Space in modern society is governed by power and capital. A. Lefebvre said that “Space is production.”, which implicates these relationship between power and capital. The objective of this study is to look into the cultural politics of space in the novels released in the late 1960s and in the early and mid 1970s based on these recognition and understanding. The cultural politics of space approaches from three angles when it comes to space: space, subject, power. Accordingly, the cultural politics of space includes various social discourses surrounding space as well as discussions over space as a specific place. In the 1960s and 1970s with Seoul, Republic of Korea as the center, the rearrangement of space accordingto social class of space had been progressed rapidly in Korean society. The characteristics of the period is that the extension and rearrangement of space of the period, which are dubbed as political dictatorship period since development was made under militarybacked dictatorship in the name of development especially developing countries, were done via the development focusing on speed formed by power. Through these developments focusing on speed, then those who have power have appealed to the general public that the classification of space according to social class could be justifiable. They did minimize resistance against their propaganda by guaranteeing the convenience and freedom of moving. It is fallacious these propagandasincrease only culture consumption as are verified in the novels by Lee Dong Ha, Choi Il Nam, and Choi In Ho. The general public never governs space and the general public never becomes the subject of space production. They are mere a consumer who consume the space and culture produced by the governing classes. The problem is that the culturepolitics of space in the 1960s and 1970s’ novels does reveal the features until the present day with the same aspects. Therefore, the culture politics of space analyzed through this article can be defined as not a discussion about historical facts but a discussion about current situations of the culture politics of space.

TV 드라마에 나타난 가족 해체 위기와 치유의 미학

TV 드라마는 대중들의 선호도와 관심이 꾸준하기 때문에 현재 가장 광범위한 시간과 채널에서 방영되고 있다. 따라서 TV 드라마는 당대 대중의 욕망과 사회 현실을 가장 잘 반영하는 동시에 보편적이며 도덕적인 관습과 규칙을 희구하는 ‘현대식 도덕적 주제’를 담고 있다. 이러한 현대식 도덕적 주제를 가장 극명하게 형상화하는 소재는 바로 ‘불륜’이다. 지금까지 한국 TV 드라마의 단골 소재이자 주제로 활용되고 있는 불륜을 단순히 윤리적 측면에서 살펴본다면 대다수 텍스트는 ‘막장’ 논란에서 자유로울 수 없다. 그러나 최근 들어 한국 사회의 가족에 대한 인식 변화를 불륜이라는 소재를 통해 이끌어 내며 진정한 가족의 의미를 묻는 TV 드라마도 점점 늘어나고 있다. 불륜과 가족 해체 위기는 필연적 인과 관계에 있다. 2000년대 이후 방송된 드라마에서는 불륜으로 인한 가족 해체 위기를 크게 세 가지 방식으로 극복한다. 첫째, 회개와 용서를 통한 전통적 가족 이데올로기로의 봉합이다. 둘째, 이혼이란 제도를 통한 가족의 해체이다. 이 과정에서 불륜의 피해자들 은 배우자가 아닌 이성의 낭만적 사랑을 쟁취하거나 주체적 삶을 선택하며 가족 이데올로기에 함몰된 정체성을 회복한다. 마지막으로 『따뜻한 말 한마디』에서 구현된 실존적 관계 맺음을 통한 이상적 가족 복원이다. 현재까지도 불륜은 TV 드라마에서 끊임없이 활용되고 있다. 그러나 이를 단순히 대중의 말초신경을 자극하기 위한 소재로 설정하거나 받아들인다면 한국 TV 드라마는 제자리에 머물 수밖에 없을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 TV 드라마의 문제점을 극복해내는 동시에 장르적 특성 가운데 일부를 규명해내는 동시에 한국의 가족 문제와 해법까지 함께 도출해내리라 기대한다. Since TV dramas has steadily had public preference and interest among the various television genres, they are being broadcast with the widest range of time and channels at present. Thus television dramas best reflects desire of the public and reality of society of the day and at the same time they include ‘the modernized moral theme’ that desiring the universal and moral customs and disciplines. ‘Adultery’ is the material that illustrates such modernized moral theme most extremely. Recently more and more television dramas are asking the true meaning of family by drawing the change of attitude in the perception of family in Korean society through the material of adultery. Adultery and the crisis of family disorganization has an inevitable cause-and-effect relationship. In the television dramas that have been broadcast since the 2000s, the family disorganization crisis is overcome in three ways largely. Firstly, it is the way of mending the cracks in the relationship according to the traditional family ideology through forgiveness and reconciliation. Secondly victim of adultery achieves romantic love with another person that is not his or her spouse and recover his or her own identity which was collapsed by family ideology. The limitation of this resolution can be overcome by the characters who choose to live a independent life focusing on themselves. Lastly, it is the ideal family restoration through building an existential relationship, which was realized in <One Warm Word>. Even now, adultery continues to be used constantly in television dramas. But, Korean television dramas cannot help remaining standstill if they simply set or take this as a subject matter for stimulating the peripheral nerve of public audience. Therefore, this study is expected to help overcome the problems of television dramas, find some of the characteristics of the genre and suggest Korean family problems and the solution for them simultaneously.

