        소아 변비의 한약 치료에 대한 최신 임상연구 동향 - 중국 RCT 연구를 중심으로 -

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of recent clinical studies on the effect of herbal medicine for pediatric constipation in China, and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of herbal medication treatment for pediatric constipation. Methods The authors searched the clinical studies using China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) published from January 2016 to June 2020. We analyzed the literature in regards to focusing on the treatment methods and results. Results A total of 29 randomized controlled trials were selected and analyzed. In all the those studies, the total effective rate of herbal medicine treatment group in pediatric constipation was significantly higher than those of the control group. The most commonly used herbs for pediatric constipation were Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba (白朮) followed by Aurantii Immaturus Fructus (枳實), Glycyrrhizae Radix (甘草), Semen Cannabis (火麻仁), Raphani Semen (萊菔子). The recurrence rate of the herbal medicine treatment group was significantly lower than those of control group. In most studies, the adverse events from the herbal medicine treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group. Conclusions Based on the results of the analyzed clinical studies, herbal medicine treatment has been shown to be safe and effective in the treatment of pediatric constipation. Additional clinical studies are needed to solidify these findings.

        비선형 시스템의 선형화 문제는 좌표변환만에 의한 것과 좌표변환과 상태 궤환에 의한 것 등 크게 두 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 다 입력 이산 비선형 시스템에 대하여 이 두 가지 문제에 대한 필요충분 조건을 얻는다. 또한, 선형화하는 좌표변환과 궤환을 구하는 방법을 증명과정에서 제시한다. In order to linearize the nonlinear systems, two different methods(i.e. state coordinate change and feedback) are usually used. In this paper, we consider the multi-input discrete-time nonlinear systems and obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for both the linearization problem by state-coordinate change and the feedback linearization problem. The way of finding state coordinate change and state feedback which linearize the given system is also given in the proof.

        열적용량과 전압안정도를 고려한 ATC 계산 방법에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 가용송전용량(ATC)를 계산하기 위한 두 가지 빠른 계산 기법을 제안한다. 이 방법들은 선로의 열적용량한계(Thermal ATC)와 전압 안정도한계(Voltage ATC)를 제약조건으로 ATC를 계산한다. 먼저 선로의 열적용량을 고려한 방법에서는 모선의 전력 변화에 대한 선로의 조류 감도인 PTDF와 n-1 상정사고를 고려한 LODF를 이용하였으며, 전압안정도를 고려한 방법에서는 2모선 등가 시스템을 이용하여 최대 전력을 구하는 방법을 이용하였다. 제안된 방법은 IEEE 30모선 계통에 적용하였으며 그 결과를 다른 방법과 비교하여 제안된 방법의 타당성을 입증하였다. This paper proposes two fast calculation methods of ATC. These two methods evaluate ATC with thermal constraints(Thermal ATC) and ATC with voltage stability constraints(Voltage ATC) respectively. The ATC with thermal constraints was based on the linear incremental power flow to account for the line flow thermal loading effects when the n-1 security constraints were included. The ATC with voltage stability constraints used two-bus equivalents of the system to find the maximum load at a load bus before reaching the voltage stability problem. The methods were tested on the IEEE 30bus systems and the results obtained were compared with those found by some other methods.

        In real time packetized voice application, missing packets are major source of voice quality degradation. Thus packet loss concealment (PLC) algorithms are needed to guarantee QoS of VoIP. In this paper, we describe packet loss concealment scheme utilizing the next good frame which follows loss packets. When this scheme is combined with other PLC algorithms, such as G.711 pitch waveform replication recommended by ITU-T LP based PLC algorithm, additional voice quality improvement is obtained for consecutive packet loss larger than 60 msec.

      • 국내 감자바이러스 Y (PVY) 저항성 육성 계통에서 분리한 PVY Mutant의 특성

        A mutant of Potato vims Y (PVY) was occurred in PVY resistance flue-cured tobacco breeding line KF0402 $(TC1146{\times}KF117)$ showing vein necrosis at Suwon in Korea. This isolate, PVY-SWM, was differentiated from other PVY based on biological properties and nucleotide sequence analyses of coat protein gene. PVY-SWM caused typical symptoms on 21 indicator plants as compared to the PVY-TOJC37. Remarkably, the PVY-SWM induced distinctly different symptom of systemic vein necrosis on tobacco cultivars V.SCR, PBD6, TN86, TN90, Virgin A Mutant (VAM), Wislica, NC744, KB108 and KB111, which were reported to have the recessive potyvirus resistance gene va. In RT-PCR assays with specific primers for detection of PVY, a single band of about 800bp in length was produced. The amplified DNA was cloned and the nucleotide sequence was determined. The coat protein gene of PVY-SWM showed 88.4%-99.0% and 92.5%-98.5% identities to the 12 different PVY isolates of Genbank Database at the nucleotide and amino acidi respectively. Multiple alignments as well as cluster dendrograms of PVY-SWM isolate revealed close phylogenetic relationship to the $PVY^{NTN}$ subgroup.

