Lactobacillus casei YIT 9018 의 냉동건조와 생존에 관한 연구

Lactobacillus casei YIT 9018 세포의 장기저장을 위한 최적의 냉동건조 저장법을 구명하기 위해 냉동상해 보호물질과 해동 및 저장조건에 대하여 L. casei 세포의 생존율을 이용하여 연구하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. L. casei 세포를 냉동건조할 때 보호배지로서 11%의 탐지유에 3%의 sucrose와 2.5%의 Na-glutamate를 사용할 때, 가장 생존율이 높았다. 2. 생장배지에 L. casei 세포를 0.1%∼1.0% 접종하여 배양했을 때 생존성이 좋았다. 3. L. casei 세포는 냉동 후 2.5시간 건조시에 최고의 생존율을 보였으며, 이 때의 수분함량은 2.41%였다. 4. 냉동건조된 L. casei 세포는 4℃에서 보존하고, 20℃에서 해동시에 가장 생존율이 높았다. 5. L. casei 세포를 최저조건에서 배양, 냉동, 건조, 저장, 해동시켰을 때, 88.8%의 생존율을 얻었다. 이로써, Lactobacillus casei YIT 9018의 냉동건조 및 저장, 제동조건을 최적화시켰으며, 앞으로, 세포의 냉동손상과 보호배지의 작용기작에 대한 더 많은 연구가 기대되고 있다. In order to find the best freeze-drying and storage conditions for the long term preservation of Lactobacillus casei YIT 9018 cells, the freeze protection medium, freeze-drying, storage and thawing conditions have been studied. And the results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The best suspending medium for freeze-drying of L. casei cells was found to contain 11% of skin milk, 3% of sucrose and 2.5% of Na-glutamate. 2. The survival of freeze-dried L. casei cells was good when 0.1% to 1.0% of starter was inoculated into the fresh growth medium. 3. The best survival of freeze-dried L. casei cells was obtained after 2.5 hours of drying and moisture content of dried cells was 2.41%. 4. The best viability of freeze-dried L. casei cells was obtained when stored at 4℃ and rehydrated at 20℃. 5. When L. casei cells were cultured, freeze-dried, stored and thawed under the optimal conditions, the survival rate of freeze-dried cells was 88.8%.

필릿형 용접부의 역학적 강도에 관한 연구

The use of thick plate is increasing in recent years due to the rapid expansion of chemical plants, nuclear plants, s비s and other industrial plants. Welding is the most popular joining techniques employed in manufacturing industrial machineries and structures. Normally, groove shapes are prepared according to appropriate ru1es and regulations such as KS, JIS, AWS, LR, DNV and etc. for various thicknesses of plate. However those groove angles tend to be too large. As a result of large groove angle, residual stress, deformation of material and strength reduction is obtained. Therefore, the reliability and safety of structures and machinery tend to be decreasing. Therefore, in this paper, theoretical as well as experimental study are carried out to find optimum groove shapes for T-welded joint of mild steel. The test specimen are made in same condition with simulation model. Welding residual stresses measurement by sectional cutting method. It is mechanical restraint that mainly affect welding residual stresses distribution. In mechanical point of view minimum groove angle is more suitable than maximum groove angle. Therefore, it is appropriate to minimize the size of groove shape in strength and safety.

전자 상거래 시대에 적합한 배송 방식 결정에 관한 기본 연구

최근의 소비규모 증가와 급성장하고 있는 전자상거래의 활성화로 배송사업이 급성장하고 있다. 이런 배송사업은 해마다 수배의 규모로 성장하고 있는 가운데 오토바이 퀵서비스에서부터 중견 · 대기업에 이르기 까지 속속 배송사업에 뛰어들고 있다. 그러나, 폭증하는 배송 수요를 따라잡지 못하고 있다. 이 때문에 배송 전문회사가 다른 배송업체에게 재하청을 주는 경우도 있어 배송 지연과 분실 · 파손 등의 민원이 발생하고 있다. 이런 문제점은 배송업체가 양적으로만 증가하고 있고 체계적인 배송 시스템을 갖추지 못한 데에서 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 배송 전문회사의 배달하고자 하는 물건의 특성요소와 소비자의 요구사항에 최대한 부합하면서 배송업체에 물류비용을 최소화 해주는 배송 방식 결정 시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 이러한 최적 배송 방식 결정을 위한 국내외의 현황 분석과 알고리즘의 개발에 관한 연구이다.

