        자연 경험 특성이 지하철역 실내조경계획 특성 선호에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to examine the effect of users' natural experience characteristics (NEC) on subway station interior landscape preference characteristic (SSILPC) for user-centered indoor landscaping planning of subway station space. To this end, the NEC and SSILPC elements were derived. In addition, a survey was conducted targeting 124 adult men and women in their 20s to 50s residing in Busan. The survey period was for about a week from November 11 to November 18, 2022, and an online survey was conducted. For the analysis of this survey, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, Kruskal-Wallis test, χ2-test, and logistic regression etc. were conducted using the statistical analysis program SPSS Statistics 27. The results of the survey are as follows: First, the NEC of the users were divided into three categories: the degree of nature awareness, the degree of nature experience, and the opportunity to experience nature. And the SSILPC were classified into six categories: necessity of interior landscaping, plant species, plant classification, plant introduction form, planting technique, landscaping constituent method. Second, it was found that among the nature experience characteristics, the degree of nature awareness and the opportunity to experience nature had an effect on the SSILPC. This study is meaningful in suggesting a more user-centered direction for interior landscape planning of subway station space by examining how the user's NEC affect the SSILPC.

        지하철역 공간의 실내조경계획을 위한 선호도 조사

        The purpose of this study is to find out subway station users’ preferences regarding interior landscaping plans in subway stations. A surveywas conducted online for about a week from November 11, 2022 to November 18, 2022 on 124 adult men and women in their 20s and 50sresiding in Busan with experience using subways. The 124 questionnaires collected were subjected to frequency analysis, descriptive statisticalanalysis, χ2 -test, and multiple response frequency analysis using the program SPSS Statistics 27. The analysis results revealed that thesatisfaction level of subway station users was average. It was found that the environment of the subway station space needs improvement dueto the subway station image being recognized as clean, modern yet complex, confused, hard, and uniform. There was a high demand forenvironmental, psychological, decorative, and healing effects through the introduction of interior landscaping. In this regard, it was identifiedthat harmony with the surrounding environment, management status and planning, and overall landscape design should be centrally consideredwhen planning interior landscapes. As a result of examining the preferred planting techniques according to the spatial composition of asubway station space, green wall or pillar style and garden style were preferred at the entrance, garden style and tree planting style for theconcourse or hall, green wall or pillar style was preferred at the passageway, and green wall or pillar style, container or pot style for thefare gate and platform. For plants, plants with wide leaves and various leaf shapes were mainly planted. In the case of the greenness indexrange, it was calculated by including containers or pot. The preferred plant introduction form was mixed plants consisting of natural andartificial, and the preferred landscaping constituent method was mixed of plants and ornaments. This study is expected to help expand themethod and scope of subway station interior landscaping by using it as basic data for a healthy and pleasant subway station interiorlandscaping plan that users can be satisfied with. 본 연구는 지하철역의 건강하고 쾌적한 실내조경계획을 위하여 지하철역 이용자를 대상으로 지하철역 실내조경계획에 대한 선호도를 파악하고자 하였다. 조사대상은 지하철역을 이용한 경험이 있는 부산광역시에 거주하는 20-50대 성인 남녀 124명이다. 설문조사는 2022년 11월 11일부터 11월 18일까지, 약 1주일간 온라인으로 실시하였다. 회수된 124부의 설문지는 통계 분석 프로그램 SPSS Statistics 27을 이용하여 빈도분석과 기술통계분석, χ2-test, 다중응답 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지하철역 이용자들의 지하철역 공간 만족도는 보통이었다. 그리고 평소 지하철역 이미지에 대하여 깨끗하고, 현대적이지만 복잡하고 혼란스러우며 딱딱하고 획일적인 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 지하철역 공간의 환경 개선이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 지하철역 이용자들은 실내조경 도입을 통해 얻을 수 있는 효과로 환경적, 심리적, 장식적, 치유적 효과에 대한 요구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 관련하여 실내조경계획 시 주변환경과의 조화와 관리상태 및 계획, 전체적인 조경디자인에 대하여 중심적으로 고려해야 할 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 지하철역 출입구의 경우 벽면/기둥형과 정원형, 광장의 경우 정원형과 교목형, 대합실 복도와 연결통로, 환승통로의 경우 벽면/기둥형, 개찰구와 승강장의 경우 벽면/기둥형과 화분형에 대한 선호가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 식물 종류의 경우 식물은 잎이 넓고, 잎 모양이 다양한 관엽식물을 우선 식재한다. 녹시율의 경우 화분과 화단까지 모두 포함하여 산출한다. 다섯째, 식물 도입형태의 경우 자연식물과 인공식물을 혼합하여 사용하며, 식물뿐만 아니라 첨경물을 함께 혼합하여 구성하는 것을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이용자가 만족할 수 있는 건강하고 쾌적한 지하철역 실내조경계획을 위한 기초자료로 활용함으로써 지하철역 실내조경의 방법과 범위를 확장하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

