This study investigated the quality characteristics of muffins prepared using various levels of glutinous barley flour (GBF). GBF was used to substitute 0% (control group), 10% (GBF-10 group), 20% (GBF-20 group) and 30% (GBF-30 group) of weak flour (WF) to manufacture muffin. The substitution of WF with GBF showed decreased the pH but increased the viscosity of the batter(p<0.05). Low lightness and low yellowness were observed in the experimental groups at a high rate of GBF substitution (p<0.05). Browning index showed that the GBF-30 experimental group had significantly higher than the other groups (p<0.05). The experimental groups showed lower hardness springiness, and chewiness than the control group (p<0.05). As a result of the principal component analysis regarding the generic descriptive data, regarding the GBF-30 experimental group, of which the ratio of the GBF had been the highest, it had been classified as a sample, which has the strong, characteristics regarding the extent of the relative “darkness”, “bitter aroma”, “fermentation aroma”, “greasy flavor”, “bitter taste”, “barley flour flavor”, “glutinousness”, and “astringency”.

This study examined the quality characteristics of madeleines prepared using various levels of red beetroot powder (RBP). RBP was used to substitute 0% (control group), 10% (RBP-10 group), 20% (RBP-20 group) and 30% (RBP-30 group) of weak flour (WF) to manufacture madeleine. The substitution of WF with RBP decreased the pH of the madeleines but increased the sugar content (p<0.01). The moisture content decreased as the substitution ratio of RBP increased (p<0.001). High redness, low lightness, and low yellowness were observed in the experimental groups at a high rate of RBP substitution (p<0.001). The experimental groups showed higher hardness, cohesiveness, gumminess, and chewiness than the control group (p<0.05). The total phenolic content showed that the RBP-30 and RBP-20 experimental groups were significantly higher than the control group (p<0.01). The ABTS radical scavenging activities also increased when the amount of RBP was increased (p<0.001). The sensory intensity showed that the experimental groups were stronger in “redness,” “savory aroma,” and “hardness,” and weaker in “yellowness,” “moisture,” and “softness” compared to the control group. The acceptance test results showed that the experimental groups were similar to or higher than the control group in the other acceptance characteristics except for the appearance acceptance category.

現行 사십구일재의 節次에 관한 문제점 고찰

현행하는 사십구일재는 대부분 오전 10시에 시작해 약 2시간 남짓 행하는데 시련(侍輦)을 시작으로 대령(對靈)과 관욕(灌浴) 그리고 상단 권공(上壇勸供)과 중단퇴공(中壇退供), 관음시식(觀音施食)과 봉송(奉 送)의 순으로 정례화된 지 오래다. 그러나 현재의 절차가 무엇에 근거 하여 정립되어 이르렀는지에 관한 구체적인 사실관계는 확인할 수 없 다. 조선 시대로부터 전해진 수많은 재의식 관련 문헌이 있지만, “사십 구일재”ㆍ“사십구재(四十九齋)”란 명칭은 확인되지 않는다. 심지어 근대 활동하는 범패승들이 저본(底本)으로 삼고 있는 『석문의범』(釋門儀範) 에서 조차 사십구일재란 독립된 재의식은 발견되지 않는다. 본고는 불교의 사상과 신앙적 믿음에 기초해 유명(幽冥)을 달리한 망자(亡者)를 위로하고 극락왕생을 발원하기 위해 설행하는 보편적인 사십구일재의 절차와 구조가 현재처럼 전승하는 게 과연 올바른 것인지 를 자문(自問)하고 문제의식을 제시하는 데 초점을 둔다. 지난 30여 년 동안 불교계의 대표적인 어산(魚山) 스님들과 함께해 온 경험을 토대로 각 절차의 전개와 구성 그리고 내용 전반을 누구나 공감할 수 있도록 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 어쩌면 우리가 알고 행하는 사십구일재는 근대에 이르러 스승의 구전을 바탕으로 재정립된 의식일 수도 있기 때 문이다. The current 49th day ritual mostly begins 10 o’clock in the morning and lasts for 2 hours. It starts with Si-ryeon(侍輦) and leads to Dae-ryung(對靈), Gwan-yok(灌浴), SangDanGwungong(上壇勸供), JungDanTweGong(中壇退供), KwanEumSiSik(觀音施食) and Bongsong (奉送) in sequence, which has been done on a regular basis for a long time. However, it is not sure where the current procedure comes from. Literature on rituals from Joseon Dynasty exists but the term, 49th day ritual or 49th ritual(四十九齋), does not identified on it. Furthermore, the separate ritual, 49th day ritual, does not exist on 『Seokmuneuibeom』(釋門儀範) which is the original script for monks of a Buddhist chant. This study focuses on whether currently transferred procedure and structure of general 49th day ritual is right and on suggesting the awareness of the problem; the 49th day ritual consoles the deceased and prays for rebirth in paradise based on Buddhism and religious belief. It suggests the improvement plan for relatable procedure, organization and contents based on the experience with the leading Buddhist monk of Eosan(魚山) for the past 30 years. It is because the versant 49th day ritual might be reestablished based on oral tradition from the masters in modern times.