Cette présente étude porte sur un constituant phrastique formé de deux éléments : un petit mot mystérieux de suivi d'un syntagme adjectival(= AP). (ce constituant ci-après dénommé sous forme abrégée «de+AP»). Ce qu'il faut dire, avant tout, à propos du constituant «de+AP» est qu'il se divise, d'après ses propriétés distributionnelles, en trois types, soit ceux de (A), de (B) et de (C). Le type (A) représente «de+AP» en cooccurrence avec un pronom interrogatif, indéfini, démonstratif ou posséssif. En fait, ces pronoms sont susceptibles d'accompgner «de+AP» qui le suit dans une construction où ils apparaissent. En voici quelques exemples en (1). (1) a. Qui connais-tu d'intelligent? b. Quelqu'un d'inconnu te demande. c. Je connais celui-ci d'intelligent. d. Il a mangé le vôtre de délicieux. Le type (B) désigne «de+AP» en relation avec un élément focalisé. Dans une construction ayant un élément focalisé, «de+AP» peut se présenter derrière cet élément focalisé, ce qui se voit en (2). (2) a. Je n'ai lu que le livre d'intéressant. b. Le seul garçon que j'aie de sage est Paul. c. C'est le livre que j'ai lu d'intéressant. d. J'en ai lu deux de passionnants. Le type (C) indique «de+AP» qui se trouve dans une construction d'une petite classe verbale dont l'effectif est au nombre d'une dizaine. «de+AP» s'y maintient en relation quelconque avec un syntagme nominal qui le précède, comme on le voit en (3). (3) a. Il y a une place de libre. b. J'ai un enfant de malade. c. Voilà encore deux soldats de tués. d. J'ai trouvé deux pizzas de chaudes. Notre étude a pour but de proposer une analyse unifiée de ces trois types de «de+AP». Pour ce faire, nous avons commencé par examiner «de+AP» du type (c). Et c'est au bout de son analyse que nous sommes arrivé à dire qu'il s'agit de la prépostion de suivie d'une petite proposition (= small clause) dont le prédicat adjectival est monté en position de sujet. Ensuite, nous avons montré que cette analyse s'applique également aux deux autres types de <de+AP>. Une analyse ainsi unifiée nous a permis de répondre aux questions suivantes qui restaient jusque-là irrésolues. 1) Quelle est le statut catégoriel du de de «de+AP»?2) S'il s'agit d'une préposition, pourquoi la prépostion de se permet-elle, comme complément, un syntagme adjectival mais non pas nominal?3) Pourquoi «de+AP» du type (C) n'est-il accepté que par une dizaine de verbes?4) Pourquoi l'adjectif apparaissant dans le type (C) se limite-t-il à dénoter un état passager mais non pas permanent, ce qui n'est pas le cas pour les deux autres types. Nous y avons répondu de la façon suivante. 1) Il s'agit toujours d'une préposition. 2) Un syntagme nominal n'y apparaît pas au lieu d'un syntagme adjectival parce que le premier ne peut pas monter en position de sujet, cela, dû à son trait non référentiel. 3) Étant donné que «de+AP» du type (C) joue son rôle de topique dans une construction où il apparaît et qu'une construction dispose d'un seul topique au niveau de la construction, la construction se permettant un constituant du type (C) ne peut pas détenir d'autre topique à ce niveau. C'est à cause de cette contrainte que les prédicats verbaux susceptibles d'accepter un constituant du type (C), sont ainsi limités. 4) Les constructions qui s'accommodent de «de+AP» du type (C), partagent toutes un trait sémantique. Pour elles toutes, il s'agit toujours de présenter un événement. Ainsi. leur syntagme nominal et «de+AP» qui le suit expriment conjointement un événement. Or, l'événement est, de sa propre nature, toujours passager en termes de durée. C'est la raison pour laquelle l'adjectif impliqué dans le type (C) doit dénoter un état passager. Par contre, quant aux types (A) et (B), leurs syntagme nominal et «de+AP» expriment conjointement non seulement un événement passager mais aussi un état permanent.

