과산화수소 증기 시스템을 이용한 미생물 제독에 관한 연구

Objectives: Effectiveness and conditions of vapor-phase hydrogen peroxide (VPHP) system on decontamination of Geobacillus stearothermophilus(GS) spores, Escherichia coli (E.coli) and Enterobacteria phage felix01 (felix01) were determined. Methods: The VPHP system was designed to vaporize 35% (w/w) solution of hydrogen peroxide, continuously to inject and withdraw VPHP. The system and VHP 1000ED (Steris) were operated such that dehumidification and conditioning were initiated without samples in the chamber. Then the samples were loaded into and removed. Coupons (glass, anodizing, silicon, viton) with GS spores ($1{\times}10^6$ colony forming unit/mL [CFU/mL]), E.coli ($1{\times}10^7$ CFU/mL) and felix01 ($1{\times}10^7$ plaque forming unit/mL[PFU/mL]), and Biological Indicator (BI) with GS spores ($1{\times}10^6$ CFU/mL) on stainless steel coupons were used. The tested samples were sonicated and vortexed, and then were plated for enumeration, followed by incubation at $55^{\circ}C$, 24 hr for GS spores, and at $37^{\circ}C$, 24 hr for E.coli and felix01. BI analysis in broth culture was only qualitative. Results: The efficacy of the VPHP system on decontamination was almost equivalent to that of VHP 1000ED. The conditions for complete decontamination with the VPHP system was as follows: concentration; 700~450 ppm, relative humidity; approximately 55%, and temperature; $34{\sim}32^{\circ}C$. When comparing the decontamination efficiency among different kinds of coupons, glass was the most effective, however, all kinds of coupons were decontaminated completely after 60 min exposure in both systems. Conclusion: The VPHP system can be recommended as an alternative system for traditional system using ethylene oxide, formaldehyde or chlorine dioxide.
A Study on Identifying Key Players in a 3D Cadastre Citation Network

The main purpose of this study was to identify key plays in a 3D cadastre citation network. To achieve the research objective, this article examined theories and previous studies on 3D cadastre and citation networks and set up two research questions based on them. To answer these research questions, this study attemted to search for 3D cadastre research published from January 1, 2012, to October 31, 2017, using Google Scholar Search. This study constructed a citation network using the citation information of the collected data and then used social network analysis techniques such as degree centrality, closeness centrality, and eigenvector centrality to identify the influential nodes. This study also used modularity-based Louvain algorithms to detect influential communities in the citation network. As a result of the analysis, Stoter et al. (2013) were identified as the most influential nodes in the whole network and community 0 was identified as the most important community.
NGN에서의 품질보장형 음성서비스 제공을 위한 대역 설계 방법

In this paper we proposea method for estimating the bandwidth in next-generation IP network. Especially, we concentrate on the edge routers accommodating the VoIP connections as well as a group of data connections. Bandwidth dimensioning is carried out at call level and packet level for voice traffic in the next-generation IP network. The model incorporates the statistical estimation approach at a call level for obtaining the number of voice connections simultaneously in the active mode. The call level model incorporates a statistical technique to compute the statistics of the number of active connections such as the mean and variance of the simultaneously connected calls in the network. The packet level model represents a load map for voice and data traffic by using non-preemptive M/G/1 queuing model with strict priority for voice over data buffer. From the proposed traffic model, we can derive a graph for upper bounds on the traffic load in terms of bandwidth for voice and data connections. Via numerical experiments we illustrate the implication of the work. 본고는 차세대 IP망(NGN)에서의 대역 설계 방법에 관한 것이다. 특히, VoIP 뿐만 아니라 데이터 서비스를 수용하는 에지 라우터에서의 호레벨 및 패킷 레벨 음성 트래픽 대역 설계 방법을 제시하였다. 호레벨 모델은 실제 연결되는 호의 수를 통계적으로 계산하기 위해 평균, 분산과 같은 통계적 기법을 사용하고, 패킷레벨 모델은 M/G/1 큐잉 모델을 활용하여 음성 및 데이터 트래픽의 부하를 나타내었다. 제시된 트래픽 모델을 통해서 계산된, 음성과 데이터 연결을 위한 대역폭을 기반으로 최대 트래픽 부하를 예측할 수 있고, 또한 수치 시험을 통한 이의 결과를 제시하였다.
X-선 회절법에 의한 철-질소 화합물층의 ε과 γ'상 분율 해석

The fraction of $\varepsilon\;and\;\gamma$'-iron nitride in compound layer is predicted by x-ray diffraction using direct comparison method. The validity of formulation models was checked by comparing calculated results with metallographic analysis of iron nitride compound layer grown on steel S45C by gas nitriding. The fraction of $\varepsilon$ calculated by the three phase model, porous-$Fe_3N$/ dense-$Fe_3N$/ mixed layer with $Fe_3N\;and\;Fe_4N$, is 80 percent of that analyzed by etching technique. The $\varepsilon$ fraction predicted by mixed layer model is 122 percent of that measured by microscope.
Does a Negative Ergonovine Provocation Test Truly Predict Freedom from Variant Angina?

Ergonovine provocation test is known to be very sensitive for diagnosing variant angina. The patient described in this study initially pre-sented with atypical chest pain and underwent coronary angiography and ergonovine provocation tests, which were negative. The patient was subsequently prescribed a proton pump inhibitor and prokinetics for pain relief, but then presented with acute myocardial infarction and cardiogenic shock due to coronary artery vasospasm 5 years later. This case suggests that ergonovine provocation test generates false negative results, which can lead to unwanted outcomes. Even with a negative ergonovine provocation test, prescription of calcium channel blockers or nitrates should be considered in patients with a clinical history suggestive of variant angina.