        지적장애의 침 치료에 대한 최신 임상연구 동향 - 중국 무작위 배정 임상연구를 중심으로 -

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of recent randomized controlled trials (RCTs) which used acupuncture for the treatment of intellectual disability in China, and to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment. Methods The RCTs published from January 2017 to July 2021 were searched using China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). Then, those were analyzed by acupuncture treatment methods used and their results. Results A total of 18 randomized controlled trials were selected and analyzed. Most studies showed significantly higher Intelligence Quotient, Development Quotient, and a total effective rate in an acupuncture treatment group than those of the control group. The most used acupoints were EX-HN1 followed by Niesanzhen, Naosanzhen, Zhisanzhen, Shouzhizhen, GV20. Conclusions Based on the results of the analyzed randomized controlled trials, an acupuncture treatment has shown to be effective in the treatment of intellectual disability. However, additional well designed clinical trials are needed to solidify these findings.

        디지털 치료기술 산업 육성에 따른 투자와 경제적 파급효과

        The digital treatment technology industry is one of the core fostering industries of the Moon Jae-in government along with the global trend. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the investment and economic ripple effect on the related industries. To this end, we used the industry-related table, which is the actual measurement data for 2015 that the Bank of Korea actually measured and released every 5 years in 2019. The digital treatment technology industry was not clearly classified within Korea’s industrial classification system, so the contents of the industry-related survey were analyzed, and the digital treatment technology industry was reclassified and then analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the production induction effect of the digital treatment technology-related industry in 2015 was 1.770, the value-added induction effect was 0.875, and the employment induction effect was 19.128, which was higher than that of other industries in Korea. As a result of the analysis of the economic ripple effect (scenario 1), the production inducing effect was about 370 billion won, the added value inducing effect was about 185 billion won, and the employment inducing effect was 4,044 people. The results of this study are expected to play a large role in economic revitalization as the effect of inducing production, increasing employment, and creating added value through fostering the digital treatment technology industry is expected to play a large role in activating the economy. It is expected to play a large role in providing central medical services. Therefore, it is expected that policy support for revitalizing the digital treatment technology industry through active investment support and tax benefits from the government to foster the digital treatment technology industry is necessary.

        무선 센서네트워크에서 동적 예비 클러스터 헤드를 이용한 효율적인 토폴로지 관리 방안에 관한 연구

        무선 애드 혹/센서 네트워크에서 제안된 일반적인 클러스터링 기반의 계층적 토폴로지 관리 기법들은 빈번한 토폴로지 변화에 따라 자주 클러스터링을 재구성하게 되고 네트워크 관리에 필요한 오버헤드가 증가하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 재클러스터링 문제와 부하 분산을 위하여 동적 예비 클러스터 헤드 기법을 사용하는 멀티 흡클러스터링 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 이동성과 전원 레벨로 구성된 가중치 맵을 사용하여 예비 클러스터 헤드를 선출하고 멀티 홉 클러스터를 구성한다. 클러스터 헤드는 이러한 가중치 맵과 임계값을 사용하여 헤드의 역할을 예비 클러스터 헤드에게 넘겨주게 된다. 실험결과, 제안하는 알고리즘이 네트워크의 오버헤드를 줄이고 부하 분산을 제공하며, 토폴로지 변화에 무관하게 적절한 클러스터와 멤버를 관리할 수 있음을 확인하였다. As the topology frequently varies, more cluster reconstructing is needed and also management overheads increase in the wireless ad hoc/sensor networks. In this paper, we propose a multi-hop clustering algorithm for wireless sensor network topology management using dynamic pre-clusterhead scheme to solve cluster reconstruction and load balancing problems. The proposed scheme uses weight map that is composed with power level and mobility, to choose pre-clusterhead and construct multi-hop cluster. A clusterhead has a weight map and threshold to hand over functions of clusterhead to pre-clusterhead. As a result of simulation, our algorithm can reduce overheads and provide more load balancing well. Moreover, our scheme can maintain the proper number of clusters and cluster members regardless of topology changes.