甲午更張의 現代行政改革的 評價

This thesis is designed to clarify and analyze reformers and process of "GABO GYUNG-JANG" which not only caused a substantial change on the political and economic structure of Yi-Dynasty but also gave an important motivation for the foration of modern Korean society. This paper is composed of following chapters. Chapter one explain the introduction of this paper in accordance with the prupose, scope and object, research design. Chapter two is theoretical background of administrative reform. Various kinds of approach could be found for the analysis of administrative reform, but nowadays a comprehensive approach is needed, which includes all the element of it. Among many variables which exercised influence on the reform, approach, reformers and process are selected for this analysis. Chapter three is environment fo political and administrative situation. Administrative reform should be studied in the context of external and internal factors. Internal factors as well as external ones consist of the object of administrative reform and these factors find themselves in the interdependent relation. The reform process and reformers are considered here as the internal factors of administrative system. Internal circumstances and domestic setting are, on the other hand, regarded as the external factors of administrative system. Chapter four si explained all the content of "GABO GYUNG-JANG". Korea was well aware of the necessity for a reform even before the "GABO GYUNG-JANG". But insufficient understanding about the reform, illdigested knowledge on the western thoughts, and the lack of political unity determined limit and width of the reform without achieving satisfactory one. Blaming as the intervention of domestic affairs, Korea rejected the Japanese reform request sabrerattling. When the reform was right underway through the "Special Reform Council", Japan established nes government by force. This action set a great obstacle for self reform. Korea's then reality was not sufficiently reflected in the setting up a reform goals and in the selection of strategies. Reformers and other participant in reform did not recognized this reality well. "State Council" was established to accelerate the reform. This council passed 208 reform bills through 41 times of meeting. Reform of domestic politics was a little successful in the field of governmental instruments. But it was only a formal reform without connection to the public, and the evaluation or correction was not considered as a successive process. Chapter five is conclusion of this paper. It is cleared through this analysis that "GABO GYUNG-JANG" was made by Korean reformers under domestic and foreign pressure. But these actions set great obstacles for reform: insufficient understanding about the reform, ill-digested knowledge on western thoughts, the lack of political unity, and a formal reform without connection to the public and absolute relyig on the organizational and institutional approach.

Today, the research of soviet bureaucracy is more and more important problems in a viewpoint of comparative administration. Soviet Union is the first state to have succeeded its communist revolution and are now a model of all the communist states. Russia is impacting world politics, economy, peace and war, especially this super power state face its frontier toward the Korean peninsula. Russia is Composed of fifteen unions and used one hundred and fifty languages. The population is over two hundred million and has abundant natural resources. The purpose of this research is to analyze of soviet bureaucratic root and its developmental process. So, the contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. The purpose of Soviet bureaucratic research. 2. Fetal movement and formulation period. 3. Development period(revolution and war time). 4. Maturation period(fixing of modern bureaucracy). Soviet Union has developed paticular bureaucracy. It has no seperate of powers mechanism. Communist party is a unitary organs to rule and controll all the Soviet systems. Therefore, now party bureaucrat penetrating into the administrative mechanism and they controlling all administration.

蘇聯政治局의 實體에 관한 統計的 分析

Soviet Union is one of the two most powerful countries in the world. And the Soviet Politburo is the top political organ and it's decision making determines the line of development of the country. This paper deals with the entity, historical change and demographic trends of politburo. First of all, I studied the origins of that body and their revolutionary environment in 1917. Felix Dzerzhinsky proposed a bureau for the political leadership and they composed 7 members for that work. The next chapter contains conflict and struggle between leadership, the great purge, succession of power, their authority and new policy. I used historical approach to research Lenin, Stalin, Khrushchev, Brezhnev, Andropov and Chernenko. Then, I mentioned Gorbachev and his future as a time of turbulence. I used statistical and bibliographical data to analiyed 116 members from 1917 to 1985. In the last, 1 research social background and mentioned nowdays change of their position.
