        남한산성 성지의 성역화 조성과정과 그 의의

        남한산성 순교성지에 대해 교회 측의 본격적인 관심이 시작된 것은 1970년대 중반이었고, 오기선, 변기영, 정주성, 윤민구 신부들의 노력과 성남지역, 광주지역 신자들의 성원에 힘입어, 교회사와 관련된 곳들이 조사되고 개발되었으며, 조금씩 성지 땅이 확보되었고 1998년 이후 김유신 신부가 전담하여 본격적인 성지로 조성되었다. 향후 별도의 성체조배실과 순교지 안내표지판 등을 설치하여 신자들의 순례활동을 지원하면서, 순교성지 기념관을 지어 당시 순교자들과 관련된 유형, 무형의 자료들을 전시하여 자라나는 교회 안팎의 청소년들에게 신앙교육의 장으로 활용해야 할 것이다. 남한산성에서 최초로 순교한 이는 1801년 신유박해 때 순교하신 한덕운 토마스이다. 이분은 박해와 감시 속에서도 용감하게 순교자의 시신을 거두어주고 후히 장례 지내주었으며, 신앙을 고백하며 목숨을 바친 분이므로 오늘날 각 본당의 연령회 활동의 시초를 여신 분이나 다름없다. 이 산성의 성지를 순교자의 무덤을 닮게 하고자 하는 구상과 한덕운 토마스의 이같은 영성은 너무나도 잘 어울릴 것이므로, 이 남한산성 성지를 다른 성지와 구별짓는 독자적인 내용으로 '연령회원들을 위한 배움의 성지' 또는 '연옥영혼을 위한 중재기도의 성지'라고 명명해보고자 한다. 이러한 구상은 잘만 적용되면, 21세기 한국사회의 고령화 현상에 따라 양산될 교회 안팎의 이른바 '실버(silber) 세대들'을 위한 훌륭한 재교육 전략이자 탁월한 선교전략이 될 가능성이 높다. It was in the middle of 1970s that we catholics had concerns about the site of Namhansanseung martyrs' shrine. After that time the site of martyrs' shrine was developed gradually and it occupied the necessary place step by step, by the effort of Rev. Oh Gee-seon(吳基善), Rev. Byeon Gee-yeong, Rev. Jeong Joo-seong, Rev. Yoon Min-goo and the aids of numerous cathoilcs. In 1998 the site was finally become the formal martyrs' shrine by Most Rev. Paul Choi Deog-gee, the Bishop of Suwon, and then Rev. Kim Yoo-shin was appointed to the pastor in charge of the shrine. I think that we will have to construct the memorial hall where the documents and materials connected with the martyrs should be exhibited to the young catholics. And we should have the signpost of our shrine and special room for body of Christ, and so we will able to support the religious acts of pilgrims. Thomas Han Deog-oon(韓德運) is the first martyr in Namhansanseung martyrs' shrine, who revered the death of martyr and dealt with the corpse with sincere heart and shrouded it to bury. Because of those acts, he became to be arrested to torture by the police and finally he was also punished to death for such brave doing and confession of the catholic belief. Therefore he is supposed to be the first member of the volunteers' club of catholic funeral services. And his deeds accord with the spirit of Namhansanseung martyrs' shrine, we will call this shrine as the tomblike martyrs' shrine. And then this shrine should be named to the shrine of studying for the member of the volunteers' club of catholic funeral service or to the shrine of prayers for the soul in purgatory(煉靈), and so it differs from the other shrines. This idea seems to be the most excellent strategy for reeducation of silver generations and to be the best way of evangelization.

        The Effects of Aquatic Backward Locomotion Training Frequency on Lumbar Extension Strength, Pain, and Functional Disability in Lumbar Diskectomy Patients - 24-week short term training -

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training frequency in performing the aquatic backward locomotion on lumbar extension strength, back pain, leg pain, and disability in female patients recovering from lumbar diskectomy surgery. Eighty female (38.73±5.47 yrs) patients with disk hernia between L2 to S1 completed this study as the subjects. All patients rested for six weeks after their diskectomy. After the rest period, the patients were subdivided into four groups. Each group was subject to a different aquatic backward locomotion training frequency: once per week (GROUP 1, n=20), twice a week (GROUP 2, n=20), three times a week (GROUP 3, n=20), and no training (CONTROL, n=20). There were four blocks of 6-week training interventions. The lumbar extension strength, visual analog scale (VAS) for the leg and back, and Oswestrydisability index (ODI) were assessed six times: before the lumbar diskectomy (TEST 1), after the 6-week rest period (TEST 2), after the 1st 6-week aquatic backward locomotion training (TEST3), after the 2nd 6-week aquatic backward locomotion training (TEST4), after the 3rd 6-week aquatic backward locomotion training (TEST5), and after the 4th 6-week aquatic backward locomotion training (TEST6). GROUP 2 and GROUP 3 showed significant increases in averaged lumbar extension strength after TEST 3 as compared to CONTROL(p<.05). GROUP 1, GROUP 2, and GROUP 3 showed significant decreases in back pain VAS after TEST 3 as compared to CONTROL(p<.05). GROUP 2 and GROUP 3 showed significant decreases in leg pain VAS after TEST 3 as compared to CONTROL(p<.05). GROUP 2 and GROUP 3 showed significant decreases in ODI score after TEST 3 as compared to GROUP 1 and CONTROL(p<.05). This study shows that lumbar extension strength, pain, and disability improve when the frequency of aquatic backward locomotion training is two to three times a week. It is suggested that lumbar diskectomy patients strength train at least twice every week using the aquatic backward locomotion training protocol to increase the lumbar strength or decrease the pain and disability score.         A verification on the physical effectiveness of therapeutic horseback riding exercise: Focused on the EMG analysis

