For 8 months, from January to August, 1967, the author made a stuffy of blood total ketones and of korean cattle in different sexes and age groups in winter and summer. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The mean values of blood total ketones and acetone in Korean cattle were $2.31{\pm}0.18mg/dl$ and $0.76{\pm}0.10mg/dl$ in female and $2.35{\pm}0.19mg/dl$ and $0.74{\pm}0.12mg/dl$ in male respectively. 2. The mean values of blood total ketones and acetone during winter season were 2.39mg/dl and 0.84mg/dl in female, and 2.38mg/dl and 0.84mg/dl in male respectively. 3. No statistical significance was recognized among the sexes, the age groups and the seasons by F-distribution. 4. The mean values of blood total ketone and acetone during summer season were 2.25mg/dl and 0.67mg/dl in female, and 2.32mg/dl and 0.64mg/dl in male respectively.
가스절연 송전선로 부분방전 진단을 위한 내장형 센서 개발

인구의 증가로 인한 전력수요의 증가는 가공 및 지중 송전설비의 대용량화로 이어져왔다. 그러나 최근 도시 경관과 전자파로 인한 건강 등에 대한 관심이 급증하면서 주거지 주변 송전선로 설치에 대한 민원이 중가하고 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 대용량 진력송전이 가능하고 가공 및 지중송전의 단접을 보완한 가스절연 송전선로(Gas Insulated Transmission Line, GIL)가 개발되었다. 선진국에서는 가스 절연으로 우수한 절연성능과 안정성을 가지며, 기존 교통용 터널 또는 지하 전력구에 설치함으로써 주변 경관을 해치지 않고, 낮은 전계 형성 등의 장점을 가진 가스절연송전선로의 연구와 개발에 많은 노력 기울이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전력기기들의 결함진단에 많이 사용되는 부분방전 측정을 가스절연 송전선로에 적용할 수 있는 최적의 측정용 센서를 개발하여 유사한 구조를 가지는 75㎸ GIS Mock-up과 Free moving particle 모의 방전 셀을 이용하여 발생시킨 부분방전 신호를 측정하여, 광대역 특성을 보이는 대수주기 패치 안테나와의 성능을 비교하였다.

Present study was undertaken for the purpose of clarifying the primary cause of swine parakeratosis. Nine weanling pigs were devided into 3 groups each consisting of three pigs. First group were fed low.zinc with low-fat diet containing 42 ppm of zinc and 3260 mg/100g of unsaturated fatty acids, second group low-fat diet containing 100 ppm of zinc and 3260 mg/100g of unsaturated fatty acids, and third group control diet containing I 00 ppm of zinc and 4860 mg/100g of unsaturated fatty acids for 40 days. After clinical observation for 40 days all of the pigs were slaughtered, and unsaturated fatty acids, zinc, and calcium contents of serum, urine, feces, liver, pancreas, spleen, and skin were measured.
Neural Network를 이용한 초고압 실선로에서의 부분방전 패턴인식 연구

초고압 케이블에서 발생하는 부분방전을 측정하기 위해 다양한 방법들이 연구 개발되어왔다. 최근에는 초고압 케이블의 설치 후 시행하는 준공시험에 있어 부분방전 측정을 필수적으로 할 만큼 부분방전 진단기술의 중요성이 부각되고 있는 실정이며, 디지털 측정기술을 통한 부분방전 자동측정 기술이 많이 제안되고 있다. 특히, 비전문가들만으로도 진단 및 감시가 가능하도록 하는 자동 패턴 분류에 대한 다양한 연구이 활발히 보고되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 초고압 케이블에서 발생되는 결함을 내부, 외부, 노이즈의 세 가지로 분류하고 PRPD(Phase Resolved Partial Discharge) 형태로 모의된 실험데이터와 현장에서 축적된 데이터를 선별하여 다양한 통계치를 추출하였고, 결함별 구분이 용이하지 않은 통계치를 제외한 값들을 Neural Network 방법으로 학습시켰다. 학습된 가중치값을 LabView로 작성된 프로그램에 사용하여 변전소 내 EBG에서 검출한 부분방전 측정 결과에 적용하였다.
적혈구 침강속도에 대한 Westergren tube 각도, 온도 및 NaCl 농도가 미치는 영향

Erythrocyte sedimentation rate is influenced by plasma protein, red cell itself and physiological conditions and it is clear that the measurement of erythrocyte sedimentation rate varies with technique and various environmental factors. The effect of temperature, angle of test tube, and osmobility with different percent of NaCl solution on erythrocyte sedimentation rate on sheep was determined by modified Westergren method. In sheep, as the angle of Westergren tube was decreased from $90^{\circ}$ to $45^{\circ}$, erythrocyte sedimentation rate was increased in both diluted plasma and NaCl solutions. As temperature was increased from $4^{\circ}C$ to $20^{\circ}C$ at $45^{\circ}$ angle. erythrocyte sedimentation rate was increased. In ruminants, this modified Westergren methods, erythrocyte 1 : plasma 9 instead of erythrocyte 4 : plasma 6(whole blood), enable them to have meanings as dog therefor, using this method, clinical can determine the erythrocyte sedimentation rate of ruminants for diagnosis. Because erythrocyte sedimentation rate was changed according to the angle of Westergren tube, temperature as erythrocyte diluted with NaCl, this study detected that the change of temperature, the angle of Westergren tube could change erythrocyte sedimentation rate by effecting red cell itself. The increase of osmobility owing to change of NaCl percent resulted in the decrease of rapid erythrocyte sedimentation rate. So this fact indicate that deformibility and the change of red cell volume have meaning in the change of erythrocyte sedimentation rate.
Vitamin E가 철분 투여로 인한 rat의 지질 과산화에 미치는 영향

This study was designed to investigate the effect of dietary vitamin E on the lipid peroxidation by dietary iron-injected to male rats. Sprague-Dawely strain male rats were divided into three experimental groups, namely control, iron injected and iron-vitamin E injected groups. The control group was fed with normal diet; the iron injected group was given normal diet and while injected intraperitoneally 30mg of ferric hydroxide/100g of body weight 20 times every 3 days. The iron-vitamin E injected group was intraperitoneally administered 30mg of ferric hydroxide/100g of body weight 20 times every 3 days and vitamin E every day with the dose of 5IU(5mg)/100g body weight. All experimental groups were maintained for 60 days with feeding on the respective ratio. The results obtained from this experiment were summarized as following: 1. The net weight gain was significantly decreased by the iron injection, but much increased by the vitamin E injection. 2. The contents of unsaturated fatty acid in phospholipid in liver, kidney, muscle and serum were decreased by the iron injection, but increased by the vitamin E injection. 3. The increment of malondialdehyde contents was induced by the iron overloading, but significantly decreased by the vitamin E injection. Therefore, it is suggested that dietary iron administration to male rats facilitates the lipid peroxidation in vivo and vitamin E has the inhibiting effect on lipip peroxidation process by iron.