This paper presents the case of the establishment process and the operating system of the central sports governance of Japan newly established on October 1, 2015. First, The Sports Agency reflected the ideals of the Basic Law of Sports and was positioned at a higher level than the previous level and was launched outside the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Second, The Sports Agency was established in a complex action which includes successful hosting of international events such as the 2019 Rugby World Cup, the 2020 Tokyo Olympics; the improvement of plural sports governance which has been pointed out before; the demand of sports-related legal and administrative maintenance in response to the change over time; a campaign to connect the Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011 to the Olympics and so on. Third, as an important policy task of ‘entering the sport’, Japan has systematically adjusted the institutional aspects of establishing the Sport Agency, such as the establishment of the Sports Basic Law and the establishment of the Sports Basic Plan, as well as internal and external research and review. Fourth, the basic direction and linkage system with related ministries that carry out sports promotion were improved and became active. This is to enhance efficiency and to create new and various synergy effects through coordination and cooperation among various ministries such as the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of National Transportation, and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

일본의 장애인스포츠정책 현황과 동향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to clarify recent trends and trends of sports policy for disabled people in Japan and to suggest implications for sports policy for disabled people in Korea. As a result, it is analyzed that “The Basic Law” of sports is enacted in Japan, and the basic framework about the promotion of sports for people with disabilities is presented in the specialty and basic ideology as well as legal provision. Second, a plan has been established to emphasize a cooperative system that promotes the comprehensive promotion of sports for people with disabilities in cooperation with local governments, schools, sports organizations, and private companies. In addition, the implications for promoting the “realization of a symbiotic society” through sports are systematically reflected in the Second Basic Plan. Third, the Japanese sports budget from 2007 to 2017 shows a tendency to increase continuously, and the disabled sports budget also increases. Based on the basic plan of sports, it is analyzed that the budget for the disabled sports policy is improved. Especially, the budget is focused on improving the performance, considering the performance of the Tokyo Game in 2020. Fourth, the administration of government for the promotion of disabled sports has a linkage and cooperation system with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and the Agency for Cultural Affairs.

