        청소년 학부모의 식생활 영역을 활용한 융합역량과 교육 신념*

        이 연구는 청소년 학부모의 식생활 영역을 활용한 융합(CUDA) 역량과 CUDA 교육을 위한 신념을알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 서울·경기와 경상도 지역의 9개 중·고등학교에서 2022년 12월부터 2023 년 1월까지 259명의 학부모를 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사로 실시되었다. 가정에서 식생활이나 융합교육을 하는 정도에 비해서 CUDA 교육은 적게 실시되고 있었으나 CUDA 교육이 자녀의 융합역량 교육에 효과적이라고 인식하는 비율은 높았다. CUDA 역량 평균점수는 3.17±0.62/5점, CUDA 교육 인식2.85±0.65점, CUDA 교육 장애 인식 2.87±0.64점, CUDA 교육 효능감 인식 3.08±0.54점이었다. 가정에서 식생활 및 융합 교육을 많이 하는 학부모의 CUDA 태도와 지식, CUDA 실천, CUDA 필요성, CUDA 실행, CUDA 교육을 위한 잠재역량 자신감과 현재역량 자신감 요인의 평균점수가 교육을 적게하는 학부모보다 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). CUDA 교육의 필요성과 CUDA 교육 실행 요인은 융합교육 장애 요인과의 관계를 제외하고 모든 관계에서 유의적 상관관계를 나타내었다(p<0.05). 학부모의식생활 교육 장애와 CUDA 장애 요인은 CUDA 태도와 지식, CUDA 실천, CUDA 교육 필요성과 CUDA 교육 실행, CUDA 교육 잠재역량 자신감, CUDA 교육 현재역량 자신감 요인과 유의적인 음의 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.05). 융합 교육 장애 요인은 CUDA 태도와 지식, CUDA 실천, CUDA 교육 잠재역량 자신감, CUDA 교육 현재역량 자신감 요인과 유의적인 음의 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.05). 따라서 청소년학부모를 대상으로 융합 교육의 수월성과 효과성을 높일 수 있는 CUDA 활동에 대한 인식을 높이고, CUDA 교육 장애 요인을 해결할 수 있는 교육자료 개발 및 적극적인 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study was conducted to investigate the capability and education beliefs of adolescent parents on convergence utilizing the dietary area (CUDA). Data were collected from 259 adolescent parents at 9 middle and high schools in Seoul, Gyeonggi regions, and Gyeongsang provinces using a selfadministered 5-Likert questionnaire from December 2022 to January 2023. Although the level of CUDA education was low compared to the level of diet and convergence education at home, the proportion of adolescent parents who recognized CUDA education as effective in their children's convergence education was high. The average score for each factor were: CUDA competency (3.17±0.62/5.00), CUDA education perception (2.85±0.65), CUDA education disability (2.87±0.64), and CUDA education efficacy (3.08±0.54). Parents who did a lot of dietary and convergence education at home had significantly higher average scores for the factors of CUDA attitude and knowledge, CUDA practice, CUDA education necessity, CUDA training run, CUDA education potential confidence, and CUDA education current capability confidence than parents who did less education (p<0.05). All of the detailed factors of parents' perception of CUDA education, CUDA competency, and CUDA education efficacy had a significant negative correlation with the detailed factors of CUDA educational obstacles (p<0.05). CUDA education for parents can increase the ease and efficiency of children's convergence competency development. Therefore, parents education should be provided to increase awareness of CUDA activities and cultivate CUDA educational capabilities. Additionally, CUDA educational materials should be actively developed.

        청소년의 건강 체중관리를 위한 융합 인식 및 식행동과 창의·융합역량과의 관련성

        Purpose: Obesity can lead to several chronic diseases. With a continuous increase in the obesity rates, sustainable healthy weight management among growing adolescents has become essential. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between obesityrelated factors and creative convergence ability. This could form the basis for convergence education for the sustainable healthy weight management of adolescents. Methods: Data were collected from 430 adolescents in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeonggi regions using a self-administered 5-Likert questionnaire from November to December 2020. Results: The average score of the male students was higher than that of the female students in terms of healthy weight management convergence awareness, creativity, convergence thinking ability, self-efficacy, exercise, and dietary diversity. On the other hand, the dietary restraint score and the number of weight loss attempts were higher in the female students. Dietary restraint, disinhibition scores and weight loss attempts were higher in obese adolescents compared to underweight adolescents. It was found that dietary restraint, convergence thinking ability, problem-solving ability, exercise, and dietary diversity factors had a positive effect on healthy weight management convergence awareness. Healthy weight management convergence awareness, exercise, meal amount management, junk food management, weight loss belief, and weight loss trial experience had a positive effect on dietary restraint. Convergence thinking ability, weight loss experience, and obesity factors had a positive effect on dietary disinhibition. Conclusion: The sustainable healthy weight management education of adolescents is based on weight management knowledge and awareness of convergence, and must include gender differences. Thus, the problem-solving ability for healthy weight management can be creatively cultivated to enhance self-efficacy.