        Mirror Hands and Feet with Ulnar Dimelia of Twin Pregnancy: Detection of a De Novo Duplication on Chromosome 2q35 Involving the Indian Hedgehog Locus

        Mirror-image polydactyly, an extremely rare variant characterized by recognizable anteroposterior symmetry, is often comorbid with ulnar or fibular duplication (dimelia). Herein, we describe a case of twin pregnancy with fetal mirror hands and feet, increased nuchal translucency, cystic hygroma, and ulnar dimelia in both twins. Amniocentesis revealed normal karyotypes. The pregnancy was terminated at 18 weeks. Whole-exome sequencing and chromosomal microarray of the cord blood identified a 1.345 millon base pairs (Mbp) duplication on chromosome 2q35 containing 36 OMIM genes, including the Indian hedgehog locus. This copy number variation was similar to that linked to acrocallosal-like syndrome characterized by extensive polysyndactyly and craniofacial abnormalities. A de novo duplication including the Indian hedgehog locus on chromosome 2q35 was detected through chromosomal microarray in a twin pregnancy with mirror hands and feet, suggesting that copy number variation involving the Indian hedgehog gene on chromosome 2q was the cause of polydactyly with ulnar dimelia.

        솔잎분말과 추출물을 첨가한 쌀 컵케이크의 항산화성과 품질 특성

        To develop the tailor made rice flour products for consumers with increasing functionality of pine needles, rice cupcakes were prepared with adding different contents of pine needle powder (PP) and extract (PE, by pressing pine needle). The physicochemical, textural, sensory properties, and antioxidative activities of rice cupcakes were investigated. The antioxidative activities of rice cupcakes with PP and PE were higher than those of the control and were significantly different with adding pine needle type (PP or PE). The specific volume of rice cupcakes increased with adding PP and PE, except for 10 g PP added cupcake. Textural properties were also significantly different with pine needle types and contents. On the sensory preference test data, the scores of the teens, the twenties, and the thirties were higher in PP added rice cupcakes (3 and 5 g added), but those in the forties, the fifties, and above the sixties were higher in PE added rice cupcakes (3 g added). From these above results, the PP addition improved the processing quality of rice cupcakes (under 10 g added), but reduced unique flavor of pine needle. It was suggested that rice products added with pine needle would be developed to consider consumer's age, type of pine needle and its content.

        자연요소 디자인 연구 경향 고찰을 통한 실내자연요소 표현 방법 및 디자인 항목 구성에 관한 연구

        Building on theories and preceding research relating to natural element design, this study extracted items of natural elements applicable to the indoor environment and conducted document research for categorization of expression methods. First, this study examined the tendencies of studies related to natural elements, classified design concepts,and expressive characteristics of natural element design. Second, this study examined the characteristics of natural element design by conducting a concrete investigation and analysis of domestic research concerningnatural element design. Third, this study systemized and suggested natural element design applicable to indoor environment based on relevant theories and consideration of preceding research. The subjects of this study include master’s and doctorate theses and dissertations and academic journals published from 2000 to 2017. The data are collected through the search function at the National Assembly Library homepage. The foregoing was conducted in three phases. In the first phase, this study classified the research articles according to the researcher, year of publication, and theses for degrees and papers on academic journals. Moreover, the method, type, space, and element used in targeted research were analyzed. In the second phase, this study summarized the contents of targeted theses and analyzed them by classifying them into expressive methods of the natural elements. Moreover, the detailed contents were summarized and integrated by generating concordances of each expressive method. In the third phase, this study systemized and suggested indoor natural elements applicable to the indoor environment based on the analyzed contents. Items of concrete and detailed design suggested through this study are to be used as basic data for the design guidelines of indoor natural elements for an eco-friendly indoor environment.

        바이오필릭 디자인에 기반한 실내공간 내 자연요소 도입을 위한 선호도 조사

        The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the user preference of natural elements that can be introduced indoors to improve the indoor environment to understand the characteristics. Literature review and questionnaire survey were conducted to understand the preference characteristics for introducing indoor natural elements. First, in order to understand the biophilic design elements and expression methods applicable to the indoor environment, previous studies on biophilia and biophilic design are investigated and analyzed. Through this, the questionnaire consisted of preference items of six natural elements (light, plant, animal, water, stone and soil, air and other elements). Second, through the analysis results of previous studies, research tools are developed, and indoor natural element preferences and needs are investigated and analyzed for adults in their 20s and 50s. For the analysis of this survey, frequency analysis and descriptive statistics analysis were conducted using the statistical analysis program SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the survey are as follows: First, the preference for the indoor introduction of indoor light, plants, water, and air was above average. As for the introduction method, it was found that direct introduction such as natural lighting and natural plants was most preferred. Second, it was found that the preference for animal, stone, and soil elements was generally lower than that of other indoor applicable natural elements.
