        旣체결 FTA 반덤핑 협정문에 대한 분석 및 정책적 시사점

        This paper analyzes anti-dumping provisions of Korea's FTA based on the analytic framework considering whether those are procedural or substantive, WTO-equivalent or WTO-plus, or legally binding or non-binding. Through all existing FTAs, Korea introduced WTO-plus provisions covering procedural issues such as notifying before initiating the anti-dumping investigation, providing consultation opportunities, and enhancing the transparency of the price undertakings process. Also, Korea endeavors to prevent excessive imposition and abuse of anti-dumping by strengthening substantive rules such as lesser duty rule, prohibition of zeroing, and review. In addition, this paper examines the WTO-plus elements in major FTAs with India, the US, and China and argues that it is meaningful to have WTO-plus elements in FTA negotiation considering both parties’ economic situations and its practice in anti-dumping investigation, and to continue seeking improvements in a new or upgrade FTA negotiations to help industries to respond anti-dumping investigations timely and properly. 이 논문은 한국의 기체결 FTA 반덤핑 조항을 절차적 조항과 실질적 조항으로 분류하고FTA를 통해 도입된 WTO-plus 조항을 분석하여 국가별로 상이한 조항의 법적 구속력 및이행 규범을 정리하였다. 한국은 FTA를 통해 WTO 반덤핑 협정보다 강화된 WTO-plus 조항을 도입하여 절차적 조항인 조사개시 전 통보 및 협의 기회 제공, 가격약속에 대한 절차의 투명성을 제고하고 있고, 실질적 조항 중 최소부과원칙, 제로잉 금지, 재심 등에 대한 규정을 강화하여 WTO 반덤핑 협정의 제도적 모호성을 이용한 과도한 덤핑 관세 부과및 재심 남용을 예방하고 있다. 또한, 한국에 반덤핑 제소를 많이 하는 인도, 미국, 중국과의 FTA 반덤핑 조항을 분석하여 각 국가의 반덤핑 제도 활용도, 자국 산업 보호 정책 등에 따라 다른 WTO-plus 도입 양상을 살피고 이를 통해 FTA 협정문에 반영된 양국의 입장을 분석했다. 이 연구를 통해 기체결 FTA 반덤핑 조항에 대한 규범적 이해를 제고하고WTO-plus 수준의 강화된 반덤핑 조항의 도입을 통해 FTA에 반영해야 할 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

        대학생의 사회적 효능감 향상을 위한 긍정정서 프로그램 효과 검증

        The purpose of this study was to examine effectiveness of positive emotion program on the social efficacy of college students. The program was based on Fredrickson’s broaden-and-build theory of positive emotions and consisted of gratitude, compassionate love, and hope. 16 participants were divided into the experiment and control group. The program was applied to the experiment group, consisted of total 10 sessions for 10 weeks, with 1 sessions a week. The tests were comprised of 4 scales such as Social Self-Efficacy Scale(SSES), Gratitude Questionnaire(K-GQ-6), Compassionate love Scales(CLS-K 11) and Trait hope Scale. The employed statistical analysis was Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed-Rank Test. Results of this study were as follows. First, the program was effective on the increasing of social efficacy on experiment group. Second, the program was effective on the increasing of gratitude, compassionate love, and hope on experiment group. These results show that the broaden-and-build experience of positive emotion influences on the enhancement of social efficacy. The findings and implications were discussed. 본 연구는 Fredrickson의 확장 구축 이론에 근거하여 구성된 긍정정서 프로그램이 대학생의 사회적 효능감 향상에 미치는 효과를 검증한 것이다. 긍정정서 프로그램은 사회적 효능감과 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀진 감사, 자비적 사랑, 희망으로 구성하였다. 본 프로그램은 대인관계의 어려움을 호소하는 대학생 16명(실험 집단 8명, 통제 집단 8명)을 대상으로 10주 동안 매주 1회씩 총 10회기 실시되었다. 프로그램의 효과를 평가하기 위하여 사회적 효능감 척도, 감사 척도, 자비적 사랑 척도, 희망 척도를 실시하였으며, Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed-Rank Test를 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 실험집단은 통제집단에 비하여 사회적 효능감이 유의하게 향상되었고, 감사, 자비적 사랑, 희망이라는 긍정 정서가 유의하게 증가된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 긍정 정서 확장 경험이 사회적 효능감을 향상시키는 데 유의하게 작용할 수 있다는 것을 밝혀내었다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 대인관계 어려움을 호소하는 대학생들을 위한 상담 실제의 시사점과 연구의 한계 및 추후 연구를 제언하였다.

        An Experimental Study of the Scatter Correction by Using a Beam-stop-array Algorithm with Digital Breast Tomosynthesis

        Digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) is a technique that was developed to overcome the limitationsof conventional digital mammography by reconstructing slices through the breast from projectionsacquired at different angles. In developing and optimizing DBT, The x-ray scatter reduction techniqueremains a significant challenge due to projection geometry and radiation dose limitations. The most common approach to scatter reduction is a beam-stop-array (BSA) algorithm; however,this method raises concerns regarding the additional exposure involved in acquiring the scatter distribution. The compressed breast is roughly symmetric, and the scatter profiles from projectionsacquired at axially opposite angles are similar to mirror images. The purpose of this study was toapply the BSA algorithm with only two scans with a beam stop array, which estimates the scatterdistribution with minimum additional exposure. The results of the scatter correction with angularinterpolation were comparable to those of the scatter correction with all scatter distributions ateach angle. The exposure increase was less than 13%. This study demonstrated the influence of thescatter correction obtained by using the BSA algorithm with minimum exposure, which indicatesits potential for practical applications.

        Effects of Processing Steps with an Edge Image on Determining the Presampled Modulation Transfer Function

        Several methods are available to measuring the presampled modulation transfer function (MTF) of a digital radiography system by using a slit camera, a slanted edge test device or a bar phantom. Many studies demonstrated the advantages of the edge method compared to the slit method. However, the method of processing to estimate the MTF is slightly different for each publication. The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of various processing steps with an edge image on estimating the presampled MTF. A digital image of a slanted edge test device was acquired and then examined using different image processing such as windowing the edge spread function (ESF), determining a region of interest (ROI) and locally smoothing the ESF data. The results of this study indicated that the impact of determining a ROI on the MTF is relatively modest and that the truncation of the ESF due to a finite window width causes an incorrect inflation error in the MTF estimate and loss of detail at high frequency. Moreover, the influence of ESF smoothing on the MTF is demonstrated, and more rigorous smoothing of the ESF produces a less noisy MTF and, consequently, a high data loss at high-frequency. In conclusion, an ESF processing technique can moderately impact the MTF estimates, and an adequate ROI and window width without a smoothing process is suggested.

        Transparent nanocomposites prepared by incorporating microbial nanofibrils into poly(L-lactic acid)

        A biocompatible polymeric nanocomposite was prepared by adding a bacterial cellulose pellicle into the poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) matrix. The PLLA/bacterial cellulose nanocomposite retained the transparency of the pure PLLA film due to the nanofibrillar structure of the bacterial cellulose, which is smaller than the wavelength of visible rays. The X-ray diffraction patterns of PLLA in the PLLA/bacterial cellulose nanocomposite showed peaks for crystallized PLLA that did not appear in the patterns of the PLLA film. The morphology was examined by field emission scanning electron microscopy, which showed the well-dispersed bacterial cellulose fibrils in PLLA. An increase in the mechanical properties was observed by incorporating bacterial cellulose as a reinforcement into the PLLA matrix.
