교사 관찰ㆍ추천에 의한 영재교육 대상자 선발에 대한 초중등 교원들의 인식

본 연구는 영재교육 대상자 선발을 위한 교사 관찰ㆍ추천제의 가능성과 한계에 대한 부산지역 초ㆍ중등 교원들의 인식을 조사ㆍ분석한 것으로 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초ㆍ중등 교원들은 교사 관찰ㆍ추천에 의한 영재교육 대상자 선발 방식의 가능성을 인정하면서도 한계에 대해 우려하는 양가적 입장을 취하고 있다. 교사 관찰ㆍ추천제를 통해 '영재 선발 신뢰 회복'이 가장 가능할 것이라고 인식하고 있으며, '관찰ㆍ추천제 시행시 운영상의 문제'가 가장 한계가 많다고 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 영재교육기관 관리자들은 교사들보다 교사 관찰ㆍ추천제의 가능성은 높게 평가하고 한계는 낮게 평가하는 경향이 있었다. 셋째, 교원들은 적절한 영재교육 대상자 비율을 3% 이내로 생각하고 있었고, 이 비율에 대한 의견에 따라 교사 관찰ㆍ추천제의 가능성에 대해 인식 차이가 있으며, 중등교원에서 이러한 경향이 두드러지게 나타났다. 넷째, 영재교육기관 유형별 지도 경험에 따라 교사 관찰ㆍ추천제의 가능성에 대해 인식 차이가 나타났다. 교직경력, 영재교육 직무연수 이수시간 및 영재 지도 경력은 가능성과 한계에 대해 유의한 상관을 보여주고 있었다. 다섯째, 교사 관찰ㆍ추천에 의한 영재교육대상자 선발 방식에 대해 56.1%는 수정ㆍ보완하면서 계속 시행해야 한다고 생각하고 있으며, 전면 시행에 대한 의견에 따라 가능성과 한계에 대해 집단 간 인식 차이가 있었다. 이상의 결과들은 교사 관찰ㆍ추천에 의한 영재교육 대상자 선발 방식을 영재교육 현장에 적용하는데 있어 고려해야 할 사항에 대해 중요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to examine and analyze primary and secondary school teachers' perceptions of possibilities as well as limitations regarding teachers' observation and nomination for the gifted. The main results are as follows. First, primary and secondary school teachers have ambivalent opinions with regard to their observation and nomination for the gifted. They believe that 'restoring confidence in identification of the gifted' is the highest possibility, and that 'the operational problem in implementing the observation and nomination systems' is the highest limitation. Second, administrators in gifted education institutes estimate the possibilities more highly, but the limitation of teachers' observation and nomination more less for the gifted compared to teachers. Third, most teachers think that the appropriate ratio of the gifted is less than 3%. According to the opinions on this ratio, there are differences in the perceptions regarding the possibilities and the different patterns between primary and secondary school teachers. This result appears prominently in secondary school teachers. Fourth, there are differences of perception in the possibilities according to the teaching experiences in various types of gifted education institutes. Further, there are significant correlations between the possibilities or limitations and teaching careers, and the training hours related to gifted education or careers in gifted education. Fifth, 56.1% of teachers believe that the system of teachers' observation and nomination for the gifted should be continuously implemented through revisions in the entire realm of gifted education institutes. According to the opinions on the overall implementation of this system, there are significant differences in the perceptions of possibilities and limitations. Hence, these results will provide important implications for considerations that can be applied to the selection systems for teachers' observation and nomination for the gifted in the field of gifted education.

This paper presents a renewable energy configuration plan of Micro grid in Gapa Island. To analyze the characteristics of Micro grid, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), PMSG (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator) and SCIG (Squirrel Cage Induction Generator) are first modelled. The PMSG and SCIG will operate with basis on the real power curve. when the total power demand is larger than the total power generation, the BESS will be operated and the SOC (State Of Charge) is reduced. If the value of SOC could drop down to limited value, the system may be broken because of the voltage drop of BESS. To solve this problem, a DG (Diesel Generator) is used to charge the BESS and keep the voltage value of BESS with in a allowance limit. This paperre presents simulation result when PMSG, SCIG connected to the Micro grid installed in Gapa Island. The simulation is carry out by using PSCAD/EMTDC program with actual line constant and transformer parameter in Gapa Island.

This paper presents the modeling and contingency analysis of Jeju power system. For the analysis of contingency with simulation, thermal power plants, current source type HVDC systems, wind farms, STATCOMs and Jeju power load are modeled by PSCAD/EMTDC program. And three kinds of simulation are carried out. Firstly, two STATCOMSs are in normal operation. Secondly, one STATCOM is in fault. Lastly, all of STATCOMs are in fault. These comparative studies will be useful for evaluating the effectiveness of STATCOM to stabilize for the Jeju power system.

Uncertainty of final measurement results considering main uncertainty sources being in nicotine of mainstream smoke was estimated. This study was accomplished by using the ISO 'The Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement'. Using the two point re-calibration method, uncertainty for nicotine concentration was calculated considering the uncertainty sources of each step. The concentration and uncertainty of nicotine in mainstream smoke was estimated as $153.95{\pm}17.84\;{\mu}g/mL\;(0.77\pm0.089 mg/cig)$. The expanded uncertainty was $17.84 {\mu}g/mL(\pm0.089 mg/cig).$ The reported expanded uncertainty of the measurement is stated as the standard uncertainty of measurement multiplied by a coverage factor of 2, which for a normal distribution corresponds to a coverage probability of approximately $95\%$ The former expression indicates the conversion concentration into the sample.

This study was carried out to improve and evaluate the analytical method for determination of potassium in tobacco leaf by various pre-treatment techniques. The time requirment of various pre-treatments was about 10 hour for dry ashing and 6 hour for microwave digestion and 3 hour for sonication. The results of recover in both pre-treatment techniques, microwave digestion and sonication, is greater than 85 % stably with reproducibility(RSD %) on replicates of less than 3 %. However the mean values for microwave digestion were lower than certified standard value of NlST SRM. Compared to the other pre-treatment techniques, analytical results for sonication technique strictly improved the accuracy and precision. In conclusion, the use of the simple sonication technique seems to be efficient for the determination of potassium in tobacco leaf in consideration for both the accuracy and reproducibility.

This paper presents a solution by introducing energy storage system(ESS) to solve an annual blackout due to a typhoon or electrical failure in Udo Island. This island is now receiving electrical power through undersea cables from the Jeju Island. During blackout period, ESS will supply the electricity. And it is necessary to estimate the ESS capacity and control the transient state for the operation of stable power system. For the verification of proposed method, ESS capacities have been estimated according to base load and the minimum capacity of only home appliance in Udo Island. Also, in case of restoring from the fault, the algorithm for synchronization is proposed. Finally, the simulation results by using the PSCAD/EMTDC program will show the feasibility.
담배 연기 중 휘발성 유기물질 분석에 대한 측정 불확도 산출

A measurement uncertainty for analysis of volatile organic compound (benzene) in cigarette mainstream smoke was carried out. In this study one point re-calibration method was used to estimate uncertainty for benzene. The measurement uncertainty was calculated based on the uncertainty sources of each analysis step, quality appraisal sources, drift and repeatability. As a result, the concentration and expanded uncertainty of benzene in cigarette mainstream smoke were measured as $38.08{\pm}4.36{\mu}g/cig$. Relative uncertainty of drift and repeatability obtained were 5% and 3%, respectively.