Mental illness for families of persons with disabilities with a positive attitude with a positive therapeutic attitude that meets the needs of patients and families, as well as to relieve stress, thereby ultimately the patient's treatment will be helpful resources. The nature of this precinct family standing mental disabilities and mental disabilities to learn about the impact of the family, mental disability of a family dealing with a positive attitude to change the destination for the family to consider about the approach to educational psychology. In detail, include mental health education, training communication skills, problem-solving skills training, supportive family counseling programs presented. 재발율이 높고, 장기간 동안 보호와 치료가 필요한 정신장애인에게 가족은 매우 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 정신장애인의 가족이 질환에 대한 긍정적인 태도와 적극적인 치료적 태도를 갖는 것은 환자뿐 아니라 가족의 욕구 충족과 스트레스를 경감시켜 주므로 궁극적으로 환자의 치료에 도움이 되는 자원이 될 것이다. 이에 본 서에서는 정신장애인 가족의 특성과 정신장애가 가족에게 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고, 정신장애인을 대하는 가족들의 긍정적인 태도 변화를 위해 가족을 대상으로 하는 심리 교육적 접근 방법에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다. 세부적으로는 정신건강교육, 의사소통기술훈련, 문제해결기술훈련, 지지적 가족 상담의 프로그램을 제시하였다.

        식생활 영역 활용 융합교육을 위한 교수 효능감과 식생활 요인 및 융합역량과의 관련성

        Today’s knowledge-based society requires convergent education, which enables talents to create new value, live harmoniously, and achieve individual success. However, school teachers and preliminary teachers lack awareness of convergence education. This study thus aims to investigate factors that affect the teaching efficacy for convergent education, specifically the utilizing of dietary area (UDA). Data was collected from 812 preliminary teachers and school teachers in South Korea, from October to December 2017. Participants answered a self-administered questionnaire on dietary factors, convergence competency, and teaching efficacy for UDA convergence education. Correlation and regression analysis were then used to analyze the respondents’ answers. Survey results showed that dietary and convergence competence factors have a significant effect on the teaching efficacy for UDA convergence education, with a 55% (p<0.001) explanation. The key factors for UDA convergence education consisted of 14 factors in 5 areas (dietary and educational awareness; eating habits; dietary management capacity; convergence capacity; and teaching efficacy for UDA convergence education). Based on results, managing dietary habits in everyday life, strengthening convergence capacity, and improving teaching efficacy will reinforce UDA convergence education competency. Preliminary teachers and school teachers will thus find these factors more useful if it would help them find health and happiness in daily life, as well as improve their convergence education capacity. 지식기반사회에서 성공적인 개인의 삶을 위해 새로운 가치를 창조하고 더불어 살 줄 아는 융합인재 양성 교육이 요구되고 있지만, 교육현장의 교사와 예비교사는 융합교육에 대한 인식이 낮다. 본 연구는 식생활 영역 활용(Utilizing a Dietary Area: UDA) 융합교육을 위한 교수 효능감과 식생활 요인 및 융합역량과의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 2017년 10월부터 12월까지 812명의 초·중등 예비교사와 교사를 대상으로 식생활 요인, 융합역량, UDA 융합교육을 위한 교수 효능감에 대해 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. SPSS PC +24를 이용하여 식생활 및 교육 인식, 식습관, 식생활관리 역량, 융합역량, UDA 융합교육을 위한 교수 효능감의 5개 영역에서 14개 요인들의 상관관계와 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 식생활 및 융합역량의 6개 요인들이 UDA 융합교육을 위한 교수 효능감에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며(p<0.001), 이에 대한 설명력은 55%(p<0.001)이었다. 예비교사와 교사의 식생활 관심도, 식생활 지식, 조리, 환경관리, 융합 태도, 융합 지식·이해 요인이 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며(p<0.01), 예비교사는 건강 식습관 요인이 추가되었다(p<0.05). 융합적 사고력과 창의적 능력은 교과 전문영역과 일상생활 속에서의 적용을 통해 효율적으로 함양될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 UDA 융합교육을 위한 교수 효능감과 관련한 요인들은 예비교사와 교사들이 일상생활에서 건강과 행복을 찾고, 전문영역과 융합할 수 있는 사고력을 함양하며, 융합교육 역량을 강화하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

