        The author evaluated the effectiveness of Ficoll-Paque® in preparation of platelet-rich plasma in animal model. Obtaining the higher concentration of platelet is essential for evaluation of the effect of the PRP (platelet-rich plasma) in bone formation. the author could made the platelet concentration 278% higher than it of the whole blood Using Ficoll-Paque® the author in rabbits. It is considered that Ficoll-Paque® gave the high yield of platelet concentration and reproducibility

      • 토마스 모어 小考 : 瞑想生活과 參與生活을 중심으로 vita contemplativa vs. vita activa

        The goals of this thesis are to investigate Thomas More's thought in terms of vita contemplativa and vita activa as appearing in his life and Utopia. As it is well known, Utopia was born to controversy, for it has confronted its interpreters with the very perplexing conversational between More and Rephael Hythlodaye in Utopia. Thus, different interpreters hold opposite with regard to More's attitude to the question whether the wise man, the philosopher who is engaged in the search for truth, may actively participate in the political life of his country. My conclusions in this article are as follows. First, the conflict between the major figures in the first part of Utopia, “A dialogue of Counsel", Hythlodaye and persona More, are an expression of More's own mind. In order words both figures personify More's beliefs with Hythlodaye symbolizing More's ideal and persona More representing More's realistic attitude. In fact the turmoil that does brings about these two ideas is not limited only to Thomas More. Not only does it rejlect the thought of sixteenth century England, a period of great change, but also that of intellectuals of every age whose fate is to suffer from the same inner turmoils. Second, his Weltanshaung was neither a new and essentially modern, nor a throughly medieval. He suffered from a continual tension by travelling from the medieval mind who believed in a true life of the salvation to the mind of the Renaissance whose deepest interest centered on this world of human experience. More was sensitively conscious of his own mental conflicts. The most terrible of his inward conflicts was that of a man caught between the spiritual vision of the Heavenly City and the concrete attraction of the Esrthly City. Accordingly he was engaged in a life-long struggle to reconcile the opposing ideals, both moral and intellectual, and minimize this cleavage between his theory and life. This is and attitude taken by many humanists and shows an excellent instance of the new and the old in the Renaissance. In conclusion, Thomas More's Utopia reflects not only his though but also the ethos of his age which experienced the transition from the medieval to the modern period. For exemple it considers the major issues of the sixteenth century including the choice between vita contemplativa and vita activa, extrems between rich and poor, social welfare, war and preace. Thomas More through these issues presented new values and ideals for that society to pursue. In this way More's thought compared to other humaists of his age was much more significatnt for more than just looking at contemporary society he was concerned with constructing a new future. And in this his thought reflects on a Christian humanism that appeared in England at this time.

