This article points out the necessity of convergence art education due to the advent of the fourth industrial revolution era and the changes in the educational environment inside and outside, the problems of the current film acting education and the improvement strategy of film acting program as a convergence art education. It is clear that there is a certain limit to seeking the theory of convergence education with its necessity in the situation where the identity and direction of the domestic film acting is not adequately reflected in education. Nonetheless, the transition to the convergent film acting education is a demand of the industrial field and the learner, and it is an unavoidable trend in the educational reality. To accomplish this, it is necessary to clearly set educational goals and talents, and not to merely integrate between majors and departments, but to try real convergence. Project-oriented practice and learner-centered programs linked to industrial sites should be operated. Of course, human, material and financial support for the convergence art education of film acting should be based. Film acting is a way of cultivating talented people with creativity and personality, seeking communication between life and education, and is suitable for the direction of convergence education that is educational practice encompassing individuality and diversity of learners. This article does not address the learner's point of view about film acting education, but it is meaningful in that it seeks possibility of conversational integration from the perspective of convergence art education theory. This will be useful as a basis for future research and program development as a precondition for establishing film acting education of consilience and empathy. 이 글은 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래와 교육환경의 내외적 변화에 따른 융합예술교육의 필요성과 당면과제, 현행 영화연기교육의 문제점을 지적하고, 융합예술교육으로서의 영화연기 프로그램의 개선방안을 탐색하고자 하였다. 영화연기의 정체성 및 방향이 교육에 적절히 반영되고 있지 않은 상황에서, 그것의 필요성만 가지고 융합교육론을 모색하기에는 일정한 한계가 있는 것이 분명하다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 융복합 영화연기교육으로의 전환은 산업계와 학습자의 요구이며, 교육환경의 변화에 대응하기 위한 시도이다. 이를 위해 교육목표와 인재상을 명확하게 설정하고, 전공 또는 학과 간의 단순한 통합이 아닌 진정한 융합이 이뤄져야 하며, 산업계와 연계된 프로젝트 중심의 실무와 학습자 중심의 프로그램이 운영되어야 한다. 무엇보다, 영화연기의 융합예술교육을 위한 인적, 물적, 재정적 지원이 바탕이 되어야 한다. 영화연기는 삶과 교육 간의 소통을 모색하고, 창의성과 인성을 갖춘 인재 양성을 위한 방안이며, 학습자의 개별성과 다양성을 포괄하는 교육적 실천이라는 융합교육의 방향에 적합한 교과이다. 이 글은 영화연기교육에 관한 학습자의 관점을 다루지 않았지만, 융합예술교육론의 관점에서 대화적 통합의 가능성을 모색했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이는 통섭과 공감의 영화연기교육을 확립하기 위한 전제로 향후의 연구 및 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 유용할 것이다.

The purpose of this paper is to propose support systems and policies of the outside feature films. I suggested non-profit cinema not to aim a profit-making business and a commercial enterprise. Non-profit cinema isn't the contrary notion of feature film. It is defined to protect excluded and alienated films caused by commercialism. Non-profit cinema is a notion available in film history, for example, short, experimental, documentary, classic, and educational films. This notion is to adopted in the legislation. To legislate non-profit cinema, government has to consider the unconstitutional factors like property, validity, objectivity of support systems. It too has to reflect upon the relations with other laws supporting or regulating acts relevant to the subject of film.
음성의 묵음구간 검출을 통한 DTW의 성능개선에 관한 연구

Speaker recognition is the technology that confirms the identification of speaker by using the characteristic of speech. Such technique is classified into speaker identification and speaker verification; The first method discriminates the speaker from the preregistered group and recognize the word, the second verifies the speaker who claims the identification. This method that extracts the information of speaker from the speech and confirms the individual identification becomes one of the most efficient technology as the service via telephone network is popularized. Some problems, however, must be solved for the real application as follows; The first thing is concerning that the safe method is necessary to reject the imposter because the recognition is not performed for the only preregistered customer. The second thing is about the fact that the characteristic of speech is changed as time goes by, So this fact causes the severe degradation of recognition rate and the inconvenience of users as the number of times to utter the text increases. The last thing is relating to the fact that the common characteristic among speakers causes the wrong recognition result. The silence parts being included the center of speech cause that identification rate is decreased. In this paper, to make improvement, We proposed identification rate can be improved by removing silence part before processing identification algorithm. The methods detecting speech area are zero crossing rate, energy of signal detect end point and starting point of the speech and process DTW algorithm by using two methods in this paper. As a result, the proposed method is obtained about 3% of improved recognition rate compare with the conventional methods.