        Various studies related to therapeutic horseback riding have been reported to be positive for the therapeutic effect of patients with cerebral palsy; however, most of the previous studies focused on to muscle development with training period related to the physical effects of therapeutic horseback riding. To identify the causes and phenomena of muscular activation of the body through actual therapeutic horseback riding exercise and to promote the excellence of physical effects of therapeutic horseback riding. This study was a nonrandomized prospective positive-controlled trial design. Twelve teenaged males with cerebral palsy were selected who had experienced riding exercise for 8-12 months. This study measured 8 muscle activities of the pectoralis major muscle (PM), biceps brachii (BB), rectus abdominis muscle (RA), latissimus dorsi muscle (LD), spinal erector muscle (SE), rectus femoris muscle (RF), anterior tibial muscle (AT), and external gastrocnemius muscle (EG) by using electromyography (EMG). Muscle activity was significantly higher in horse riding position than sitting on the common chair in all muscles (PM, BB, RA, LD, SE, RF, AT, and EG). The activity of the body muscles according to the difference of horse walking method (walk: WA; sitting trot: ST; and riding trot: RT) of therapeutic horse riding showed the highest muscle activity in the PM muscle at ST, and the highest activity at BB, RA, LD, SE, and AT muscles at ST and RT, and showed the highest muscle activity in RF and EG muscle at RT. The results of this study suggest that intervention for the treatment of cerebral palsy patients can use therapeutic riding exercise as a rehabilitation method.

        경기력 수준에 따른 크로스컨트리 스키 선수들의 슬관절 등속성 근기능 및 유산소성 능력에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to find out fitness characteristics of cross-country skiers based on comparative analysis of knee joint muscular functions, and aerobic powers. The group were divided into two groups; elite group(Korean national and Korean national reserve athletes) VS. normal group(normal athletes). For measurement of isokinetic knee joint muscular functions, Biodex system 3 pro was employed to measure peak torque, peak torque/body weight, average power, and total work. For measurement of aerobic power, cardiac diagnostic system CH2000 was employed to measure VO₂max, and HRmax. The results showed that 1) Extensor peak torque(Nm) of knee joint muscular function of elite group(245.53±8.09Nm) was higher than normal group(209.01±4.47Nm)(p<.01); 2) Extensor peak torque/body weight(%) of knee joint muscular function of elite group(387.97±19.02%) was higher than normal group(330.75±13.30%)(p<.05); 3) There were not significant difference on flexor peak torque, flexor peak torque/body weight, flexor & extensor average power, and flexor & extensor total work(p>.05); 4) The VO₂max of elite group(66.02±3.21㎖/㎏/min) was higher than normal group(56.09±1.95㎖/㎏/min)(p<.05); 5)The HRmax of elite group(188.86±1.90beats/min) was lower than normal group(199.29±1.30beats/min)(p<.01).

      • 자색광에 민감한 $SnO_2-SiO_2-Si$(n-p)형 광전지의 전기적광하적특성

        자색광에 민감한 태양전지연구의 일환으로 우선 이러한 성질을 띤 광전지를 얻게 되었다. 이 광전지는 SnO2-SiO2-SiMOS와 Si n-p 동질접합이 결합된 구조로 되어 있다. 광전출력(0.25V, 150㎂)이 적어서 태양전지용은 못되지만 Si p-n 동질접합으로 된 태양전지에 비해서 분광감도가 자와선대쪽으로 이동되어 있고 switching 속도도 상당히 큰 고로 종래의 Si 광전지보다 더많은 새로운 용도를 찾아낼 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. We have obtained a violet-sensitive photocell as a part of the developing project on such type of solar cell. The photocell has the structure of SnO2-SiO2-Si MOS coupled on Si n-p homojuction. It is not relevant to use as a solar cell because of its small photovoltaic power(0.25V, 150$mutextrm{A}$), however, since the spectral response of the cell is shifted toward the violet band region and its switching speed is fairly high in comparison with those of the Si p-n homojunction type solar cell, it is expected that we will be able to find mere novel utilities than the ordinary silicon photocell.
