몇가지 약물의 흰쥐의 알콜성 위점막 (胃粘膜) 손상에 (損傷) 대한 보호작용

For the study of the alcohol induced gastric mucosal changes and the protective effects by some drugs to mucosal injury, given 50 and 80% alcohol p.o to the male rats, average 200 gm in weight and also cimetidine intraperitoneally and sucralfate p.o. in each groups 30 minutes before alcohol intake. 7 hours later above examination, the rats were sacrificed and the macroscopic, light microscopic and electron microscopic findings of the gastric mucosa were observed. The results of study were as followed. In rats receiving pretreatment with sucralfate, the erosion index and depth of erosion were significanlty reduced compared with no pretreatment group. In cimetidine pretreatment group, the erosion index and detpth of erosion were insignificantly reduced than not-treated group. The gastric mucosal changes were sufficiently notable in 50% alcohol ingested group although the degree were less remarkable than 80% alcohol ingested group. These findings suggest that 50% alcohol ingestion is sufficient for the studies of the alcohol induced gastric mucosal lesion and sucralfate have much protective effects to alcohol induced gastric mucosal lesions in rats.

By reverse passive hemagglutination method, the authors examined HBsAg in the serum of medical professors, nurses and non-medical professors regarded as control group E orphans and also HBsAb in the serum of non-medical professors E. nurses. And the authors compared past history between HBsAg positive group and HBsAg negative group. HBsAg positive rate was 8. 2% in medical professors, 5. 3% in non-medical professors, 7.4 % in nurses, 28.6% in orphans. HBsAb positive rate was 13po in nurses and 10% in non- medical professors. In past history, the incidence rate of jaundice, operation and admission history in HBsAg positive group was more frequent than that of HBsAg negative group, but no remarkable difference in transfusion history.