        Dietary safety management competency for the sustainable health management of adolescents

        Purpose: The incidence of chronic diseases is increasing and the age of onset is decreasing in South Korea. Healthy eating habits to prevent chronic diseases are established in adolescence. This study verified the identified factors and dynamics that affect diet selfassessment for sustainable adolescent health and the prevention of chronic diseases. Methods: Data were collected from 492 middle and high school students in South Korea from June to July 2018, and the participants answered a questionnaire on dietary safety management competency for sustainable health. Results: The healthy dietary self-assessment scores of overweight/obese adolescents and adolescents who perceived their health as normal were significantly lower than those of other groups. Factor analysis verified the validity of the items that comprised each study area before a multiple regression analysis was used to investigate the factors affecting healthy dietary self-assessment. Sweet and salty diets, anxiety, food and nutrition knowledge, weight management knowledge, stress management, exercise, basic eating habits, and healthy eating habits significantly affected healthy dietary assessment among adolescents. A higher perception of one’s health indicated a higher healthy dietary self-assessment, dietary safety knowledge, and health management practice scores (p < 0.01). Factors like healthy dietary self-assessment, food and nutrition knowledge, and weight management knowledge appear to have a significant correlation with other identified factors, except overeating. The adolescents’ awareness, knowledge, and dietary safety practices influenced healthy dietary self-assessment, which can prevent chronic diseases and achieve sustainable health. Conclusion: This study illustrated how the adolescents’ awareness, knowledge, and practices of dietary safety influenced their healthy diet self-assessment. The results indicate that dietbased health management competency education relative to the adolescents’ self-perception and weight levels should be implemented.

        PBL 계약을 위한 수리부속 재고비용 예측과 V-METRIC의 활용에 관한 연구

        For the PBL contract, it is necessary for the contracting parties to share information regarding the reasonable inventory-level and the cost of its repair parts for the estimated demand. There are various models which can be used for this purpose. Among them, V-METRIC model is considered to be the most efficient and is most frequently applied. However, this model is usually used for optimizing the inventory level of the repair parts of the system under operation. The model uses a time series forecast model to determine the demand rate, which is a mandatory input factor for the model, based on past field data. However, since the system at the deployment stage has no operational performance record, it is necessary to find another alternative to be used as the demand rate of the model application. This research applies the V-METRIC model to find the optimal inventory level and cost estimation for repairable items to meet the target operational availability, which is a key performance indicator, at the time of the PBL contract for the deployment system. This study uses the calculated value based on the allocated MTBF to the system as the demand rate, which is used as input data for the model. Also, we would like to examine changes in inventory level and cost according to the changes in target operational availability and MTBF allocation.

        Evaluation of a Commercial Glycoprotein Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay for Measuring Vaccine Immunity to Varicella

        Purpose: To evaluate a recently marketed commercial glycoprotein enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (gpEIA) kit, the VaccZymeTM VZV gpEIA, for measuringthe immunity of varicella-vaccinated children. Materials and Methods: We investigated the accuracy and reproducibility of the VaccZymeTM VZV gpEIA kit for the detection of antibodies to VZV. We also examined the sensitivity, specificity,and correlation between antibody titers calculated with gpEIA versus fluorescentantibody to membrane antigen (FAMA) by using sera of 349 children, ranging from 1 to 6 years old. Results: VaccZymeTM VZV gpEIA gave precise and reproducible intra- and inter-assay results. FAMA and gpEIA titers showed a linear correlation (Pearson correlation coefficient=0.987). The sensitivity and specificity of the VaccZymeTM gpEIA was 31.4% and 100%, respectively, when the guidelinesof the gpEIA (<100 mIU/mL) and FAMA 1:4 were adopted as cutoff values. However, the maximum sensitivity and specificity were 88.9% and 95.1%, respectively,with the highest correlation (κ=0.840), if the cutoff values were set with gpEIA at 49.7 mIU/mL and FAMA 1:16. Conclusion: These results demonstrate that the VaccZymeTM VZV gpEIA kit gave precise and reproducible data for measuringantibody titer after varicella vaccination. The results also showed that the antibody titer calculated with the VaccZymeTM gpEIA kit strongly correlated with the FAMA titer. However, cutoff values should be re-optimized for the evaluation of vaccine immunity.
