        방사선 조사가 흰쥐의 Paneth 세포 변화에 대한 전자현미경적 연구

        This study observes the change of small intestine mucosa paneth cell by changing the amount of radiation to rat. It uses the rat(Wistar) of 250-300g as the experimental animal and irradiation equipment is Gammacell 3000Elan System. and the irradiation is conducted for 500Rad group for 34sec., 1000rad for 68sec., and 1500Rad for 102sec. once on the whole body of each group, eachgroup is anesthetized with ether after 24hours. its small intestine is extrated and then it is observed by transmission electronic microscopy. The experimental results are as follows : 1. 500 Rad Group The Slightly elongated form of mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum are observed in 500 Rad group. 2. 1000 Rad Group Golgi apparatus is appeared as the extended plasmodium, secretory granules exist only external membrane due to the self-fusion, the number of mitochondria that are changed as L-type are reduced, rough endoplasmic reticulum is distributed with the expanded form. 3. 1500 Rad Group The number of Golgi apparatus and granules is remarkably reduced, mitochondria is changed into C-type and free ribosomes can be observed instead of the reduction of rough endoplasmic reticulum.

        동면동물인 다람쥐를 활동기와 동면기로 나누어 소장 점막 상피세포인 원주세포와 점액세포의 미세구조 변화를 투과전자현미경을 이용하여 관찰하였다. 활동기의 원주세포에서는 많은수의 미토콘드리아와 과립형질내세망을 관찰할 수 있었다. 동면기의 원주세포에서는 많은수의 리보소옴을 관찰할 수 있었다. 활동기의 점액세포에서는 크고 많은수의 점액과립과 세포소기관으로 미토콘드리아와 과립형질내세망을 관찰할 수 있었으며 현저한 분비작용을 관찰할 수 있었다. 동면기의 점액세포에서는 수와 크기에서 감소된 점액과립과 활동기보다 증가된 리보소옴을 관찰할 수 있었으며 분비작용은 활동기에 비해 감소하였다. We investigated ultrastuctural change of small intestinal mucosal epithelial cell, columnar cell and mucous cell, of hibernating ground squirrel during activating and hibernating stages. In active columnar cells, many mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum were observed. In hibernating columnar cells, more free nhosome than rough endoplasmic reticulum were observed. In active mucous cells, large and many mucosal granules, mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum were observed. Mucosal granules have been secreted excellently. In hibernating mucous cells, small and little mucosal granules and many free ribosome were observed.

      • α-Adrenalin 作用遮斷劑가 Noradrenalin에 의한 Pitressin 抗利尿抑制作用에 미치는 影響

        The infusion of noradrenalin, the principal endogenous alpha-adrenergic agent, to man and animal have been shown to increase urine volume and free water clearance without altering glomerular filtration rate but occasionally apparent reduction of renal plasma flow. This effect was the most marked in subjects who started with a negative free water clearance, presumably resulting with elevated levels of antidiuretic hormone. The several reports have been showed that noradrenalin antagonizes action of antidiuretic hormone on the toad bladder in vitro, and The action of exogenous antidiuretic hormone given to water loading subjects also inhibits by noradrenalin in vivo. Many of the polypeptide hormones, including antidiuretic hormone, cause activation of adenyl cyclase as a step in their mechanism of action. This enzyme has been thought of as the beta-adrenergic receptor. Alpha-adrenergic drugs cause diuresis but beta-adrenergic drugs antidiuresis in the normally hydrated rat. To clarify the mechanism by which adrenergic drug alter water excretion and the action of antidiuretic hormone, water were infused with combinations of these drugs and its blocking agent into unanesthetized rabbit. On experiments 20 rabbits were infused with 2.5% dextrose solution until water diuresis was maintained and thereafter simultaneous administration of pitressin (20 micro U/㎏ per min), pitressin (20 micro U/㎏ per min) plus noradrenalin(0.5 micro g/㎏ per min) and then pitressin(20 micro U/㎏ per min) plus noradrenalin(0.5 micro g/㎏ per min) plus regitin(3.5 micro g/㎏ per min) were successfully performed. During experiments urine volume, inulin clearance, osmolar clearance, free water clearance and sodium excretion were measured for four consecutive specimens every twenty minutes intervals respectively. The results were as follows: (1) Water diuresis was inhibited by pitressin. (2) Pitressin induced antidiuresis was inhibited by noradrenalin. (3) Regitin, alpha-adrenergic blocking agent inhibited the effect of noradrenalin on pitressia induced antidiuresis. (4) Osmolar clearance, free water clearance, glomerular filtration rate and sodium excretion were not altered by pitressin, noradrenalin and regitin.

        Patient was 36 years old Korean male who was admitted to this hospital with complaints of severe right upper abdominal pain, high fever, general weakness and generalized jaundice. On physical examination revealed a soft, mild tendered palpable liver and spleen. Positive laboratory finding in cluded moderate increased serum bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase and elevated S. G. O. T., S. G. P. T. Widal reaction was positive during the onset of acute cholecystitis and salmonella typhosa was isolated in stool culture during the illness. I. V. Cholangiogram was revealed non-visualized in common bile duct. The diagnosis was confirmed by clinical features, biochemical studies, bacteriological study and therapeutic effect for antibiotics.