스포츠단체의 거버넌스 코드에 관한 연구 : 일본의 스포츠통괄·경기단체를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to clarify the issues and principles of National Sports Federation(the Sports Unification Bodies and the Sports Athletic Bodies) governance code, which was recently introduced by Japan for the first time. To achieve the purpose of the study, it conducted as a venue for discussion on the Sports Athletic Organizations of Governance Code Decision, the discussion process of the Sports Integrity Association, launched by the Sports Agency, which determined the code in its entirety. The result of the study is as follows. First, The discussion process took into account the principles and regulations related to sports governance abroad, based on problems caused by the dysfunction of governance of Japanese Sports Athletic Organizations. In order to make a more effective governance code, the discussion process included reporting the status of NF officials, as well as a hearing survey and gathering opinions from experts from all walks of life. Second, the Governance Code of Japan’s Sport Athletic Organization consisted of 131 detailed items based on 13 principles, each of which had a sole purpose, but could be confirmed to have a different principle and organic function. In particular, Principles 1, 2, and 3 occupy the core layers of the code as a whole compared to other principles. It is an essential principle that establishes a holistic and core framework for establishing governance of the NF. Based on the above three principles, the principles necessary for the actual situation of Japan as well as overseas were selected. Third, The governance code setting of Japanese sports organizations already has governance-related regulations such as the ideology of the Framework Act on Sports(Article 2) and the efforts of sports organizations(Article 5), making it easier to access code decisions. Furthermore, the recently established policy on sports integrity seems to have played an important role in organizing the system for establishing more governance for sports organizations ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Japan"s governance code provides policy implications for establishing governance of Korean sports organizations in that it is a virtuous circle of managing and controlling current sports threats and sports organizations" autonomy and self-purification capabilities, as well as supporting sustainability of the Olympics and sports movement culture and values.

전기자동차용 인휠타입 전동기의 전류위상각에 따른 전류파형 분석

This paper first designs an In-Wheel type motor for electric vehicle then analyzes the current waveform according to current phase angle. In the design process, first initial design was conducted using space harmonic analysis. Second, the parameters of the designed model was calculated using finite element analysis (FEA). Third, the calculated parameters are used as design factors for EL-map. Then the specifications of detail model is defined by analyzing EL-map. Finally, optimal design was performed using Response Surface Method (RSM). In the analysis process, FEA was performed for the optimal model. Current waveform according to current phase angles were analyzed. Distortions in the waveform were found and the cause was defined.

