N/A We report the retrospective analysis of 111 patients with intussusception who were admitted to the Department of Surgery and Department of Pediatrics of Yongdong Severance Hospital from March 1,1988 to August 31,1989. SPSS-PC with IBM-AT personal computer was used for the analysis of the data. Following results were obtained. 1) 79 patients were successfully treated with Barium reduction and patients underwent sugical management. The success rate of Barium reduction was 71.2%. 2) Male to female ratio was 1.8:l. Occurrence of the age under 12 months was 69.6% for surgically treated group and 78.1%. for medically treated group. 3) Mean hospital stay of surgically treated group was 7.5 days and that of medically treated group was 3.9 days. (p=0.012) 4) Duratian of symptom was 38.6 hours for surgically treated group and 25.4 hours for medically treated group.

LVDC 배전망은 편의성 증대, 효율성 향상, 손실 감소, 손쉬운 계통 연계 등 다양한 이점을 제공한다. 그러나 LVDC 배전망의 정확한 고장 검출기법은 아직 개발되지 않았다. KEPCO는 비용을 절감하고 더 나은 품질의 LVDC 배전망을 구축할 수 있는 해결책을 모색하고 있다. LVDC 배전망을 구축하고 안정적으로 운영하기 위해서 신속하고 정확한 고장 검출기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 웨이브릿의 에너지를 이용하여 고장을 신속하게 검출할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 먼저, PSCAD를 활용하여 PV, ESS, DC부하로 구성된 방사상 계통을 모델링하였다. 제시한 웨이브릿 기반 고속 고장 MATLAB을 이용하여 구현하고, 다양한 고장분석을 통해 제시한 기법의 성능을 평가하고자 한다.

To diagnosis the complexible diesel fuel combustion processes and spray characteristics, many simplified injection systems are developed and used. Especially it is very popular that the solenoid servo valve use to control the fuel providing from injection pump to injector, but this system cause some problems, one of them is that makes a unsteady motion of needle when operating time is not enough. In this study, to clarify the effect of this unsteady motion of needle was measured by the injection rate and spray characteristics with using needle lift sensor.<br/>

This paper presents general concept of DC switch gear(DCSWGR). Normally, DCSWGR consist of Digital protection unit(DPU), High Speed Circuit Breaker(HSCB), Disconnect Switch(DS), Programmable Logic Control(PLC), Auxiliary Relays and etc. Most of the components has its special characteristics and their interface between each others are various and complex. In this paper every constituent general design are preceded and interface between each component are examined. And also DCSWGR operation logic with logical diagram including interlock signal are introduced.