        대기업 사무직 근로자의 프로테우스적 경력 태도와 개인 및 조직 특성의 위계적 관계

        The purpose of this study lies in determining the protean career attitudes of clerical employees at large corporations in South Korea and the hierarchical relationship between individual characteristics and organizational characteristics. As for the instrument of investigation, surveys consisting of employees’ protean career attitudes, individual characteristics(demographic characteristics, occupational characteristics, ego-identity, adaptability), and organizational characteristics(organizational structure, fairness in personnel management, organizations’ perception of support, continuous learning culture) were used. 660 surveys were distributed to 33 large private corporations. From among these, surveys completed by 463 staff members from 31 large private corporations were used in the final analysis. As for data analysis, HLM 6.0 for Windows program were used to conduct the hierarchical linear model(HLM). The results of the present study were as follow. First, as for differences in protean career attitudes found among clerical employees at large private corporations, individual characteristic variables must be taken into consideration at first. However, because there were significant differences on the organizational level, differences in protean career attitudes must be explained also in terms of organizational characteristic variables. Second, from among individual characteristic variables, sex, educational background, position, voluntary department transfers, ego-identity, learning adaptability, and interpersonal adaptability had a significant effect on employees’ protean career attitudes. Third, from among organizational characteristic variables, organizational structure had a significant effect on employees’ protean career attitudes. Based on the results of this study we propose recommendations for follow-up research. 이 연구는 우리나라 대기업 사무직 근로자의 프로테우스적 경력 태도와 개인 및 조직 특성의 위계적 관계를 구명하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 연구 대상은 31개 대기업 사무직 근로자 463명이며, 측정도구는 프로테우스적 경력 태도, 개인 특성(인구통계학적 특성, 직업적 특성, 자아정체감, 적응성), 조직 특성(조직구조, 인사관리 공정성, 조직지원인식, 지속적 학습 문화)으로 구성된 질문지를 사용하였다. 분석 방법은 HLM 6.0 for Windows 프로그램을 이용하여 위계적 선형모형 분석(HLM)을 실시하였다. 이를 통한 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대기업 사무직 근로자에게서 나타나는 프로테우스적 경력 태도의 차이는 일차적으로 개인 특성 변인을 고려할 필요가 있지만, 조직수준에서의 유의미한 차이가 발생함에 따라 조직 특성 변인을 통해서도 프로테우스적 경력 태도의 차이가 설명될 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인 특성 변인 중 성별, 학력, 직위, 자의적 부서 이동, 자아정체감, 학습적응성, 대인관계 적응성이 프로테우스적 경력 태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직 특성 변인 중 분권화된 조직구조가 프로테우스적 경력 태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 토대로 후속연구 및 프로테우스적 경력 태도 증진을 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

        이여도 : 理想과 絶望의 世界 Utopia and Dystopia

        The aim of this article is to investigate the nature, characteristic, and significance of Iu island which Cheju people have dreamed of; especially I try to consider the question of how and why particular concept of the utopia arises. ?? island is distinguished by two characteristics. First, it means ideal society which they believe they can achieve complete happiness and fulfilment. According to their folk songs, ?? island is defined simply not as idealistic wish-image but as realistic wish-image which is linked by scarcity and desire. Second, it means a havenly existance beyond death, so their utopianism is not constructing alternative possibility. In fact the contrast that brings about these two characteristics is the nature and significance of ?? island that is not mere fantasy. Without their vision of the future, the fear of reality will find expression in pessimistic despair and a deep sense of hopelessness. In this way ?? island compared to the fantasy or day dream reflects not only the existing society but also the ethos of a particular age.

        여대생의 자아정체감과 진로결정수준 간의 관계에서 진로정체감과 다중역할계획태도의 매개효과

        The present study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of career identity and attitudes toward multiple role planning on relation between ego-identity and career decision level for female college students. Survey data were collected from 380 female undergraduates. To examine the mediating effect of each variables, hierarchical regression analysis was employed according to the procedure suggested by Baron and Kenny(1986). The results of data analysis were summarized as follow: First, the result showed that career identity partially mediated the relation between ego-identity and career decision level. Second, the result also showed that the knowledge/certainty of the attitudes toward multiple role planning had a partial mediating effect on the relation between ego-identity and career decision level. Finally, on the basis of the results of the present study, implications in practice and future research on career counseling for female college students are addressed. 본 연구에서는 여대생의 자아정체감과 진로결정수준 간의 관계를 보다 정확하게 이해하기 위하여, 이들 변인들의 관계를 매개하는 진로정체감과 다중역할계획태도의 영향력을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 서울 및 경기도 소재 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 여대생 총 380명을 대상으로 자아정체감 척도, 진로정체감 척도, 다중역할 계획에 대한 태도 척도, 진로결정수준 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이 중 다수의 문항을 빠뜨리고 응답하거나 인구통계학적 응답을 생략한 설문 및 무작위로 응답한 것으로 보이는 설문을 제외한 365부를 분석에 사용하였다. 각 변인의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해, Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제시한 절차에 따라 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 자아정체감과 진로결정수준의 관계에서 진로정체감의 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 자아정체감과 진로결정수준의 관계에서 다중역할 계획에 대한 태도 중 지식/확신성 차원의 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 끝으로 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 주요 시사점 및 후속연구를 위한 제안점을 논의하였다.
