This study aims to find the optimal cutting conditions, which are obtained by grinding condition, and the grinding characteristics and condition of constant velocity joint were investigated with respect to wheel velocity, depth of cut, feed speed. Grinding machine has been widely used in manufacturing optical reflects of metal. Such as steel are easy to be machined because of their proper material. As a result I obtained the data of grinding conditions makes good surface roughness and the optimal condition of grinding and get the mesh condition. The purpose of this study is to find the optimum grinding wheel characteristics for cutting constant velocity joint.
Study on High-Speed Cutting Characteristics using Design of Experiments

We discuss the 5-axis high-speed machining of a hard material into a very complex shape in terms of the durability and wear resistance requirements in the aerospace and automotive industries. Whereas high-speed machines have been used in recent years to maximize productivity, they sometimes produce unnecessary finishing. By increasing the feed rate for a given cutting speed, highefficiency processing can be achieved with simultaneous improvement in the precision of the machined surface. In this study, the highspeed cutting characteristics that affect the cutting performance were obtained through experiments and analysis of variance of data on the cutting speed, feed rate, and depth of cut. The design of experiments was also used to determine the optimal conditions.

This study aims to find the optimal cutting conditions, when are nonferrous metals(aluminum and silicon) are machined with diamond tool of diamond turning machine. Diamond turning machine has been widely used in manufacturing optical reflectors of nonferrous metals. Such as aluminium and copper are easy to be machined because of their proper ductility. But optical crystals being discussed here are characterized by their high brittleness which makes it difficult to obtain high quality optical surfaces on them. Design and Assembly of the QWR and the HWR Cryomodules

The design and the assembly of the quarter-wave resonator (QWR) and half-wave resonator (HWR) cryomodules for RAON are shown. The cryomodule is optimized for heat loads due to superfluid helium at 2 K, supercritical helium at 4.5 K and the thermal shield at 40 K. The cryomodule consists of a vacuum chamber, a magnetic shield, a thermal shield, a cryogenic pipe line and a support bar.

The grinding is a popular process for studying constant velocity joint and process in automobile industry. In this study, The study gives the data of wheel type and grinding of inner race is developed. As a result I obtained the data of grinding conditions makes good surface roughness get a grinding conditions. The grinding characteristics and conditions of inner race were investigated with respect to grinding feed, cutting depth, grinding time. The results were suddenly increased and the detailed surfaces were extremely obtained. Grinding condition was big more affected by grinding time, grinding speed and grinding depth.

This study aims to find the friction welding and induction harden conditions, which are obtained by welding conditions, and the friction welding characteristics and induction harden conditions of tubular shaft were investigated with respect to low load test, high load test. Friction welding and induction harden machine have been widely used in manufacturing reflects of metal. The material of solid and tubular shaft selected that is used for parts of automobile steel. Such as steel are easy to be machined because of their proper material. As a result I obtained the data of friction welding conditions makes good and the condition of friction and get the tubular condition. The purpose of this study is to find fatigue test condition and induction harden characteristics design for tubular shaft.
