. 7. Warner-Bratzler shear press value of meat sausage was 0.23±0.1 (Kg/wt); fish sausage 0.35±0.1 (Kg/wt) and ham 1.69±0.5 (Kg/wt). W/B shear press value of ham was five times greater than that of sausage. 8. Hardness of fish sausage was between 2.67 and 5.98 (Kg/wt); ham 5.1 - 10.8 (Kg/wt). Hardness showed wide variations among 6 different domestic manufactures. 9. Springiness was relatively uniform and cohesiveness of sausage was larger than that of ham.

        Expose equipment system that is used for manufacturing process of Flat Panel Display, is most important equipment in whole process. Expose equipment that is for making pattern of mask on substrate, consists of optical part, stage part and transport part. The stage is an important part that aligns mask and substrate for delivering pattern of mask to substrate exactly. In this paper, control system of expose stage that is able to use mask and substrate of diverse size, with PC controller using GUI interface instead of PLC control system. The existing PLC control system does not have the suitable structure for using mask of diverse size. GUI interface integration control system is based on PC. So it has the advantage of convenient use and active operation. We embodied PLC control system in integration control system based on PC, and verified utility possibility through the standard test course.

        유연생산시스템의 계층구조적 실시간 운용제어 및 모니터링에 관한 연구

        This paper presents a hierarchical real-time operation control and monitoring scheme of the FMS/CIM center which has been implemented at the Automation and Systems Research Institute of Seoul National University. The hierarchical structure of the whole scheme consists of three lavers. The upper layer is in charge of on-line scheduling, computer network control, shop-floor monitoring and command generation for AGV dispatching, machining, assembly, inspection, set-up, etc. The middle layer has six modules, which are installed in the FMS host computer with the upper layer and run on the multi-tasking basis. Each module is connected to one of six cell controllers distributed in the FMS model plant and transfers operation command down to each cell controller through the Ethernet/TCP-IP local area network. The lower layer is comprised of six cell control software modules for machining cell, assembly cell, inspection cell, set-up stations. AS/RS and AGV. Each cell controller reports the status of the manufacturing facilites to the middle layer as well as ecxecuting the appropriate sequence control of the manufacturing processes.

        토양경작법의 사례 분석을 통한 적용방안 개선

        Considering six screen matrix to select an optimum remediation method for the Kunsan military base contaminated with petroleum oil, the following order was obtained: landfarming > biopile > soil washing > thermal desorption = incineration. When the landfarming method was applied for the remediation of 2,250 $m^3$ soil contaminated with petroleum oil ranging from 500 to 2,404 mg/kg as TPH, contamination level decreased below target concentration 450 mg/kg after 20~42 days depending on the initial contamination. From the evaluation of case studies of landfarming, it is suggested that ratty-truss or single-arch structure is suitable in the landfarming plant for the treatment of large-scale contaminated soil requiring long period of remediation. But, vinyl-house structure is suitable in the landfarming plant for the treatment of small-scale contaminated soil requiring short period of remediation. Therefore vinyl-house structure is recommended in the remediation of contaminated soil less than 5,000 $m^3$ requiring within 1 year of remediation period but ratty-truss or single-arch structure is recommended for the remediation of contaminated soil more than 5,000 $m^3$.

        FUNCTIONAL RECONSTRUCTION OF MANDIBULAR DEFECTS WITH FREE BONE GRAFT

        양성 종양, 악성 종양, 감염, 외상 등에 의한 하악골 결손은 중대한 심미적, 생물학적 결과를 일으킨다. 재건술의 일차적 목적은 완전한 기능 회복이며 이는 이차적으로 심미적 변형의 정상화를 유도한다. 저자들은 1981년에서 1990년까지 서울대학교 치과대학 구강 악안면외과에 내원하여 하악골 재건술을 시행받고 6개월 이상 추적조사가 가능한 61증례의 임상적 자료 및 방사선 검사를 통해 부위별 임상적 성공률을 조사하였다. 본 임상 논문의 목적은 하악골 결손부위와 부위에 따른 유리골 이식의 성공률을 연구하는데 그 의의를 두겠다. 유리골 이식의 임상적 연구를 요약해 보면 유리 자가골 이식의 대부분은 장골이었고 망상피질골이었다. 6개월 이상 추적조사가 가능한 61명의 환자에 있어 전체적 성공률은 80.3% 였다. 강선고정과 구외접근법이 다른 방법보다 그 예후에 있어 훨씬 더 좋은 결과를 나타냈고 다른 부위보다 하악 정중부위가 그 예후에 있어 훨씬 나쁜 결과를 보였다. Mandibular discontinuity defect due to benign tumor, malignant tumor, infection, or truma results in major esthetic and biologic compromise. The primary goal of reconstruction is full restitution of function, which secondarily lead to normalization of the cosmetic deformity. The authors make a clinical study of 61 consecutive bone graft cases for mandibular reconstruction of discontinuity defect which were studied retrospectively using clinical data and radiographic findings. The cases were reviewed to evaluate the clinical success in the period from 1981 to 1990 in the Dept. of Oral & maxillofacial Surgery, Seoul National University Hospital. The criteria of the success in bone graft, are no residual infection, graft in with maintain its integrity, and remain over a half of its original size of graft in the radiographic features. The purpose of this clinical survey is to study of the mandibular discontinuity defects and success rate of free bone graft in mandibular defects. To summarize the clinical study of free bone graft, the main type of autogenous bone graft is iliac bone and corticocancellous type. Overall success rate is 80.3% in 61 followup cases over 6 months. Wire fixation and Extraoral approach has realtively better prognosis than other methods. It showed relatively poor prognosis in symphysis defects than other recipient site.
