In the study, corrosion characteristics of AZ31 magnesium alloy under various environments exposed during machining(immersion in cutting oil, 5 % cutting oil aqueous solution and distilled water & contact with dissimilar metals, SPC4 and A5052-H32) were investigated. A corrosion test was performed AZ31 magnesium alloy was immersed in each electrolyte solution after contacting with each dissimilar metals, and the results were observed by an electron microscope. In immersion tests, corrosion of AZ31 magnesium alloy showed to be in the sequence of distilled water> 5 % cutting oil aqueous solution> cutting oil> air, and in the test of contact with dissimilar metals, corrosion showed to be in the sequence of SPC4> A5052-H32> AZ31. It can be concluded that to prevent corrosion during machining, AZ31 magnesium alloy must prevent contacting water and use magnesium alloy for raw material of Jig & Fixture.
유한요소해석법을 이용한 2 inch 사파이어 vertical Bridgman 결정성장 공정 열응력 해석

사파이어 단결정은 GaN계 화합물 증착이 용이하여 고휘도 LED(Light Emitting Diode), 고출력 레이저 산업 등에서 크게 각광받고 있다. 다양한 사파이어 단결정 제조공법 중 vertical Bridgman 공법은 고품질의 사파이어를 c-축 방향으로 성장시킬 수 있는 공법이며 상업적으로 적용이 검토되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2인치 사파이어 성장 vertical Bridgman 공정에서 성장시 온도구배에 의해 발생하는 열응력을 유한요소 모델을 통해 분석하였다. 이를 통해 성장시 수직, 수평방향으로의 온도구배가 사파이어 결정의 열응력과 결함발생에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. Sapphire single crystals have been highlighted for epitaxial of gallium nitride films in high-power laser and light emitting diode industries. Among the many crystal growth methods, vertical Bridgman process is an excellent commercial method for growing high quality sapphire crystals with c-axis. In this study, the thermally induced stress in Sapphire during the vertical Bridgman crystal growth process was investigated using a finite element model. A vertical Bridgman process of 2-inch Sapphire was considered for the model. The effects of vertical and transverse temperature gradients on the thermal stress during the process were discussed based on the finite element analysis results.
뇌경색 후 수부 미세운동 장애에 팔사혈(八邪穴)(EX-UE9) 전침을 적용한 호전 증례보고

Objective: The purpose of this case report is to evaluate the effect of electroacupuncture on Pal-sa (EX-UE9) for unilateral motor disturbance of the hand after cerebral infarction. Methods: One patient with unilateral motor disturbance of the hand following cerebral infarction (right basal ganglion and corona radiata) was treated with acupuncture, herbal medication, and electroacupuncture on Pal-sa (EX-UE9) once daily from June 30, 2016 to July 4, 2016. We evaluated improvement using the Box and Block Test (BTT) and 10-seconds Test, including the Finger Individual Movement Test (FIMT), the Hand Pronation and Supination Test (HPST), and the Finger Tapping Test (FTT). Results: After five days of treatment, increase of FIMT and FTT scores was observed after electroacupuncture on Pal-sa (EX-UE9). However, no increase was observed in BBT or HPST scores. Conclusions: This study suggests that electroacupuncture on Pal-sa (EX-UE9) can help treat motor disturbance of the hand after cerebral infarction.

이동 통신 서비스가 확대됨에 따라 인접 기지국 간의 간섭 문제가 증가하게 되었으며, 이에 따라 이동통신 시스템의 수동 상호변조왜곡(PIMD: Passive Inter-Modulation Distortion)에 대한 문제가 크게 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 수동형 안테나구조에서 증폭기 등의 핵심 능동부가 기지국안테나의 방사소자에 직접 연결되는 안테나 일체형 능동안테나에 대한 새로운 PIMD 특성시험 방안을 제안하고 이에 대한 시험결과를 제시한다. 제안된 시험결과 통하여, 능동형 기지국안테나는 기존의 수동형 구조에 비하여 약 8.4dB의 PIMD 개선효과를 가지며, 제안된 PIMD 시험방식은 기지국안테나가 실제 기지국에서 운용되는 환경에 근접하게 시행됨으로써 보다 정확한 시험결과를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. As the mobile services have been increased, the interference of the neighboring base stations is increased and the PIMD(Passive Inter-Modulation Distortion) has been a main issue for the design of base station antenna systems. In this paper, it is proposed the PIMD test method for the active basestation antenna whose radiators are directly connected with main active parts including amplifiers, and we presents its test results using a developed active basestation antenna. From the results, the active basestation antenna has the better PIMD performance than conventional passive structure by 8.4dB. The proposed PIMD test method can be used to get the accurate PIMD test result because the test environment is very similar with real basestation.

■ Objectives The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the effect of Low-frequency Electroacupuncture on a patient with spasticity due to cerebral infarction. ■ Methods A patient with spasticity with cerebral infarction was treated with herbal medication, acupuncture, electroacupuncture. Then we evaluated the improvement by modified Ashworth scale(MAS). ■ Results Decrease of MAS was observed after low-frequency electroacupuncture for 3 weeks. ■ Conclusion This study proved the effect of Low-frequency electroacupuncture on spasticity due to cerebral infarction.