역사적 공백을 서사화하는 소설의 방식 -세종 시대를 배경으로 한 팩션을 중심으로-

최근 유행하고 있는 팩션은, 다양한 서술 방식을 동원하여 기록된 역사와 기록되지 않은 역사 사이의 공백을 서사화한다는 점에서, 새로운 역사학의 관점을 승계한다. 이러한 팩션의 유행을 계기로 해서 세종이라는 역사적 고유명사는 다시 소설의 전면에 부각할 수 있었다. 팩션의 관점에 따르면, 박종화의 역사소설 『세종대왕』을 통해 공식화된 가장 이상적인 "군왕"인 세종과 그가 통치했던 시대 역시 역사 서술의 허구성으로부터 자유로울 수 없다. 추리소설의 서사전략을 차용하여 대중적 흡인력을 확보한 『뿌리 깊은 나무』와 『훈민정음의 비밀』은 세종과 관련된 역사적 공백을 서사화하기 위해 역사적 가정을 입안한다는 점에서 동일한 특성을 보여준다. 궁궐 안에서 벌어진 연쇄살인사건의 범인을 밝히는 탐정의 조사를 통해 훈민정음 창제 과정에 얽힌 비밀이 서술되고 있는 것이다. 그러나 이렇게 동일한 역사적 공백을 서사화하는 과정에 투사된 작가의 욕망이라는 측면에서 두 작품은 확연하게 구분된다. 두 작품에서 확인할 수 있는 작가의 욕망은 표면적으로는 민족주의라는 거대담론에 귀속된다. 그러나 『뿌리 깊은 나무』의 경우, 민족주의적 관점에서 민족적 영웅인 세종에게 가장 순결한 이미지를 부여하고자 하는 작가적 욕망이 우선한다. 이로 인해 작가 이정명은 역사적 가정이 아닌 공상을 통해 세종에게 거짓된 이미지를 덧씌운다. 따라서 『뿌리 깊은 나무』은 민족주의를 옹호하기 위해 역사적 사실을 조작했다는 비판으로부터 자유로울 수가 없다. 이러한 비판은 팩션의 장르적 기원인 새로운 역사학이나 미시사적 관점을 상기시킨다는 점에서 그 자체로 문제적이다. 장르적 정체성을 담보하는 가능성의 역사를 충실히 재현할 수 있는 팩션은 역사적 공백의 서사화를 통해 그 어떤 역사적 인물이나 사건들도 거대담론으로부터 자유로울 수 없다는 사실을 폭로할 수 있어야 한다. 『훈민정음의 비밀』이 민족주의 담론의 발현이라는 근원적 한계에도 불구하고, 역사적 인물과의 대화가 가능한 공간으로 독자들을 인도할 수 있었던 것도 이와 무관하지 않다. 이 작품에서 작가는 공식적인 역사 기록에서 삭제된 인물들의 삶을 충실히 재현함으로써 역설적으로 세종이 민족적 영웅이기에 앞서 한 시대의 담론으로부터 자유로울 수 없었던 역사적 인물이었음을 보여준다. 이러한 방식으로 서사화된 세종과 그의 시대에 대한 역사적 공백을 읽으면서, 독자들은 민족적 영웅인 세종조차 가부장적 질서와 지배 권력의 담론을 보여주었던 인물이라는 사실을 깨닫게 된다. 이러한 깨달음을 통해, 독자들은 자신들이 소망했던 세종과의 대화적 욕망을 충족할 수가 있게 된다. 역사적 공백을 서사화하는 팩션의 서술 방식이 역사적 공상이나 상상이 아닌 새로운 역사학이 제시한 역사적 추론에 근거해야 하는 까닭이 여기에 있다. The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the faction based on the period of King Sejong, and to discuss the narrative methods of filling in historical gaps. Faction, a genre that has become very popular recently, uses various narration techniques to merge written history with unwritten history to fill in historical gaps. This genre succeeds the current viewpoint in the field of history. However, factions are criticized because writers deliberately twist historical facts to make their stories appealing. The name Sejong then has been the focus of many novels due to the rise of factions. Through the analysis of factions set in the background of the period of King Sejong, we find that the ideal "King" Sejong and the period of his rule can not be free from the inevitable twisting of history by the writers. The novels Tree with Deep Roots and The Secret of Hunminjeongeum are similar, since they both changed the basic narrative structure of detective novels. Both works are set in the palace where a series of murders take place. Both works have an investigator who sets out to find the suspect responsible for the murders. However, during their investigations, they come across intimate secrets regarding the creation of Hunminjeongeum, the first written Korean language which is believed to be invented by King Sejong. However, in the process of filling in historical gaps with narratives, the two works are noticeably different in terms of the writers` desires. On the surface, the two works are similar in that the writers` desires reveal a nationalist discourse, Therefore, the two works can not be immune from criticism since they both twisted historical facts to defend nationalist desires, However, there is a significant difference in the intensity of such criticisms between the two works, The desire of the author of Trees with Deep Roots was to give King Sejong, a national hero, a pure image, which was influenced by his nationalist beliefs, Because of this, the twisting of historical facts by the author arise frequently in the novel. On the other hand, the author of The Secret of Hunminjeongeum does not intentionally twist or distort historical facts. Rather, this writer creates characters that have not been recorded in history to fill in missing gaps. Readers then, get a sense that King Sejong was not the pure, ideal king that Trees with Deep Roots makes him out to be, but rather a sexist, authoritarian figure. Factions that can give readers such revelations are what readers really want.

The internet shopping mall as one of the types of electronic commerce has proliferated rapidly since the middle of 1990 where Web technologies have played a major role in the growth of e-Commerce. The growth of Internet shopping mall is expected to be accelerated because it has a lot of incentive such as convenience, broader selections, competitive pricing, greater access to information, product quality, and time to receive product. Research on the services has been made on quality for a long time. Service quality is very important because of its ability to distinguish highly successful firms from those that are merely average. This paper deals with the service quality of the internet shopping mall in Japan and the purpose of this paper is to contribute to the enhancement of competitive advantage in service quality of domestic internet shopping mall by evaluating the users’ cognition of the service quality of internet shopping malls in Japan.