The use of electronic keyboards has certain benefits for classroom music instruction when compared to acoustic pianos. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the various instructional ideas utilizing electronic keyboards to teach musical elements in school music classroom. This study reviewed the results of several related studies dealing with the effectiveness of electronic keyboard on music teaching. And the study also examined several keyboard music programs in order to gather some useful information which could be applied in designing learning activities using electronic keyboard. The electronic keyboard music curricular reviewed in the study are as follows: ① Yamaha Music in Education(MIE); ② SoundTree General Music Curriculum; ③ Music Expressions Music Technology-MIDI Keyboard Curriculum; ④ Exploring General Music in the Keyboard Lab(Cavalier); and ⑤ Keyboards in General Music(Feldstein & Cavalier). The instructional ideas are presented in two parts. The first part describes the specific teaching applications utilizing the various functions built in electronic keyboard. The second part deals with the effective teaching strategies to promote student's conceptual understanding and musical creativity. Each instructional idea is presented as a separable lesson module appropriate for a portion of a class session and can be adaptable to numerous teaching conditions. It is hoped that the instructional strategies devised by this study would help general music teachers who are preparing to integrate MIDI keyboard technology into their music curriculum. 트로트 오디션 프로그램을 통한 이슈 변화 고찰 - 뉴스 빅데이터를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 토픽모델링 기법을 활용하여 트로트 오디션 프로그램에 대한 국내 언론 및 미디어 매체의주목도를 파악하고 트로트 관련 주요 키워드 및 토픽, 토픽의 변화를 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는2023년 4월 24일을 기준으로 시행되었으며, 트로트 오디션 프로그램 <미스트롯>의 관련 기사 첫 보도시점인 2018년 12월 06일부터 2023년 04월 24일까지 방영된 다양한 트로트 오디션 프로그램을 대상으로 조사하였다. 분석 결과, 트로트와 관련된 일부 콘텐츠의 인기 및 활약 범위의 감소, 가수와 팬들 간직접적인 상호작용이 감소하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 반면 증가하는 토픽의 경우 코로나19와 관련된 공연 방역 전략, 참가자의 도덕성에 대한 논의, 투표 방식의 정치적 활용, 트로트 글로벌 진출 대중문화산업 및 홍보 전략 등과 같은 새로운 이슈와 관련된 토픽을 통해 또 다른 관심을 받고 있다는 것을 알수 있다. 본 논문의 의의는 그간 외면당하던 트로트가 ‘반짝인기 몰이’에 그치지 않도록 향후 나아가야할 방향과 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이러한 인기 현상의 이면에 있는 문제점을 파악하고 차후 대중음악 시장이 성장하고 발전하기 위하여 모색해야 할 방향성에 대해 논의해볼 수 있다. This study derived trot-related keywords, topics, and topic changes by using topic modeling to understand the media's interest in the trot audition program. This study was conducted as of April 24, 2023, and investigated various trot audition programs aired from December 06, 2018, when the article on the trot audition program <Tomorrow is Miss. Trot> was first reported, to April 24, 2023. As a result, it was confirmed that the popularity and scope of some trot-related content decreased, and direct communication between singers and fans decreased. On the other hand, it can be seen that topics related to new issues such as COVID-19-related performance prevention strategies, moral discussions among participants, political use of the voting system, and global spread of trot are increasing. This paper is meaningful in presenting future directions and suggestions so that trot, which has been neglected, does not remain in 'shining popularity'.

This study aimed to explore the types and characteristics of Opal Generation's fandom activities by focusing on singer Lim Young-Woong's fandom community, "Hero Generation," which is the largest of the Opal Generation's fandoms. We also analyzed the new pop culture phenomena they create to suggest new directions and strategies for the pop culture industry. To this end, we conducted a topic modeling analysis on 2340 news big data cases, and based on the derived topics, we classified the usage types of Opal Generation fandom into seven dimensions. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the Opal Generation is leading a new cultural phenomenon through active fandom activities and content participation, and it is significant to promote a deeper understanding of Opal Generation fandom.
